背景技术
随着社会的发展，作为供电基础设施的各类高低压配电柜得到了广泛的应用；众所周知，在配电柜工作时，配电柜能够利用内置风机和外界进行热交换，在配电柜与外界进行热交换的过程中，外界的空气将进入配电柜，进而，空气中的灰尘也将进入配电柜；若长时间不清理配电柜，将导致配电柜内积压大量的灰尘，甚至在电气接头处也附着大量灰尘，最终导致配电柜停止工作甚至损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的配电柜，用以解决由于空气中的灰尘容易进入配电柜而导致的配电柜停止工作或者损坏的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种新型配电柜，包括配电柜本体，配电柜本体内部设置为元器件腔，配电柜本体的柜体上安装有配电柜门，配电柜门上设置有门锁，配电柜本体上还开设有进风口、出风口和接线口；还包括柜外除尘装置；所述的柜外除尘装置包括进风管、除尘装置和除尘装置支架，除尘装置固定在除尘装置支架上，进风管密封连通进风口和除尘装置的出气口。
所述的除尘装置采用电袋复合式除尘器，电袋复合式除尘器的进气口连通大气，电袋复合式除尘器的出气口与配电柜本体上开设的进风口密封连通。
所述的门锁采用密码锁或者指纹锁，配电柜门关闭时配电柜门与配电柜本体的接触部位上还设置有密封条。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的新型配电柜，包括配电柜本体1，配电柜本体1内部设置为元器件腔，配电柜本体1的柜体上安装有配电柜门，为了防止灰尘通过配电柜门进入配电柜，配电柜门关闭时配电柜门与配电柜本体1的接触部位上还设置有密封条；配电柜门上设置有门锁2，为了防止门锁2被不法人员破坏，门锁2应采用安全性能较高的密码锁或者指纹锁；配电柜本体1上还开设有进风口3、出风口4和接线口，配电柜内壁上的进风口3与配电柜的风机进风孔密封连通，配电柜内壁上的出风口4与配电柜的风机出风孔密封连通，配电柜的风机用于使配电柜与外界进行热交换。
本实用新型所述的新型配电柜还包括柜外除尘装置，柜外除尘装置包括进风管5、除尘装置和除尘装置支架7，除尘装置固定在除尘装置支架7上，进风管5密封连通进风口3和除尘装置的出气口9；优选方案为：所述的除尘装置采用电袋复合式除尘器6，电袋复合式除尘器6的进气口8连通大气，电袋复合式除尘器6的出气口9与配电柜本体1上开设的进风口3密封连通，电袋复合式除尘器6有机结合了静电除尘和布袋除尘的特点，它充分发挥电除尘器和布袋除尘器各自的除尘优势，以及两者相结合产生新的性能优点，弥补了电除尘器和布袋除尘器的除尘缺点；电袋复合式除尘器6具有除尘效率高、稳定、滤袋阻力低、寿命长和占地面积小等优点。
当配电柜的风机工作时，进风管5内产生负压，与进风管5密封连通的电袋复合式除尘器6内也产生负压，空气通过电袋复合式除尘器6的进气口8进入电袋复合式除尘器6，通过电袋复合式除尘器6的层层过滤作用，滤去空气中的灰尘，保证进入配电柜的空气不含有灰尘，进而防止灰尘进入配电柜中导致配电柜损坏。
本实用新型所述的一种新型配电柜结构简单，安装和维护都十分方便；本实用新型所述的一种新型配电柜，采用了柜外除尘装置，在空气进入配电柜前就对空气除尘，防止灰尘进入配电柜后难以清理，甚至损坏配电柜的情况发生。

1.一种新型配电柜，包括配电柜本体，配电柜本体内部设置为元器件腔，配电柜本体的柜体上安装有配电柜门，配电柜门上设置有门锁，配电柜本体上还开设有进风口、出风口和接线口；其特征在于：还包括柜外除尘装置；所述的柜外除尘装置包括进风管、除尘装置和除尘装置支架，除尘装置固定在除尘装置支架上，进风管密封连通进风口和除尘装置的出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型配电柜，其特征在于：所述的除尘装置采用电袋复合式除尘器，电袋复合式除尘器的进气口连通大气，电袋复合式除尘器的出气口与配电柜本体上开设的进风口密封连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型配电柜，其特征在于：所述的门锁采用密码锁或者指纹锁，配电柜门关闭时配电柜门与配电柜本体的接触部位上还设置有密封条。
