背景技术
激光切割,总是从穿孔开始。厚板穿孔过程中,在穿孔未完成前,熔渣无法从底部流出,堆积在板材孔上部,容易碰触切割头喷嘴而出现报错。通常的办法是报错后人工去除堆积的熔渣后,重新开始穿孔。
穿孔完成后,除平行激光光束的切割用气体外,需避免其他方向的气流对切割气流的干扰。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种激光切割机的侧吹机构,其结构紧凑、效果明显的激光切割机的侧吹机构,以实现自动去除穿孔时产生的堆积熔渣,使切割过程连续无中断。完成穿孔后,自动关闭侧吹气流,保证正常的切割。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型有如下技术方案:
