Abstract

本实用新型公开一种用于容器上的发光装置,包括:垫以及设置于垫之上的电路板,所述电路板上或/和下层设置有电子元件,所述垫之上还设置有填充层,所述填充层的表面设置有粘接材料层,以及在所述粘接材料层粘接有一可撕除的隔离层,所述粘接材料层附着所述容器;所述填充层的中部区域设置有一镂空区域以露出所述电路板上的电子元件,所述填充层的镂空区域至少有一个向内的延伸部放置在电路板上方。本实用新型在使用过程中,尽可能的保护到电路板,避免液体溅落到电路板上,同时也降低了液体渗漏进到电路板内的风险,提高了发光装置的使用可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种用于容器的发光装置。
背景技术
饮料或酒品是人们最常用的消费品之一,通常,这些饮料或酒品通过固定的容器承装,比如封闭的瓶子,开放式的杯子等。
现有设置在瓶子或杯子的发光装置,通过胶粘合瓶子或杯子,发光装置用柔软的垫来承载,经过改进,后面在垫上再加上一填充层,填充层可以对瓶子不平的地方进行填充,从而提高瓶子或杯子放置后的稳定性。垫的中部区域露出发光装置的电路板以及电子元器件,装满液体的瓶子或杯子在使用过程中有液体溅落到电路板上导致损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用时更可靠的用于容器的发光装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种用于容器上的发光装置,包括:垫以及设置于垫之上的电路板,所述电路板上或/和下层设置有电子元件,所述垫之上还设置有填充层,所述填充层的上表面设置有粘接材料层,以及在所述粘接材料层之上粘接有一可撕除的隔离纸,所述粘接材料层用于附着到所述容器上;所述填充层的中部区域设置有一镂空区域以露出所述电路板上的电子元件,所述填充层的镂空区域至少有一个向内的延伸部放置在电路板上方。
优选的,所述发光组件包括设置在电路板上的两个纽扣电池,所述延伸部设置在所述两个纽扣电池之间的空隙处。
优选的,所述延伸部为两个,所述两个延伸部设置在所述两个纽扣电池之间的两个空隙处。
优选的,所述填充层被切割有一个或多个缺口。
优选的,所述缺口的数量为多个,且分布在所述填充层上并避开填充层的延伸部分所属位置。
优选的,所述发光组件的光源为LED,所述LED的设置避开填充层的延伸部分。
本实用新型带来的益处是:本实用新型通过在垫的镂空区域向内设置有向内的延伸部包裹电路板,这样可在使用过程中避免液体渗漏溅落到电路板上,提高了发光装置的使用可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面描述本实用新型的优选实施方式,本领域普通技术人员将能够根据下文所述用本领域的相关技术加以实现,并能更加明白本实用新型的创新之处和带来的益处。
如图1-2所示为本实施例所述的用于容器的发光装置具体实施例,所述容器包括承载饮料或酒品的瓶子、杯子等容器,该发光装置包括:垫10以及设置于垫10上的电路板20,所述电路板20设置有发光组件,所述垫10还设置有一粘合层30,所述粘合层30的表面设置有可粘接材料层31,以及在所述可粘接材料层31之上粘有一可撕除的隔离层40所述可粘接材料层31用于贴附到所述容器的底部或容器的其它位置;所述垫30的中部区域设置有镂空结构以露出所述电路板20上的发光组件,所述镂空结构边缘设置有至少一个向内的延伸部32用以包裹电路板。本实用新型通过在垫的镂空区域向内设置有向内的延伸部包裹电路板,这样可在使用过程中避免液体渗漏溅落到电路板上,提高了发光装置的使用可靠性。
在本实施例中,如图1及图2所示,所述发光组件包括设置在电路板20上的两个纽扣电池23,所述延伸部32设置在所述两个纽扣电池23之间的空隙处。本实施例所述的空隙处为如图1所示的两个纽扣电池23之间的扇形的空隙处,因为在该处露出了大部分的电路板,很容易受到液体的侵入导致电路故障。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,将所述延伸部32设为两个,所述两个延伸部32设置在所述两个纽扣电池之间23的两个空隙处。同样的,电阻22也设置在两个纽扣电池之间的空隙处,并更接近于镂空结构的中心区域。
在本实施例中,所述填充层上还设置有一个或多个缺口33,由于粘接材料层31一般采用3M胶或其它强力胶,粘接性能强,因而使用时有时候会出现难以撕除隔离纸的现象,本实施例中,缺口33的设置更有利于在使用时撕除隔离纸,同时,缺口也减小了发光装置在瓶底的粘接区域,在将发光装置取掉的时候,也更加方便和容易。当然,所述缺口的数量也可设置为多个,当为多个时,可均匀的分布在所述填充层上并避开所述延伸部的设置位置,这样能够更好的保护到电路板,同时也更容易撕除隔离纸。
在本实施例中,所述发光组件的光源为采用LED21,LED21具有体积小且能耗小、亮度高的特性,这里,可将LED设置在所述延伸部的两侧,尽可能的让出更大的地方使电路板能够被所述延伸部覆盖掉,减小受损的风险。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本实用新型所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本实用新型的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本实用新型所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,如驱动方式可以采用电机外置或液压动力等,而牵引方式除了上述的实施例外,也可以采用钢缆绞索等其它牵引方式,这些都应当视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于容器的发光装置,包括:垫以及设置于垫之上的电路板,所述电路板上或/和下层设置有电子元件,所述垫之上还设置有填充层,所述填充层的上表面设置有粘接材料层,以及在所述粘接材料层之上粘接有一可撕除的隔离纸,所述粘接材料层用于附着到所述容器上;其特征在于:所述填充层的中部区域设置有一镂空区域以露出所述电路板上的电子元件,所述填充层的镂空区域至少有一个向内的延伸部放置在电路板上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于容器的发光装置,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括设置在电路板上的两个纽扣电池,所述延伸部设置在所述两个纽扣电池之间的空隙处。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于容器的发光装置,其特征在于,所述延伸部为两个,所述两个延伸部的设置在所述两个纽扣电池之间的两个空隙处。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于容器的发光装置,其特征在于,所述填充层被切割有一个或多个缺口。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于容器的发光装置,其特征在于,所述缺口的数量为多个,且分布在所述填充层上并避开填充层的延伸部分所属位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于容器的发光装置,其特征在于,所述发光组件的光源为LED,所述LED的设置避开填充层的延伸部分。
