技术领域
本实用新型涉及振动筛领域，具体涉及一种高速电磁振动筛。
背景技术
振动筛往往利用间歇震动装置制成，目前多用振动电机或者是普通电机带动凸轮机构而成，主要应用于干物料筛分，由于大多数振动筛都采用电机，目前振动筛最大故障也处在电机位置，电机长期在粉料环境下很容易打火烧掉，而且电机本身价格昂贵，更换比较麻烦，一直困扰着该领域人员。
振动筛要提高效率，目前采用的手段主要有增加振动频率或者是改变振幅，振动频率一般情况下采用变频器，变频器对电机是有影响的；又或者改变机械结构变动振幅，但是花费时间长，不适用于多产品应用。
针对上述问题，设计了一种高速电磁振动筛，而目前市场上还没有该类装置。
发明内容
为了克服上述所指出的现有振动筛效率低，无法适用于多产品的问题，发明人对此进行了深入研究，在付出了大量创造性劳动后，从而完成了本实用新型。
具体而言，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种高速电磁振动筛，以解决目前振动筛效率低，无法适用于多产品的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：一种高速电磁振动筛，包括振动仓，所述振动仓上设有上筛，所述上筛一侧斜度大于另一侧斜度，所述振动仓内部设有下筛，所述下筛为锥形固定在振动仓侧壁上，所述下筛底部设有滑板，所述滑板与振动仓底部成斜角，滑板一侧的振动仓侧壁上设有出料口，所述振动仓底部设有电磁振动座，所述电磁振动座底部设有底脚。
作为优选的技术方案，所述上筛凹进振动仓内，所述上筛设为可拆卸结构。
作为优选的技术方案，所述下筛锥形向上固定在振动仓侧壁上。
所述底脚设为可降低振动噪音的橡胶座。
所述电磁振动座的电磁频率可调。
该实用新型的有益之处在于：通过电磁振动座代替电机驱动振动，降低了电极故障成本，而且电磁振动座，调节频率方便对设备本身不会造成任何影响，省去了变频器成本；将上筛制作成凹形，有储料效果，上筛一侧斜度较另一侧斜度大，投料时，在斜度小的一侧投料，物料在振动及滑落过程中会很快被筛分，下筛锥形向上固定在振动仓侧壁上，物料滑落到上面后在振动及滑落过程中又加速筛分，整体提高了筛分效率；整个振动仓安装在电磁振动座上面，同时振动，效率也能提高；上筛设为可拆卸结构，方便更换及清理下筛。

一种高速电磁振动筛，包括振动仓3，所述振动仓3上设有上筛1，所述上筛1一侧斜度大于另一侧斜度，所述振动仓3内部设有下筛2，所述下筛2为锥形固定在振动仓3侧壁上，所述下筛2底部设有滑板4，所述滑板4与振动仓3底部成斜角，滑板4一侧的振动仓3侧壁上设有出料口7，所述振动仓3底部设有电磁振动座5，所述电磁振动座5底部设有底脚6。
作为优选的技术方案，所述上筛1凹进振动仓3内，所述上筛1设为可拆卸结构，方便更换及清理下筛2。
作为优选的技术方案，所述下筛2锥形向上固定在振动仓3侧壁上。
所述底脚6设为可降低振动噪音的橡胶座，由于噪音污染对人体伤害极大，对振动设备要采取降噪措施。
所述电磁振动座5的电磁频率可调，可根据需要调节振动频率。
具体加工流程：开启电磁振动座5，振动仓3开始振动，将物料投入到上筛1内，投料时，在斜度小的一侧投料，物料在振动及滑落过程中会很快被筛分，下筛2锥形向上固定在振动仓3侧壁上，物料滑落到上面后在振动及滑落过程中又加速筛分，经过两次筛分后滑落到滑板4上，滑板4与振动仓3底部成斜角，物料滑落到滑板4斜面上，从滑板4一侧的振动仓3侧壁上设有的出料口7排出。
