背景技术
现有技术的推缸装置，一般通过伸缩杆转动来带动切削刀旋转进行切削，为了防止伸缩杆高速转动时产生振动，影响无缝管的加工精度，伸缩杆的转速一般控制在400r/min以下，导致切削刀切削量小，生产效率低。为了提高生产效率，现今也有通过切削加工时，无缝管可相对切屑刀进行反向旋转来增大切削刀的切削量，但是，生产效率也仅提高了10％，效果仍然不理想。
因此，有必要提供一种新的内壁加工设备。

针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种内壁加工设备，以解决上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种内壁加工设备，应用于无缝管内壁的加工，所述内壁加工设备包括驱动器、伸缩杆、连接杆及切削刀，所述驱动器、伸缩杆、切削刀依次连接且设于同一轴心线，所述驱动器通过所述伸缩杆驱动所述切削刀旋转，所述伸缩杆沿其延伸方向往复移动，所述连接杆包括连接爪、连接座及杆臂，所述杆臂连接所述连接爪和连接座，所述连接爪与所述无缝管的端部连接，所述连接座与所述驱动器连接。
优选的，还包括导向套，所述导向套环设于所述伸缩杆靠近所述切削刀的一端，且其外周缘面紧密贴合于所述无缝管内壁。
优选的，所述切削刀为多刀头切削刀。
优选的，所述驱动器为电动马达、气动马达或液压马达。
优选的，所述光整加工器为超声波震荡器或滚压轴承。
优选的，还包括光整加工器，所述光整加工器安装于所述切削刀的一侧。

请参阅图1，本发明公开一种应用于无缝管2内壁的加工的内壁加工设备1，所述内壁加工设备1包括驱动器11、伸缩杆12、连接杆14、切削刀13、光整加工器15及导向套16，所述驱动器11、伸缩杆12、切削刀13依次连接且设于同一轴心线，所述驱动器11通过所述伸缩杆12驱动所述切削刀13旋转，所述伸缩杆12沿其延伸方向往复移动。
所述连接杆14包括连接爪141、连接座142及杆臂143，所述杆臂143连接所述连接爪141和连接座142，所述连接爪141与所述无缝管2的端部连接，所述连接座142与所述驱动电机11连接。
优选的，所述杆臂143和连接爪141均为两个，分别与所述无缝管2的两相对端连接。
所述导向套16环设于所述伸缩杆12靠近所述切削刀13的一端，且其外周缘面紧密贴合于所述无缝管2内壁，用于保证该驱动电机11与所述无缝管2同轴。
所述光整加工器15器安装于所述切削刀13的一侧，用于光整加工所述无缝管2的切削后的内壁。
所述切削刀13为多刀头切削刀；具体来说，就是切削刀13的刀头个数可以为两个、三个、四个或五个等等，由此不仅增大切削刀13的切削量，提高了工作效率，而且还减少了单个刀头的工作承受力，延长了切削刀13的使用寿命。
所述驱动器11为电动马达、气动马达或液压马达，在本实施例中，所述驱动器11为效果更好的液压马达。
所述光整加工器15用于光整加工无缝管2的切削后的内壁，由此能提高了无缝管2内壁的光整度，满足使用需求。具体的，所述光整加工器15可以为超声波震荡器或滚压轴承。
采用超声波震荡器，通过超声波来对无缝管2切削后的内壁进行超声波光整加工。超声波光整加工具有不产生切屑、作用力小和加工精度高的优点，能有效保证光整加工后的无缝管2内壁的光滑度，同时，提高了无缝管2内壁已加工表面的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性及抗疲劳强度，提高了工作的稳定性。
本实施例在工作时，要加工的无缝管2被连接爪141夹持固定住。驱动电机11内置于无缝管2的加工始端，所述驱动器11带动所述伸缩杆12旋转，使其带动切削刀13转动，将驱动电机11的转速调整至切削刀13的切削速度为500r/min-3000r/min。通过伸缩杆12具备的伸缩结构的功能，所述伸缩杆12沿所述无缝管延伸方向移动。同时，启动光整加工器15，对无缝管2切削后的内壁进行光整加工。
