燃油箱是汽车的重要部件，随着燃油箱的批量生产，目前广泛存在的问题是：油箱隔板脱落、焊缝撕裂漏油及油箱内产生铝屑阻塞滤网等现象频发，造成大量索赔，严重影响行车安全。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种防变形防划伤和防掉屑燃油箱，以解决目前油箱隔板脱落、焊缝撕裂漏油及油箱内产生铝屑阻塞滤网的问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：包括燃油箱筒体、箍带和位于筒体上的加油口、传感器，其特征在于：隔板四周立面翻小边，圆角与筒体接触，过油面采用球面结构，该过油面上有过油孔。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，通过四面翻小边，增加隔板立面强度，防止受力变形；翻边后圆角与筒体接触，避免筒体划伤产生铝屑；过油面采用球面结构，运动过程起到缓冲作用。
