Abstract

本实用新型用于微型冲击式水轮机。其特征是多个喷嘴均匀地分布在一环形管道中,每个喷嘴与管道都构成一相同的角,并且每个喷嘴的出水口方向均保持一致性,目的是使水轮转速加快,在不需要增设变速装置部分的情况下,微型水轮机也可达到发电机的额定转速而直接发电。采用本实用新型的微型水轮机,适用于没有电力的广大山区农村的单家独户照明,家用电器和小机械加工业之用。

Description

本实用新型属于微型冲击式水轮机立式喷咀的改进。
一般的微型水轮机都采用冲击式单喷咀。这种结构,水流量要求较大。且转速低,需增设变速装置后才能达到发电机的额定转速而获得电能,其电压随负荷波动大且不稳定。因此使用和制造受到一定限制。
本实用新型的目的是使微型水轮机在制造时无需加变速装置,就可达到发电机额定转速而直接发电。
其解决方案是,在一个环形管道中,多个喷咀均匀地分布于其上,每个喷咀与管道平面均构成相同的角度,并且每个喷咀出水口都保持一致的方向,使其进水通过多喷咀同时冲击水轮,水轮的转速就根据喷咀个数的开方成正比例的增加。达到发电机的额定转速而直接发电。
本实用新型结构简单,加工制造容易,特别是不需要变速装置部份。采用本实用新型制造的微型水轮机,在水流量较小的小河、小溪、泉水边就可使用,适应没有电力的农村的单家独户用于照明,家用电器,以及小机械加工业等。
