背景技术
通过压辊和传动辊拖动铜箔运行时，由于压辊的挤压，很容易使铜箔变形，使铜箔变的褶皱，降低了产品质量的质量。
针对相关技术中的问题，目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。

针对相关技术中的上述技术问题，本实用新型提出一种压辊防皱折装置，能够避免铜箔的压坑缺陷，提高了产品质量。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种压辊防皱折装置，包括传动辊，所述传动辊的上侧设有压辊；所述压辊包括圆柱体一，所述圆柱体一的两侧分别设有圆柱体二，所述圆柱体二的直径大于所述圆柱体一的直径。
进一步的，所述传动辊采用橡胶材料。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1）传动辊是橡胶材料，久用后，其表面易产生毛刺现象。由于铜箔运行仅两端承受压力，中间悬空，隔离了铜箔中间部分的压力，避免了铜箔的压坑缺陷，提高了产品质量；
2）由于铜箔运行仅两端承受拉力，中间悬空，隔离了铜箔中间部分的拉力，避免了铜箔的皱折缺陷，提高了产品质量。
