本实用新型涉及一种环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频集成同轴电缆,由股线芯、稳定骨架、填充材料、外护层组成,其特征在于:股线芯由金属线芯、绝缘层、屏蔽层、股线护套层组成,在股线成缆中心设有稳固电缆结构的稳定骨架,在股线芯与外护层之间设有异形稳定电缆结构的填充材料;在金属线芯的外部依次设有绝缘层、屏蔽层、股线护套层;所述外护层由内向外依次为内护层、铠装层和防鼠啃咬外护层,内护层采用憎水性材料制成,铠装层是由防锈蚀的非磁性金属材料制成,呈带绕状或编织状。本实用新型的创新效果是,抗电磁干扰、低衰减性能,有一定的抗机械损伤性能,且能防止老鼠啃咬破坏,便于多台设备的分布安装使用,提高舰船用射频集成同轴电缆视频传输的保真性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种同轴电缆,特别涉及一种环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频集成同轴电缆。
背景技术:
目前国内的射频同轴电缆,大都由内导体、外导体、绝缘和护套组成,且都是采用单根安装和使用,无多根集成结构设计,造成电缆的布线混乱,维护和维修繁琐。这种电缆不具备防止老鼠啃咬的性能,且电缆的结构稳定性、抗电磁干扰、低损耗性较差。由于受到老鼠啃咬的破坏,造成视频信号中断,给社会和人身财产,特别是军事国防设施造成极大的危害。采用束扎敷设,造成损耗增加、视频传输信号不稳定或失真。为了克服老鼠啃咬问题,目前国内外主要采用含剧毒化学药物的防鼠咬护套层包覆电缆,当老鼠对电缆啃咬破坏时会被中毒杀伤,且电缆已被破坏,起不到真正保护电缆的作用。另外,电缆的抗衰减、低损耗性能亦是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种既能防止老鼠啃咬破坏、又能提高电缆结构稳定、低损耗的环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频集成同轴电缆。为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频集成同轴电缆,由股线芯、稳定骨架、填充材料、铠装层和防鼠啃咬外护层组成,在股线芯的外面设有铠装层和外护层,在股线芯与铠装层之间设有填充材料,在股线芯成缆中间设有稳定骨架,填充材料和外护层组成一个整体。
所述股线芯设有数根,绞合成缆,在数根股线芯之间设有稳定骨架。每根股线芯由金属线芯、绝缘层、屏蔽层、股线护套层组成,在股线成缆中心设有稳固电缆结构的稳定骨架,在金属线芯的外部依次设有绝缘层、屏蔽层、股线护套层。
所述外护层由内向外依次为内护层、铠装层和防鼠啃咬外护层,所述的铠装层是由防锈蚀的非磁性金属材料制成,呈带绕状或编织状,具有抗机械外力损伤的作用,提高了电缆的使用安全性。
所述的内护层采用憎水性材料,防止电缆受潮湿侵袭。所述防鼠啃咬外护层采用具有我公司自主研发的无毒防鼠驱避剂与绿色环保的高分子材料复合而成的新材料制成。
本发明在股线成缆中心设有稳固电缆结构的骨架填充,起到稳固电缆结构、抗衰减、低损耗的作用。
本发明的创新效果是,抗电磁干扰、低损耗性能,有一定的抗机械损伤性能,且能防止老鼠啃咬破坏,便于多台设备的分布安装使用,提高舰船用射频集成同轴电缆视频传输的保真性能。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频同轴电缆,由股线芯、稳定骨架(5)、填充材料(6)和外护层组成,在股线芯的外面设有外护层,在股线芯与外护层之间设有稳定骨架(5)、填充材料(6),使股线芯、稳定骨架(5)、填充材料(6)和外护层组成一个整体。股线芯设有4根,绞合成缆,在数根股线芯之间设有稳定骨架(5)、填充材料(6)。每根股线芯由金属线芯(1)、绝缘层(2)、屏蔽层(3)、股线护套层(4)组成,在金属线芯(1)的外部依次设有绝缘层(2)、屏蔽层(3)、股线护套层(4)。外护层由内向外依次为内护层(7)、铠装层(8)和防鼠啃咬外护层(9),所述的铠装层(8)是由防锈蚀的非磁性金属材料制成,呈带绕状或编织状,具有抗机械外力损伤的作用,提高了电缆的使用安全性。所述的内护层(7)采用憎水性材料,防止电缆受潮湿侵袭。防鼠啃咬外护层(9)采用我公司自主研发的环保无毒防鼠驱避剂与绿色环保的高分子材料复合而制成,具有环保无毒的防鼠啃咬性能。

1.一种环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频集成同轴电缆,由股线芯、稳定骨架、填充材料、铠装层、防鼠啃咬外护层组成,其特征在于:股线芯由金属线芯、绝缘层、屏蔽层、股线护套层组成,在金属线芯的外部依次设有绝缘层、屏蔽层、股线护套层;在多股线芯成缆之间设有稳定骨架填充材料,起到稳固电缆结构的作用;所述外护层由内向外依次为内护层、铠装层和防鼠啃咬外护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型防鼠啃咬舰船用低损耗射频集成同轴电缆,其特征在于:所述铠装层是由防锈蚀的非磁性金属材料制成,呈带绕状或编织状。
