本实用新型涉及涂塑管道技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管。
背景技术
涂塑钢管是通过在钢管内壁上以涂塑工艺热熔一层塑料层起到保护钢管内壁的一种管道，其性能优异。与镀锌管相比，具有抗腐蚀、不生锈、不积垢、光滑流畅、清洁无毒，使用寿命长等优点。据测试，钢塑复合管的使用寿命为镀锌管的三倍以上。与塑料管相比，具有机械强度高，耐压、耐热性好等优点。由于基体是钢管，所以不存在脆化、老化问题。可广泛应用于自来水、煤气、化工产品等流体输送及取暖工程。涂敷钢管是在大口径螺旋焊管和高频焊管基础上涂敷塑料而成，可根据不同的需要涂敷聚氯乙烯（PVC）、聚乙烯（PE）、环氧树脂（EPOZY） 等各种不同性能的塑料涂层，附着力好，抗腐蚀性强，可耐强酸、强碱及其它化学腐蚀，无毒、不锈蚀、耐磨、耐冲击、耐渗透性强，管道表面光滑，不粘附任何物质，能降低输送时的阻力，提高流量及输送效率，减少输送压力损失，通过不断改进粉末涂料的配方工艺，使形成的相应涂层性能更突出已经成为必然。涂层中无溶剂，无可渗出物质，因而不会污染所输送的介质，从而保证流体的纯洁度和卫生性，在-40℃到+80℃范围可冷热循环交替使用，不老化、不龟裂，因而可以在寒冷地带等苛刻的环境下使用。
在施工的整个管路中，最需要解决的问题是一、防腐；二、无泄漏。对于管道而言，涂塑钢管已经基本解决了管道使用寿命，即防腐的问题，但是，对于管间的连接而言，尚存在许多缺陷。目前的只要连接方式，插合连接：在钢管的一端扩口，钢管的另一端缩口或维持正常口径，相邻两个涂塑钢管的扩口端与缩口端或正常口径端插合连接，然后就接触点进行焊接或者做其他防腐处理，焊接时，势必造成焊点部位防腐层的脱落，影响使用寿命。端管焊接方式：对于使用端管焊接的，即端管的一端焊接在一个钢管的端部，端管的另一端焊接在另一个钢管的端部，通过端管串联两个涂塑钢管，也容易存在焊点脱落导致泄漏的问题。沟槽与管箍的配合连接方式：在钢管的两端的外壁上设置沟槽，将两个涂塑钢管对接后，使用管箍扣在两个涂塑钢管的沟槽上，通过管箍锁紧沟槽后使两个涂塑钢管串联起来，这种方式虽然应用范围广，使用简单易行，但是，目前的管箍的防腐多数采用防腐漆，防腐效果不好，导致管箍腐蚀松脱进而造成泄漏的问题是有发生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，包括涂塑钢管，其特征是：在涂塑钢管的两侧均设有一个环形卡槽, 相邻两个涂塑钢管之间设有一个连接管, 在连接管内的两侧均设有一个与相应所述环形卡槽卡接的环形卡台；
在连接管外部还设有锁紧管箍，所述锁紧管箍包括两个半管状的锁板，在每个锁板内均设有容纳所述连接管的配合槽，在每个锁板的两端均设有锁台，两个锁板在锁台处通过连接件连接固定。
优选地，在锁紧管箍的配合槽的两端分别设有一个密封圈，两个密封圈与所述连接管密封配合。
优选地，所述连接管包括钢管，在所述钢管的内侧设有环氧层、外侧设有聚乙烯层。
优选地，所述锁紧管箍包括钢管，在所述钢管的内侧设有环氧层、外侧设有聚乙烯层。
优选地，所述连接件包括相互配合的螺钉和螺母。
本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型所提供的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，操作简单，连接迅速，密封效果好，同时在连接管和锁紧管箍的内壁均设置环氧层、外壁设置聚乙烯层使其防腐效果好，大大增加了其使用寿命。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，包括涂塑钢管1，在涂塑钢管1的两侧均设有一个环形卡槽1.1, 相邻两个涂塑钢管1之间设有一个连接管4, 所述连接管4包括钢管，在所述钢管的内侧设有环氧层、外侧设有聚乙烯层。在连接管4内的两侧均设有一个与相应所述环形卡槽1.1卡接的环形卡台4.1。
在连接管4外部还设有锁紧管箍2，所述锁紧管箍2包括两个半管状的锁板2.1，每个锁板2.1均包括钢管，在所述钢管的内侧设有环氧层、外侧设有聚乙烯层。在每个锁板2.1内均设有容纳所述连接管4的配合槽2.2，在每个锁板2.1的两端均设有锁台2.3，在锁紧固定时，在两个锁板2.1在锁台2.3处通过连接件3连接固定，所述连接件3包括相互配合的螺钉和螺母。每个锁板2.1的配合槽2.2两侧的内板壁均与相应的所述涂塑钢管1压紧密封配合，在锁紧管箍2的配合槽2.2的两端分别设有一个密封圈5，两个密封圈5与所述连接管4密封配合。

1.一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，包括涂塑钢管（1），其特征是：在涂塑钢管（1）的两侧均设有一个环形卡槽（1.1）, 相邻两个涂塑钢管（1）之间设有一个连接管（4）, 在连接管（4）内的两侧均设有一个与相应所述环形卡槽（1.1）卡接的环形卡台（4.1）；
在连接管（4）外部还设有锁紧管箍（2），所述锁紧管箍（2）包括两个半管状的锁板（2.1），在每个锁板（2.1）内均设有容纳所述连接管（4）的配合槽（2.2），在每个锁板（2.1）的两端均设有锁台（2.3），两个锁板（2.1）在锁台（2.3）处通过连接件（3）连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，其特征在于：在锁紧管箍（2）的配合槽（2.2）的两端分别设有一个密封圈（5），两个密封圈（5）与所述连接管（4）密封配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，其特征在于：所述连接管（4）包括钢管，在所述钢管的内侧设有环氧层、外侧设有聚乙烯层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，其特征在于：所述锁紧管箍（2）包括钢管，在所述钢管的内侧设有环氧层、外侧设有聚乙烯层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于连接涂塑钢管的密封连接管，其特征在于：所述连接件（3）包括相互配合的螺钉和螺母。
