本实用新型公开了一种水冷散热LED灯带,包括柔性带体、铝基板以及设置在铝基板上的LED串联电路,所述柔性带体内设置有沿着长度走向延伸的光源通道和水源通道,光源通道与水源通道在柔性带体内并行且互相密封隔离,所述铝基板及LED串联电路位于该光源通道内,所述水源通道用于从其入水口引入水源并从其出水口排出。在柔性带体内设两条通道,一条专用于水冷散热,通道内水流不断带走LED发光所产生的热量,从而不受外部环境的影响,散热性能大大提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯带,特别是一种水冷散热LED灯带。
背景技术
现有的LED灯带的散热结构单一,仅仅只能利用铝基板的固体导热,由于铝基板及LED被包裹在柔性PVC带体内,散热效果不佳,尤其是应用在城市街道上,夜晚街道吸收了白天的高温日照,因此灯带内外的温差小,LED灯带内的热量无法及时散去。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水冷散热LED灯带。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种水冷散热LED灯带,包括柔性带体、铝基板以及设置在铝基板上的LED串联电路,所述柔性带体内设置有沿着长度走向延伸的光源通道和水源通道,光源通道与水源通道在柔性带体内并行且互相密封隔离,所述铝基板及LED串联电路位于该光源通道内,所述水源通道用于从其入水口引入水源并从其出水口排出。
进一步,所述水源通道的入水口通过水泵接入水源,水源通道的外侧开设有喷水阀。
本技术方案的有益效果为:在柔性带体内设两条通道,一条专用于水冷散热,通道内水流不断带走LED发光所产生的热量,从而不受外部环境的影响,散热性能大大提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本实用新型的一种水冷散热LED灯带,包括柔性带体10、铝基板20以及设置在铝基板20上的LED串联电路30,所述柔性带体10内设置有沿着长度走向延伸的光源通道40和水源通道50,光源通道40与水源通道50在柔性带体10内并行且互相密封隔离,所述铝基板20及LED串联电路30位于该光源通道40内,所述水源通道50用于从其入水口引入水源并从其出水口排出。
在柔性带体10内设两条通道,一条专用于水冷散热,通道内水流不断带走LED发光所产生的热量,从而不受外部环境的影响,散热性能大大提高。其中,水源可以引入过滤后的河水,不占用自来水,相应的,在进入灯带内时设置过滤器以防止堵塞水源通道50。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述水源通道50的入水口通过水泵60接入水源,以此提高水压和水速,提高散热效果,水源通道50的外侧开设有间隔设置的多个喷水阀70,喷水阀70可及时将被加热后的水排出,而排出的水温度不高,还可用于灌溉灯带下方的植物。

1.一种水冷散热LED灯带,包括柔性带体、铝基板以及设置在铝基板上的LED串联电路,其特征在于:所述柔性带体内设置有沿着长度走向延伸的光源通道和水源通道,光源通道与水源通道在柔性带体内并行且互相密封隔离,所述铝基板及LED串联电路位于该光源通道内,所述水源通道用于从其入水口引入水源并从其出水口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷散热LED灯带,其特征在于:所述水源通道的入水口通过水泵接入水源,水源通道的外侧开设有喷水阀。
