本发明属于货运设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种货叉及托盘结构。
背景技术
货叉是叉车的主要结构部件之一,叉车工作时直接与货物接触,由于一些条件的限制,目前的货叉大多采取平板式的结构,这样不可避免的在搬运较重的货物时,由于货物的压力,货叉的前端会向下低垂,导致货物向前倾斜,甚至滑落。为了能够克服这个问题,目前采取的方法是使得货叉整体有一个仰角,来保证货物的水平。这样就增加了设备的复杂程度和制造成本。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种货叉及托盘结构,该货叉结构,具有高刚性的特点,在不增加货叉仰角和托盘厚度的前提下,有效的克服在搬运较重物体时货叉前端的下垂问题,保证货物能够基本水平的抬起。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明一种货叉结构,成对对称使用,包括挡板和与其连接的插板,所述插板一侧为槽型折弯结构,另一侧带有外翻边,所述槽型折弯结构的两侧边高度不等,较高的侧边连接外翻边。
进一步地,托盘对称两侧边带有与货叉外翻边配合的延长爪,所述延长爪距底边的高度h大于货叉外翻边的厚度h0
进一步地,所述延长爪伸出的长度小于等于货叉外翻边的宽度。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明货叉为槽型折弯结构,能够增加结构刚性,在不增加货叉仰角和托盘厚度的前提下,有效的克服在搬运较重物体时货叉前端的下垂问题,保证货物能够基本水平的抬起。
2.本发明与货叉配合的托盘的接合点的位置在托盘的两个端面,这样能够最有效的利用托盘的厚度空间,在不增加托盘的厚度的条件下,提高货叉的刚度,避免了前倾问题。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例:如图1所示,本发明一种货叉结构,成对对称使用,包括挡板3和与其连接的插板4,所述插板4一侧为槽型折弯结构2,另一侧带有外翻边1,所述槽型折弯结构2的两侧边高度不等,较高的侧边连接外翻边1。
如图2所示,与本发明所述货叉结构的托盘5结构,托盘5对称两侧边带有与货叉外翻边1配合的延长爪6,所述延长爪6距底边的高度h大于货叉外翻边1的厚度h0
所述延长爪6伸出的长度小于等于货叉外翻边1的宽度。
如图3所示,本发明在使用时,货叉可以用在较大货物的搬运上,托盘5放于地面,货叉的两支插板4的槽型折弯边间的宽度配合托盘5调整好后,从托盘5两侧延长爪6的下方插入,然后向上升起货叉,将托盘5抬起。

1.一种货叉结构,成对对称使用,其特征在于:包括挡板和与其连接的插板,所述插板一侧为槽型折弯结构,另一侧带有外翻边,所述槽型折弯结构的两侧边高度不等,较高的侧边连接外翻边。
2.一种适用于权利要求1所述货叉结构的托盘结构,其特征在于:托盘对称两侧边带有与货叉外翻边配合的延长爪,所述延长爪距底边的高度h大于货叉外翻边的厚度h0
3.根据权利要求2所述的托盘结构,其特征在于:所述延长爪伸出的长度小于等于货叉外翻边的宽度。
