[0001]本实用新型涉及一种火电厂烟气超低排放领域的烟气余热回收与利用装置,具体涉及一种双路双循环换热系统,属于节能与环保设备技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]火电厂锅炉排烟温度一般在120-160°C,为了适应烟气超低排放需求,往往需要将烟气温度降低到酸露点以下(90°C左右),以提高电除尘器的除尘效率。通常的做法是在电除尘器前的进口烟道中设置烟气冷却器,降低烟气温度,从烟气中回收的热量用于加热锅炉给水,提高锅炉热效率,节省煤耗,该方法称为“节能型换热系统”,如图1所示。另外一种常用的做法是,除了在电除尘器前的烟道中设置烟气冷却器外,同时在脱硫塔后、烟囱前的烟道中设置烟气再热器,烟气冷却器和再热器构成一个闭式循环回路,烟气冷却器中回收的原烟气热量用于加热烟气再热器中的净烟气,将净烟气温度由约50°C左右提升至80°C左右,提高排烟温度,消除烟囱白色烟羽现象和视觉污染,同时消除烟囱的低温腐蚀,该种方法称之为“环保型换热系统”,如图2所示。
[0003]以上两种系统分别存在以下缺陷:
[0004] (I)采用“节能型换热系统”的烟气净化系统,烟囱排烟温度约为50 °C,烟气中含有大量的白色水雾,视觉污染严重,同时水雾中存在的酸性物质对烟囱的腐蚀严重,需要额外增加烟囱的防腐投资。另外,低温烟气的抬升和扩散能力低,水雾与微细颗粒物融合形成气溶胶,易造成雾霾天气。
[0005] (2)采用“环保型换热系统”的烟气净化系统,原烟气的富余热量全部用于加热净烟气,没有节能的功能,特别是在夏天或机组处于高负荷的情况下,烟气温度高,富余热量多,若将原烟气的富余热量全部用于加热净烟气,热量的使用不合理,存在热量浪费现象。
实用新型内容
[0006]目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种双路双循环换热系统,同时兼顾了机组的节能和环保两方面的需求,能够自由调节机组在不同工况下烟气余热的合理分配利用;烟气余热在用于加热净烟气(至80°C左右)的同时,富余的热量用于加热锅炉给水,起到节能和环保的双重作用。通过系统工艺的改进,增强了系统对复杂多变工况的适应性,实现了变工况下烟温、水温的精确控制。

[0025]另一方面,“热量回收开式循环回路”将富余的烟气热量用于加热锅炉给水,减少了用于加热低压加热器中凝结水的汽轮机抽汽量,提高了机组热效率,降低了锅炉煤耗,减少了 CO2排放。
[0026] 2)循环系统采用“串并联复合”设计,烟气冷却器、锅炉给水加热器均以“串并联复合”的方式接入系统,克服了常规工艺系统烟温难以精确调节、烟温受机组负荷的变化影响大、工况适应性差的缺点。换热设备以“串并联复合”的方式接入系统,系统能以“初调+精调”的方式调控温度,实现烟温和热媒水温的动态精确调节,具有更好的工况适应性。

[0029] 当电动调节阀12、15、电动阀14关闭,电动调节阀13打开时,热媒水按AB⑶EFA流向进行循环,热媒水先在烟气冷却器2中吸收烟气热量,然后在烟气再热器中5放热,把净烟气加热升温,此为常规的“环保型换热系统”运行模式。开启电动调节阀15,可使部分热媒水不从烟气冷却器中走,即部分热媒水旁路,旁路水量的多少由电动调节阀15的开度进行控制,从而精确控制烟气再热器后烟气温度。
[0030] 当电动调节阀13、15关闭,电动调节阀12、电动阀14打开时,热媒水按AB⑶EGA流向进行循环,热媒水先在烟气冷却器2中吸收烟气热量,然后在锅炉给水加热器7中放出部分热量,用于加热从第一低压加热器8或第二低压加热器9过来的冷凝水,之后热媒水继续在烟气再热器5中放出另外一部分热量,用于加热净烟气,使其升温度至80 °C左右。开启电动调节阀13,可使部分热媒水不从锅炉给水加热器中走,即部分热媒水旁路,旁路水量的多少由电动调节阀13的开度进行控制,从而精确控制烟气再热器后净烟气温度。锅炉给水加热器出口冷凝水水温必然受到电动调节阀13的开度影响,为了保持凝结水水温相对恒定,电动调节阀13调节后(初调),由控制系统进行联动控制,自动调节电动调节阀16、17的开度(精调),从而保证锅炉给水加热器出口冷凝水水温稳定。
[0031] 2)污染物减排原理
[0032]电除尘器的入口烟气温度降低后,烟气体积流量降低,烟气通过电除尘器的电场的时间增长,电除尘器的比集尘面积增大,从而提高了除尘效率。另外,烟气温度降低至酸露点以下时,烟气中的SO3绝大部分凝结下来,并被烟尘吸附,从而降低了烟尘的比电阻,继而提高电除尘器除尘效率,同时也脱除了烟气中的S03。

1.一种双路双循环换热系统,包括烟气系统,所述烟气系统为:烟气从锅炉出口依次经烟气冷却器降温、电除尘器除尘、引风机输送、脱硫塔脱硫、烟气再热器升温后排出烟囱,其特征在于:还包括烟气冷却器、锅炉给水加热器、烟气再热器、第一低压加热器、第二低压加热器、第三低压加热器、第四低压加热器;所述烟气冷却器、锅炉给水加热器、烟气再热器依次顺序连接,构成一个闭式循环回路,热媒水在闭式循环回路中连续循环运行;所述第一低压加热器、第二低压加热器、第三低压加热器、第四低压加热器、锅炉给水加热器依次顺序连接,构成一个开式循环回路,冷凝水在开式循环回路中运行后送至锅炉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双路双循环换热系统,其特征在于:还包括电动阀和多个电动调节阀; 所述闭式循环回路中,所述锅炉给水加热器的进口和出口分别设置电动调节阀、电动阀,所述烟气冷却器的进口和出口之间通过管道直接连通并设置电动调节阀,所述烟气冷却器的出口与烟气再热器的进口之间通过管道连通并设置电动调节阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双路双循环换热系统,其特征在于:所述第一低压加热器的出口通过电动调节阀与锅炉给水加热器的进口相连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双路双循环换热系统,其特征在于:所述第二低压加热器的出口通过电动调节阀与锅炉给水加热器的进口相连通。
