背景技术
不定型耐火材料制品，其使用或成型过程中需要混合搅拌。配置好的物料和外加剂按先后顺序加入搅拌桶内，摇臂带动刮板推动物料，板前物料堆积，进而向两边分流，底层物料被刮板铲起，翻转搅拌，充分混合均匀。现有的不定行耐火材料搅拌机通常为三个摇臂和三个刮板，由于三个刮板所过圆周区域存在间隙或者重叠率不高，部分物料搅拌不够充分。不定型耐火材料生产所用到的物料粘性大，现有技术中的刮板均为垂直式刮板，板前容易积料，往往导致搅拌过程中负荷过大，搅拌能力差，同时料质发热，搅拌不均匀，甚至会出现电机出现过载现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述不足，提供一种不定型耐火材料用搅拌机的搅拌结构。

如图1所示的一种不定型耐火材料用搅拌机的搅拌结构，包括摇臂和刮板，所述摇臂的数量为四个，四个所述摇臂按逆时针方向分别为第一摇臂1、第二摇臂2、第三摇臂3和第四摇臂4，四个所述摇臂一端固定连接在一起，另一端分别连接有刮板5，所述刮板5为倾斜式刮板，所述刮板5与水平面的夹角为75°，所述第一摇臂1分别与第二摇臂2和第四摇臂4垂直设置，所述第二摇臂2与第三摇臂3垂直设置，所述第二摇臂2的长度为第一摇,1长度的3/4，所述第三摇臂3的长度为第一摇臂1长度的1/2，所述第四摇臂4的长度为第一摇臂1长度的1/4。
摇臂数量由原来的三个改造为四个，且长度不一，在具体工作时，除与轴和桶壁之间的缝隙区域，实现桶底刮扫全覆盖，加快物料水平方向上的移动，使搅拌无死角。推进方向上采用倾斜式刮板，可有效减少板前积料，加速物料垂直方向上的移动，加快流动翻转，减轻设备负荷。本实用新型设计合理，搅拌效率高，设备运行安全可靠。
