本实用新型提供一种旋转靶材成型模具，包括模具本体，所述模具本体外部设置有防水且有弹性的外罩，所述外罩一端设置有开口，所述开口处设置有聚氨酯盖，所述聚氨酯盖罩在外罩的开口上，所述外罩与聚氨酯盖之间通过卡箍固定。
进一步改进在于：所述聚氨酯盖内设置有漏水检测装置，通过漏水检测装置对聚氨酯盖的密封性进行检测。

1.一种旋转靶材成型模具，包括模具本体（1），其特征在于：所述模具本体（1）外部设置有防水且有弹性的外罩（2），所述外罩（2）一端设置有开口，所述开口处设置有聚氨酯盖（3），所述聚氨酯盖（3）罩在外罩（2）的开口上，所述外罩（2）与聚氨酯盖（3）之间通过卡箍（4）固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转靶材成型模具，其特征在于：所述聚氨酯盖（3）内设置有漏水检测装置（5），通过漏水检测装置（5）对聚氨酯盖（3）的密封性进行检测。
3.如权利要求1所述的旋转靶材成型模具，其特征在于：所述外罩（2）上设置有限位环（6），通过限位环（6）对聚氨酯盖（3）的密封位置进行确定。
