现有学生日常学习工具中包括量角器、剪刀、尺等在内的多种工具，普通量角器使用很不方便，量角时，尤其度量短边角时需要画延长线，不能直接简单的读数，且现有普通量角器功能单一。

本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的不足，提供一种具有量角器功能的剪刀，该剪刀集量角器、剪刀和尺子的功能于一体。

测量角度时，将剪刀的铰接点对准角的零点（即，角的顶点），将第一剪刀头或第二剪刀头内侧直边对准角的一边（对准之后则该剪刀体所在的剪刀体固定不动），然后像用剪刀一样张开剪刀，测量卷尺从收纳孔放出，当未固定的剪刀头内侧直边与角的另一边对齐时，指针会指向测量卷尺上的一个刻度，这个刻度便是角的度数，测量完后松开剪刀，测量卷尺由第二剪刀头内部的卷轴机构收纳复原。另外，该剪刀剪刀柄还可以作为直尺使用，当然，该剪刀具有剪刀本身的功能。
本实用新型利用对角相等的原理，不直接测量角的度数，而是测量角的对角的度数，从而得出被测角的度数。本实用新型将这一原理结合到剪刀的功能中，使得角度的测量简单方便且准确。实现了剪刀的多工能化。
