本实用新型提出了随流孕育剂加注装置，在铁水包的侧壁设有定位支架，定位支架上连接有安装支架，孕育剂加注筒固定在安装支架上，孕育剂加注筒与水平面倾斜30‑50º角，孕育剂加注筒的出料口处设有手动开关，孕育剂加注筒的出料口位于铁水包的加注嘴上方；孕育剂加注筒后端活动连接有后盖。浇注时，从孕育剂加注筒的后端定量加入孕育剂，打开手动开关，随着铁水包的倾斜，孕育剂均匀流入铁水中，稳定控制了孕育剂的流量及流速，使之更好的溶于铁水，更均匀；并且，通过手动开关，可随时控制孕育剂加注筒的打开或关闭；并且，减少人工劳动强度，便于操作，提高了安全性。

背景技术
在铸造过程中，当铁水倒入铁水包内时，需要根据材料要求在铁水中加入孕育剂。目前，采用的方法：一人操作铁水包进行浇注，一个同时加入孕育剂，需要两人操作，并且不安全；特别是不能稳定控制孕育剂的流量，孕育剂的加注不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型提出随流孕育剂加注装置，只需一人操作就可实现浇注时孕育剂的加入，并且有稳定的流量，孕育剂加注均匀。
随流孕育剂加注装置，其特征在于：在铁水包的侧壁设有定位支架，定位支架上连接有安装支架，孕育剂加注筒固定在安装支架上，整个孕育剂加注筒与水平面倾斜30-50º角，孕育剂加注筒的出料口处设有手动开关，孕育剂加注筒的出料口位于铁水包的加注嘴上方；孕育剂加注筒后端活动连接有后盖。
有益效果：浇注时，从孕育剂加注筒的后端定量加入孕育剂，打开手动开关，随着铁水包的倾斜，孕育剂均匀流入铁水中，稳定控制了孕育剂的流量及流速，使之更好的溶于铁水，更均匀；并且，通过手动开关，可随时控制孕育剂加注筒的打开或关闭；并且，减少人工劳动强度，便于操作，提高了安全性。

结合图1、图2所示，进一步描述本实用新型如下：随流孕育剂加注装置，在铁水包1的侧壁设有定位支架3，定位支架3上连接有安装支架4，孕育剂加注筒5固定在安装支架4上，孕育剂加注筒5与水平面倾斜30-50º角，孕育剂加注筒的出料口5a处设有手动开关5b，孕育剂加注筒的出料口位于铁水包的加注嘴2上方；孕育剂加注筒5后端活动连接有后盖5c。
如图1所示，定位支架3上设有两个垂直设置的定位套3a，安装支架4的下端设有两个导向杆4a，导向杆4a与定位套3a内孔配合，导向杆4a上设有限位凸起4b，安装支架4通过导向杆4a插入定位套3a内孔实现定位，并通过限位凸起4b轴向限位。

1.随流孕育剂加注装置，其特征在于：在铁水包的侧壁设有定位支架，定位支架上连接有安装支架，孕育剂加注筒固定在安装支架上，孕育剂加注筒与水平面倾斜30-50º角，孕育剂加注筒的出料口处设有手动开关，孕育剂加注筒的出料口位于铁水包的加注嘴上方；孕育剂加注筒后端活动连接有后盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的随流孕育剂加注装置，其特征在于：定位支架上设有两个垂直设置的定位套，安装支架的下端设有两个导向杆，导向杆与定位套内孔配合，导向杆上设有限位凸起，安装支架通过导向杆插入定位套内孔实现定位，并通过限位凸起轴向限位。
