Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,包括灯座、灯泡壳、LED灯以及用以将灯座悬挂起来的拉绳,灯泡壳连接于灯座下方,LED灯设于灯泡壳中并与灯座相连接,还包括能将所述灯座上部罩设其中的灯座壳,该灯座壳与所述灯座脱卸式连接并在连接处设置有第一密封圈;拉绳穿过灯座壳将其悬挂起来。本实用新型结构简单、合理,在灯座外周设置了能将其罩设其中的灯座壳,加强了灯泡灯的防水性能,并且,由于该灯座壳与灯座之间为脱卸式连接,不仅便于灯泡灯的装配,也方便使用者对灯座上的电源进行更换;另外,灯座壳与灯座的连接处设置有第一密封圈,在雨水较多时,可避免雨水自灯座壳与灯座下部的连接处浸入灯座中,进一步加强了灯泡灯的防水性能。

Description

悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及悬挂式灯泡技术领域,具体指一种悬挂式灯泡灯的改良结构。
背景技术
现有的各类灯泡灯多采用LED为光源,被得到广泛应用。但常见的灯泡灯其开关还是采用常规的按键式开关居多,而对于那种需要悬挂起来使用的灯来说,若还是采用这种按键式开关的话显然操作不方便。目前那些悬挂类灯有采用拉绳开关的,但由于拉绳开关的设置使整个灯的外形受影响,不能做到简洁、美观。并且受内部结构的限制,使装配也变得麻烦。
为了解决上述问题,本申请人曾发明过授权公告号为CN204164879U的中国实用新型专利《一种悬挂式灯泡灯》(申请号:CN201420655635.0),其包括灯座和灯头,灯座内设有电池和控制开关,控制开关设在灯座的开关座内,并在控制开关的下面设有一作用块,一弹簧弹性作用于该作用块,使作用块可上下移动地限设于开关座内,而一用于悬挂本灯泡灯用的拉绳其一端与该作用块相连,另一端穿过灯座顶部的开孔后而外露;灯座由左、右灯座壳体组合构成,并且左、右灯座壳体组合后顶部形成可供拉绳穿过的开孔,底部形成用来安装LED灯和灯头泡壳的开口,而灯头泡壳的上端部成形有一与该开口端壁相卡的环形凹槽。上述结构的灯泡灯开关操控方便,使用时只要拉动绳子就能实现灯泡的开、熄状态;但是,由于左、右灯座壳体相互对合直接构成灯座,将该灯泡灯用于室外时,雨水等容易通过左、右灯座壳体相互对合的间隙进入灯座中,进而破坏灯座中电池及线路结构,影响灯泡灯的正常使用。
因此,对于目前的悬挂式灯泡灯,有待于做进一步的改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种防水性能好且便于组装的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,包括灯座、灯泡壳、LED灯以及用以将所述灯座悬挂起来的拉绳,所述灯泡壳连接于灯座下方,所述LED灯设于灯泡壳中并与灯座相连接,其特征在于:还包括能将所述灯座上部罩设其中的灯座壳,该灯座壳为一体结构,它与所述灯座脱卸式连接并在连接处设置有第一密封圈;所述拉绳穿过灯座壳将其悬挂起来。
在上述方案中,所述灯座顶部设置有能控制LED灯的控制开关,所述灯座壳中设有一用来触动该控制开关动作的作用块,并且一弹簧弹性作用于该作用块,使该作用块可上下移动地限设于灯座壳内,所述的拉绳一端与该作用块相连,另一端为悬挂自由端。采用这样的结构,当拉动拉绳时,可控制LED灯的开关。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述灯座壳顶部向上延伸形成为一插接部,该插接部的外周套置有一与所述弹簧连接并能上下移动的固定块,所述拉绳通过该固定块与作用块相连接,且所述插接部的外周套置有能与固定块下端面相紧抵的第二密封圈。采用这样的结构,以使灯座壳与灯座顶部的连接处具有较好的密封性,防止雨水自灯座壳顶部进入灯座内。
为了便于连接,所述固定块的侧壁上开有横向贯通的第一通孔,所述固定块的顶部还向下开设有与该第一通孔相连通的连接孔,所述拉绳的一端自连接孔上端插置入第一通孔中,一定位块从所述第一通孔一端插入并将拉绳端部推向第一通孔的另一端限位。与现有技术中将拉绳直接穿过第一通孔打结相比,本实用新型的连接结构更为合理、方便且美观。
作为优选,所述灯座壳顶部设置有位于插接部下方的凸圈,该凸圈外套置有一能将固定块罩设其中的装配套,该装配套的顶部开有供拉绳的自由端伸出的第二通孔。采用这样的结构,以进一步增加灯泡灯顶部的密封性能。
优选地,所述凸圈的外表面设置有自上向下延伸的第一导流槽,对应的,所述灯座壳的顶部表面上开有与该第一导流槽相连通的第二导流槽。灯泡灯在雨水天气使用时,雨水可顺着第一导流槽、第二导流槽向下流动,避免了雨水容易自灯泡灯顶部浸入灯座的问题。
更进一步的,所述灯泡壳与灯座的连接处设置有第三密封圈,以避免雨水自灯泡壳与灯座的连接处浸入灯座内。
为了便于连接,所述灯座下部的外周壁上设置有一侧具有开口的限位槽,对应的,所述灯座壳的内壁面上有能转动滑入限位槽中的限位凸条。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型结构简单、合理,在灯座外周设置了能将其罩设其中的灯座壳,加强了灯泡灯的防水性能,并且,由于该灯座壳与灯座之间为脱卸式连接,不仅便于灯泡灯的装配,也方便使用者对灯座上的电源进行更换;另外,灯座壳与灯座的连接处设置有第一密封圈,在雨水较多时,可避免雨水自灯座壳与灯座下部的连接处浸入灯座中,进一步加强了灯泡灯的防水性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1~3所示,本实施例的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构包括灯座1、灯泡壳2、LED灯(图中未示)、灯座壳4以及用以将灯泡灯悬挂起来的拉绳5。本实施例中的灯座1内设置有线路组件(图中未示),灯座1的一侧还设置有用于安装电源的安装腔,本实施例中的灯泡灯可以使用电池作为电源。
在本实施例中,灯泡壳2整体成形,连接于灯座1下方,且灯泡壳2与灯座1的连接处设置有第三密封圈21,以避免雨水自灯泡壳2与灯座1的连接处浸入灯座1内。装配完成状态下,第三密封圈2隐藏在灯座1内,使得灯泡灯整体看起来较为美观。LED灯设于灯泡壳2中并与灯座1中的线路组件相连接。灯座壳4与灯座1脱卸式连接并能将灯座1的上部罩设其中,灯座1下部的外周壁上设置有一侧具有开口的限位槽11,对应的,灯座壳4的内壁面上有能转动滑入限位槽11中的限位凸条。
灯座壳4与灯座1下部的连接处设置有第一密封圈6,以避免雨水自灯座壳4与灯座1下部的连接处浸入灯座1中,加强灯泡灯的防水性能。灯座1顶部设置有能控制LED灯的控制开关12,灯座壳4中设有一用来触动该控制开关12动作的作用块42,并且一弹簧7弹性作用于该作用块42,使该作用块42可上下移动地限设于灯座壳4内。灯座壳4顶部向上延伸形成为一插接部43,该插接部43的外周套置有一与弹簧7连接并能上下移动的固定块8,该固定块8的侧壁上开有横向贯通的第一通孔81,固定块8的顶部还向下开设有与该第一通孔81相连通的连接孔82,拉绳5的一端自连接孔82上端插置入第一通孔81中,一定位块83从第一通孔81一端插入并将拉绳5端部推向第一通孔81的另一端限位,该结构组装完毕后可注入胶水将其固定,从而利用固定块8将拉绳5的一端与作用块42连接,而拉绳5的另一端则为悬挂自由端。
插接部43的外周套置有能与固定块8下端面相紧抵的第二密封圈431,以使灯座壳4与灯座1顶部的连接处具有较好的密封性,防止雨水等自灯座壳4顶部进入灯座1内。灯座壳4顶部设置有位于插接部43下方的凸圈44,该凸圈44外套置有一能将固定块8罩设其中的装配套9,该装配套9的顶部开有供拉绳5的自由端伸出的第二通孔91,以进一步增加灯泡灯顶部的密封性能。凸圈44的外表面设置有自上向下延伸的第一导流槽441,对应的,灯座壳4的顶部表面上开有与该第一导流槽441相连通的第二导流槽45。灯泡灯在雨水天气使用时,雨水可顺着第一导流槽441、第二导流槽45向下流动,避免了雨水容易自灯泡灯顶部浸入灯座1的问题。

Claims (8)

1.一种悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,包括灯座、灯泡壳、LED灯以及用以将所述灯座悬挂起来的拉绳,所述灯泡壳连接于灯座下方,所述LED灯设于灯泡壳中并与灯座相连接,其特征在于:还包括能将所述灯座上部罩设其中的灯座壳,该灯座壳为一体结构,它与所述灯座脱卸式连接并在连接处设置有第一密封圈;所述拉绳穿过灯座壳将其悬挂起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述灯座顶部设置有能控制LED灯的控制开关,所述灯座壳中设有一用来触动该控制开关动作的作用块,并且一弹簧弹性作用于该作用块,使该作用块可上下移动地限设于灯座壳内,所述的拉绳一端与该作用块相连,另一端为悬挂自由端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述灯座壳顶部向上延伸形成为一插接部,该插接部的外周套置有一与所述弹簧连接并能上下移动的固定块,所述拉绳通过该固定块与作用块相连接,且所述插接部的外周套置有能与固定块下端面相紧抵的第二密封圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述固定块的侧壁上开有横向贯通的第一通孔,所述固定块的顶部还向下开设有与该第一通孔相连通的连接孔,所述拉绳的一端自连接孔上端插置入第一通孔中,一定位块从所述第一通孔一端插入并将拉绳端部推向第一通孔的另一端限位。
5.根据权利要求3所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述灯座壳顶部设置有位于插接部下方的凸圈,该凸圈外套置有一能将固定块罩设其中的装配套,该装配套的顶部开有供拉绳的自由端伸出的第二通孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述凸圈的外表面设置有自上向下延伸的第一导流槽,对应的,所述灯座壳的顶部表面上开有与该第一导流槽相连通的第二导流槽。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一权利要求所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述灯泡壳与灯座的连接处设置有第三密封圈。
8.根据权利要求1~6中任一权利要求所述的悬挂式灯泡灯改良结构,其特征在于:所述灯座下部的外周壁上设置有一侧具有开口的限位槽,对应的,所述灯座壳的内壁面上有能转动滑入限位槽中的限位凸条。
