本实用新型涉及一种点火线圈,包括次级骨架、绕设在次级骨架上的次级线圈、位于次级骨架上和次级线圈外围的壳体,所述的次级线圈具有高压输出端,所述的次级骨架的顶部和壳体之间设置有碟形导电片和导电端盖,所述的高压输出端与碟形导电片相电连接,所述的导电端盖包括本体和位于本体末端的钩状结构,所述的壳体内壁对应设置有凹槽,所述的碟形导电片弹性支撑于所述的本体的上方,组装时所述的本体克服碟形导电片的弹力使钩状结构插入在凹槽内,所述的碟形导电片和导电端盖之间形成稳定的压力连接。由于采用了以上技术方案,使得本实用新型的连接稳定性得到提高,消除了工作过程中的隐患。

本实用新型涉及一种点火线圈。
背景技术
在汽车发动机点火系统中,点火线圈是一种为点燃发动机气缸内的空气和燃油混合物提供点火能量的执行部件。它是一种基于电磁感应原理的特殊脉冲升压器,它将8-16V的低电压按设定频率通断使之次级产生20-40KV的电压通过火花塞产生电火花。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种全新结构的点火线圈。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种点火线圈,包括次级骨架、绕设在次级骨架上的次级线圈、位于次级骨架上和次级线圈外围的壳体,所述的次级线圈具有高压输出端,所述的次级骨架的顶部和壳体之间设置有碟形导电片和导电端盖,所述的高压输出端与碟形导电片相电连接,所述的导电端盖包括本体和位于本体末端的钩状结构,所述的壳体内壁对应设置有凹槽,所述的碟形导电片弹性支撑于所述的本体的上方,组装时所述的本体克服碟形导电片的弹力使钩状结构插入在凹槽内,所述的碟形导电片和导电端盖之间形成稳定的压力连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进,所述的钩状结构沿周向环绕本体形成凸缘。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进,所述的凹槽的深度为壳体厚度的1/3至1/2。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进,所述的导电端盖的下方设置有导电弹簧部件。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进,所述的导电端盖的本体具有帽状结构,所述的导电弹簧部件套设于帽状结构上。
由于采用了以上技术方案,使得本实用新型的连接稳定性得到提高,消除了工作过程中的隐患。

参见附图1所示,一种点火线圈,包括次级骨架1、绕设在次级骨架1上的次级线圈(未示出)、位于次级骨架1上和次级线圈外围的壳体2,次级线圈具有高压输出端,次级骨架1的顶部和壳体2之间设置有碟形导电片3和导电端盖4,高压输出端与碟形导电片3相电连接,导电端盖4包括本体41和位于本体41末端的钩状结构42,壳体2内壁对应设置有凹槽21,碟形导电片3弹性支撑于本体41的上方,组装时本体41克服碟形导电片3的弹力使钩状42结构插入在凹槽21内,碟形导电片3和导电端盖4之间形成稳定的压力连接。
钩状结构42沿周向环绕本体41形成凸缘,凹槽21的深度为壳体厚度的1/3至1/2。导电端盖4的下方设置有导电弹簧部件5。导电端盖4的本体41具有帽状结构43,导电弹簧部5件套设于帽状结构43上。本实用新型的连接稳定性得到提高,消除了工作过程中的隐患。

1.一种点火线圈,包括次级骨架、绕设在次级骨架上的次级线圈、位于次级骨架上和次级线圈外围的壳体,所述的次级线圈具有高压输出端,其特征在于:所述的次级骨架的顶部和壳体之间设置有碟形导电片和导电端盖,所述的高压输出端与碟形导电片相电连接,所述的导电端盖包括本体和位于本体末端的钩状结构,所述的壳体内壁对应设置有凹槽,所述的碟形导电片弹性支撑于所述的本体的上方,组装时所述的本体克服碟形导电片的弹力使钩状结构插入在凹槽内,所述的碟形导电片和导电端盖之间形成稳定的压力连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的钩状结构沿周向环绕本体形成凸缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的凹槽的深度为壳体厚度的1/3至1/2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的导电端盖的下方设置有导电弹簧部件。
