本实用新型提供锂离子电池组,它包括有长方形的底座、电池组,其中,底座顶部卡装有外壳,外壳长度方向两端设有内凹的提手位,外壳长度方向两侧设有抽屉式电池箱,每个电池箱内安装有一组电池组,每组电池组均由若干个锂离子电池排成一列构成,外壳内腔顶部两侧设有由透明材料制成的极板,极板底部设有弹片,弹片为多个,分别与相应的锂离子电池的电极相接触;极板两端的外壳上设有限位块,电池箱顶部设有上凸的限位板;外壳长度方向两端的顶部各设一组控制按钮。采用本方案后尤其适用于充放量大、次数多的场合使用。

本实用新型涉及锂离子电池技术领域,尤其是指一种锂离子电池组。
背景技术
锂离子电池是一种二次电池(充电电池),它主要依靠锂离子在正极和负极之间移动来工作。在充放电过程中,Li+ 在两个电极之间往返嵌入和脱嵌:充电时,Li+从正极脱嵌,经过电解质嵌入负极,负极处于富锂状态;放电时则相反。电池一般采用含有锂元素的材料作为电极,是现代高性能电池的代表。现有的锂离子电池都是单体方式或者将多个电池固定在一个箱子里,单体方电池供电量小,多个电池组时虽然供电量大,但一旦其中一个损坏就必须更换整个电池组,大大增加了用户的使用成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于充放量大、次数多的场合使用的锂离子电池组。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:锂离子电池组,它包括有长方形的底座、电池组,其中,底座顶部卡装有外壳,外壳长度方向两端设有内凹的提手位,外壳长度方向两侧设有抽屉式电池箱,每个电池箱内安装有一组电池组,每组电池组均由若干个锂离子电池排成一列构成,外壳内腔顶部两侧设有由透明材料制成的极板,极板底部设有弹片,弹片为多个,分别与相应的锂离子电池的电极相接触;极板两端的外壳上设有限位块,电池箱顶部设有上凸的限位板;外壳长度方向两端的顶部各设一组控制按钮。
所述的控制按钮由排成一列的电量显示屏、报警灯、控制开关构成。
所述的电池箱两端设有导轨,并通过导轨活动安装在外壳内。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后,电池组采用一主一备的方式,其中一组用完后通过手动或自动切换至另一组电池组供电,放完电的则进入充电状态;采用抽屉式的机构可以随时对损坏的电池进行更换;采用本方案后尤其适用于充放量大、次数多的场合使用。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,本实用新型的较佳实施例为:参见附图1,本实施例所述的锂离子电池组包括有长方形的底座1、电池组4,其中,底座1顶部卡装有外壳2,外壳2长度方向两端设有内凹的提手位3,外壳2长度方向两侧设有抽屉式电池箱5,所述的电池箱5两端设有导轨6,并通过导轨6活动安装在外壳2内,每个电池箱5内安装有一组电池组4,每组电池组4均由若干个锂离子电池排成一列构成,外壳2内腔顶部两侧设有由透明材料制成的极板7,极板7底部设有弹片8,弹片8为多个,分别与相应的锂离子电池的电极相接触;极板7两端的外壳2上设有限位块10,电池箱5顶部设有上凸的限位板11;外壳2长度方向两端的顶部各设一组控制按钮,所述的控制按钮由排成一列的电量显示屏12、报警灯13、控制开关9构成。本实施例的电池组采用一主一备的方式,其中一组用完后通过手动或自动切换至另一组电池组供电,放完电的则进入充电状态;采用抽屉式的机构可以随时对损坏的电池进行更换;采用本实施例后尤其适用于充放量大、次数多的场合使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池组,其特征在于:控制按钮由排成一列的电量显示屏(12)、报警灯(13)、控制开关(9)构成。
