本实用新型涉及吊装吊具设备技术领域，特别提供了一种可转移蝶形专用吊具。
背景技术
正常吊具(吊环或吊勾)只能实现起吊或放下工件，在需要将工件从一个吊装设备转移到另一个吊装设备时必须要先将工件放下后，再用另外一个吊装设备吊起。此过程较为繁琐，至少需要两个人(或一个人花费很长时间完成)。若第二个起吊装置为固定起吊装置(例如固定的吊勾)等，完成以上动作更加困难，需要耗费大量人力和时间。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种可转移蝶形专用吊具，通过设置两个吊环，方便地完成工件转移到其他吊装设备上，进行下一道工序，节省时间，提高效率。
本实用新型是这样实现的，提供一种可转移蝶形专用吊具，包括：
吊环，设有两个；
固定架，呈倒“U”形设置，两个吊环呈一定角度固定设置在固定架的上部，在固定架左右两边固定臂的相同位置分别设有固定孔；
支撑杆，可取下地穿过固定臂上的两个固定孔，与固定架形成闭环结构。
进一步地，固定架上的两个所述吊环之间的角度为90-120°。
进一步地，支撑杆为销轴，销轴上设有4个与销轴一体制作的凸起环状结构，4个凸起环状结构分别设置于两个所述固定孔左右两边的销轴上。
进一步地，销轴最右端的凸起环状结构上设有贯穿的通孔，通孔中可取下地穿过开口销。
进一步地，凸起环状结构与所述销轴连接的地方设置倒角结构，倒角范围为120-150°。
进一步地，固定架两个固定臂之间的距离为300-500mm。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：
1、可实现工件在空中不落地交换吊车。
2、可实现单吊车将工件悬挂至固定吊钩，或从固定吊钩处取下工件。
3、工件在交换吊钩时简单易行，减少了工人劳动强度，缩短了劳动时间。
4、销轴自锁结构，保证了装置安全可靠，降低了操作风险。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，下面结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
为了解决工件在不同工序中通过不同吊装设备转移过程中的繁琐，本实用新型提供了一种可转移蝶形专用工具，参考图1和图2，包括吊环1、固定架2和支撑臂3，吊环1设有两个；固定架2呈倒“U”形设置，两个吊环1呈一定角度固定设置在固定架2的上部，在固定架2左右两边固定臂的相同位置分别设有固定孔21；支撑杆3可取下地穿过固定臂上的两个固定孔21，与固定架2形成闭环结构。
当利用本实用新型进行工件(例如液压油缸或其他端部含有孔的工件)吊装转移时，参考图5和图6，首先将工件有孔端伸入固定架2，使工件置于固定架2两个固定臂中间，将工件自身的孔与固定臂上的固定孔21对齐，然后把支撑杆3穿过两个固定孔21和工件自身孔，完成工件在蝶形专用吊具上的固定，然后用行吊吊住其中一个吊环1，顺利吊起工件，由于工件及吊具本身重力作用，使吊具处于如图7的状态，即另一吊环1处于水平或接近水平的状态，此时将起吊工件的行吊移动到需要继续悬挂工件的吊钩处，可顺利将吊具连同工件挂到另一吊勾上，吊具挂到另一吊勾上后，受重力作用，原来吊钩所吊吊环此时处于水平或接近水平状态，方便与原吊勾脱离，参考图8。完成了工件在不同吊装工具之间的转移。
为了方便转移过程中的第二个吊装工具吊住蝶形吊具的第二个吊环1，也为了方便第一个吊环1与原来吊装工具的脱离，作为技术方案的改进，固定架2上的两个吊环1之间的角度为90-120°。
为了防止工件从本实用新型上掉下以及支撑杆在固定夹上的左右移动，作为技术方案的改进，支撑杆3为销轴，销轴上设有4个与销轴一体制作的凸起环状结构31，4个凸起环状结构31分别设置于两个固定孔21左右两边的销轴上，此时，固定孔21的直径等于或大于凸起环状结构31的直径，当蝶形专用吊具上挂好工件以后，由于工件以及销轴自身的重力作用，两个固定孔21卡在其左右的两个凸起环状结构31之间。
为了进一步实现对销轴位置的限制，作为技术方案的改进，销轴最右端的凸起环状结构31上设有贯穿的通孔，通孔中可取下地穿过开口销，参考图3。
为了方便把销轴插入、取出固定孔21，作为技术方案的改进，凸起环状结构31与销轴连接的地方设置倒角结构，倒角范围为120-150°，参考图4。
为了适应不同工件尺寸，作为技术方案的改进，固定架2两个固定臂之间的距离为300-500mm。

1.可转移蝶形专用吊具，其特征在于，包括：
吊环，设有两个；
固定架，呈倒“U”形设置，两个所述吊环呈一定角度固定设置在固定架的上部，在固定架左右两边固定臂的相同位置分别设有固定孔；
支撑杆，可取下地穿过所述固定臂上的两个固定孔，与所述固定架形成闭环结构。
2.按照权利要求1所述的可转移蝶形专用吊具，其特征在于，所述固定架上的两个所述吊环之间的角度为90-120°。
3.按照权利要求1所述的可转移蝶形专用吊具，其特征在于，所述支撑杆为销轴，销轴上设有4个与销轴一体制作的凸起环状结构，4个凸起环状结构分别设置于两个所述固定孔左右两边的销轴上。
4.按照权利要求3所述的可转移蝶形专用吊具，其特征在于，所述销轴最右端的凸起环状结构上设有贯穿的通孔，通孔中可取下地穿过开口销。
5.按照权利要求3所述的可转移蝶形专用吊具，其特征在于，所述凸起环状结构与所述销轴连接的地方设置倒角结构，倒角范围为120-150°。
6.按照权利要求1所述的可转移蝶形专用吊具，其特征在于，所述固定架两个固定臂之间的距离为300-500mm。
