本实用新型涉及电池领域,具体涉及一种锂离子电池组。
背景技术
锂离子电池是一种二次电池(充电电池),它主要依靠锂离子在正极和负极之间移动来工作。在充放电过程中,Li+在两个电极之间往返嵌入和脱嵌;充电时,Li+从正极脱嵌,经过电解质嵌入负极,负极处于富锂状态;放电时则相反。电池一般采用含有锂元素的材料作为电极,是现代高性能电池的代表。但是现有的锂离子电池组中的电池之间是采用串联方式,串联连接时需要焊接,造成安装不方便的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种锂离子电池组,本实用新型解决了现有的锂离子电池组串联连接时需要焊接,造成安装不方便的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:锂离子电池组,由锂离子电池外壳、负极导电套、电极、正极弹簧片、负极弹簧片、正极导电柱构成的电池单体;在锂离子电池外壳左侧上下两端分别设置有嵌槽,锂离子电池外壳右侧上下两端分别设置有凸台;在锂离子电池外壳内安装有电极,锂离子电池外壳右端有圆形孔、左端有一个U形槽,U形槽上端口贯通到锂离子电池外壳的上端面;圆形孔中有正极导电柱,正极导电柱内端连接一个正极弹簧片,正极弹簧片连接电极正极;U形槽内表面有负极导电套,负极导电套内端连接负极弹簧片,负极弹簧片连接电极负极;至少两个电池单体串联构成电池组,上一个电池单体正极导电柱的凸沿自U形槽上端口嵌入U形插槽中,且凸台与嵌槽相互配合。
本实用新型的优点有:通过凸台与嵌槽相互嵌入,将两个锂离子电池外壳牢固连接,同时正极导电柱自U形插槽中插入,将两个锂离子的正负电极连接,实现锂离子电池的串联连接。连接结构稳定,不需要焊接,方便电池的串联。

下面用最佳的实施例对本实用新型做详细的说明
如图1-3所示,锂离子电池组,由锂离子电池外壳1、负极导电套2、电极3、正极弹簧片4、负极弹簧片5、正极导电柱6构成的电池单体;在锂离子电池外壳1左侧上下两端分别设置有嵌槽9,锂离子电池外壳1右侧上下两端分别设置有凸台8;在锂离子电池外壳1内安装有电极3,锂离子电池外壳1右端有圆形孔、左端有一个U形槽,U形槽上端口贯通到锂离子电池外壳1的上端面;圆形孔中有正极导电柱6,正极导电柱6内端连接一个正极弹簧片4,正极弹簧片4连接电极3正极;U形槽内表面有负极导电套2,负极导电套2内端连接负极弹簧片5,负极弹簧片5连接电极3负极;至少两个电池单体串联构成电池组,上一个电池单体正极导电柱的凸沿自U形槽上端口嵌入U形插槽中,且凸台与嵌槽相互配合。
U形插槽7是由导电材料制成的U形体结构。通过凸台8与嵌槽9相互嵌入,将两个锂离子电池外壳1牢固连接,同时正极导电柱6自U形插槽7中插入,将两个锂离子的正负电极连接,实现锂离子电池的串联连接。连接结构稳定,不需要焊接,方便电池的串联。

1.锂离子电池组,其特征在于,由锂离子电池外壳、负极导电套、电极、正极弹簧片、负极弹簧片、正极导电柱构成的电池单体;在锂离子电池外壳左侧上下两端分别设置有嵌槽,锂离子电池外壳右侧上下两端分别设置有凸台;在锂离子电池外壳内安装有电极,锂离子电池外壳右端有圆形孔、左端有一个U形槽,U形槽上端口贯通到锂离子电池外壳的上端面;圆形孔中有正极导电柱,正极导电柱内端连接一个正极弹簧片,正极弹簧片连接电极正极;U形槽内表面有负极导电套,负极导电套内端连接负极弹簧片,负极弹簧片连接电极负极;至少两个电池单体串联构成电池组,上一个电池单体正极导电柱的凸沿自U形槽上端口嵌入U形插槽中,且凸台与嵌槽相互配合。
