背景技术
传统的管道与管道之间的连接，一般采用法兰螺栓连接固定的方式，为防止液体泄漏，通常还需要预置密封圈密封。但该类结构在连接时对螺栓孔对中的尺寸精度要求相对较高，因为两个管道的螺栓孔一旦对不上，就需要重新铰孔，非常麻烦。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种方便高效且密封性好的管道连接件。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种管道连接件，包括管道a和管道b，管道a管端处在外管壁上设有纵截面为直角梯形的管座a，管道a管端中心处设有圆锥面a，管道b管端处在外管壁上设有纵截面为直角梯形的管座b，管道b管端中心处设有圆锥面b，在圆锥面a与圆锥面b之间安置有透镜密封垫，在管座a斜面与管座b斜面之间卡接有卡爪，卡爪外表面上设有液压套筒。
本实用新型摒弃了传统的法兰螺栓连接固定方式，无需再进行管道与管道螺栓孔的对中，而只需控制液压套筒的径向液压力即可，非常方便高效，且密封性好。

如图1所示，一种管道连接件，包括管道a和管道b，管道a管端处在外管壁上设有纵截面为直角梯形的管座a，管道a管端中心处设有圆锥面a，管道b管端处在外管壁上设有纵截面为直角梯形的管座b，管道b管端中心处设有圆锥面b，在圆锥面a与圆锥面b之间安置有透镜密封垫1，在管座a斜面与管座b斜面之间卡接有卡爪2，卡爪2外表面上设有液压套筒3。
本实用新型在使用时，由液压套筒3向内径向施加预紧压力，迫使卡爪2沿着管座a和管座b的斜面移动，在移动的过程中，反向作用于管道a和管道b并使其沿着透镜密封垫1的方向移动，最终将卡爪2的径向预紧压力转化成透镜密封垫1的轴向预紧力，从而实现管道a和管道b的密封连接。
