Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种环保型防鼠啃咬低衰减舰船用集成网络电缆,由缆芯、稳定骨架、填充材料、铠装层、防鼠啃咬外护层组成。缆芯设有2‑4根或多根绞合成缆,每根缆芯包括对绞线芯、稳定骨架、屏蔽层、填充材料、内护层,对绞线芯设有四组,在四组对绞线芯之间设有稳定骨架,起到有规律固定线芯、稳定电缆结构、达到低衰减的目的。每组对绞线芯包括两根金属线芯,在每根金属线芯的外面包覆一层绝缘层。在成缆缆芯之间设有稳定骨架,在成缆缆芯的外围依次设有填充材料、铠装层、防鼠啃咬外护层。铠装层为防锈蚀的非磁性金属材料制成,呈带绕状或编织状。防鼠啃咬外护层是采用环保无毒的防鼠驱避剂与绿色环保的高分子材料复合而成的新材料制成。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种网络电缆,特别涉及一种环保型防鼠啃咬低衰减舰船用集成网络电缆。
背景技术:
目前国内舰船用通信电缆,大都有线芯、护套组成,这种电缆使用方便。但这种电缆不具备防止老鼠啃咬的性能,且电缆的结构稳定性、抗电磁干扰、抗衰减性较差。由于受到老鼠啃咬的破坏,造成的通信、信号中断,给社会和人身财产,特别是军事国防设施造成极大的危害;因电缆内部结构不稳定,且电缆的抗电磁干扰、抗衰减性较差,易受电磁干扰衰减增大,严重时导致信号中断。为了克服老鼠啃咬及抗电磁干扰、抗衰减性较差的问题,目前国内外主要采用含剧毒化学药物的防鼠咬护套层包覆电缆,当老鼠对电缆破坏后会被中毒杀伤,且电缆已被破坏,起不到真正保护电缆的作用。另外,电缆的抗衰减、低损耗性能亦是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种防止老鼠啃咬破坏、抗干扰、低衰减的环保型防鼠啃咬低衰减舰船用集成网络电缆。为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保型防鼠啃咬低衰减舰船用集成网络电缆,由缆芯、稳定骨架、填充材料、铠装层、防鼠啃咬外护层组成,在缆芯的外面设有外护层,在缆芯与外护层之间设有稳定骨架、填充材料,使缆芯、稳定骨架、填充材料和外护层组成一个整体。
所述缆芯设有2-4根或多根绞合成缆,每根缆芯包括对绞线芯、稳定骨架、屏蔽层、内护层、填充材料,对绞线芯设有四组,在四组对绞线芯之间设有稳定骨架,起到稳定电缆结构、低衰减的目的。在四组对绞线芯的外部依次设有屏蔽层和内护层,在屏蔽层与四组对绞线芯之间设有稳定骨架。每组对绞线芯包括两根金属线芯,在每根金属线芯的外面包覆有绝缘层。
所述外护层由内向外依次为铠装层和防鼠啃咬外护层,所述铠装层为防锈蚀的非磁性金属材料制成,呈带绕状或编织状;既能抗外界电磁干扰的同时还具有抗机械外力损伤的作用,提高了电缆的电能传输性能及使用安全性。所述防鼠啃咬外护层采用具有我公司自主研发的环保无毒防鼠驱避剂与绿色环保的高分子材料复合而成的新材料制成。
本发明的创新效果是,抗电磁干扰、低衰减性能,有一定的抗机械损伤性能,且能防止老鼠啃咬破坏,便于多台设备的分布安装使用,提高舰船用集成网络电缆的传输保真性能。

1.一种环保型防鼠啃咬低衰减舰船用集成网络电缆,由缆芯、稳定骨架、填充材料、铠装层、防鼠啃咬外护层组成,其特征在于,所述缆芯设有多根绞合成缆,每根缆芯包括对绞线芯、稳定骨架、屏蔽层、填充材料、内护层,对绞线芯设有四组,在四组对绞线芯及多根缆芯之间设有稳定骨架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型防鼠啃咬低衰减舰船用集成网络电缆,其特征在于:所述对绞每对线芯包括两根金属线芯,在每根金属线芯的外面包覆一层绝缘层。
