本实用新型属于清洗装置技术领域，具体指一种桂花清洗机。
背景技术
新鲜桂花采回家以后就要马上处理，放的时间久了就会流失香味或变色。传统的清洗方式为先将新鲜桂花放在洗菜篮里轻轻晃动，筛去细小杂质并顺手捡去上面的较大的杂质。这种清洗方式不但速度较慢，而且劳动量也比较大，在清洗大批量的桂花时，就需要投入较多人力，这样就增加了人力成本，即使这样有时还是难以满足工厂对大批量桂花进行清洗的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种设计合理、结构简单、能够批量清洗桂花并能在清洗的同时将清洗完成的桂花虑水后脱出的桂花清洗机。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种桂花清洗机，包括清洗槽，清洗槽内设有输送网带，输送网带由驱动装置驱动，清洗槽后端位置的输送网带向上倾斜设置，清洗槽后端位置上方安装若干朝向输送网带的喷淋头，输送网带上设置有若干与其垂直且与清洗槽侧壁垂直的刮板，刮板上均匀设置有若干通孔，这种结构的清洗机在清洗桂花的时候，刮板带动水流动并对桂花进行清洗，清洗过程中桂花可以从刮板上的通孔中穿过，不会被刮板带走堆积在一起，清洗效果好。
所述驱动装置包括电机和减速机，所述减速机上方设有滴水装置，滴水装置与进水管相连，使用过程中滴水装置给减速机滴水降温，保证设备的正常运行。
所述清洗槽外侧壁上还设有过滤箱，清洗槽与过滤箱相连通，过滤箱与进水管相连，通过过滤箱对送入清洗槽的水进行过滤，去除水中的杂物，保证清洗质量。

如图1所示：一种桂花清洗机，包括清洗槽1，清洗槽1内设有输送网带2，输送网带2由驱动装置3驱动，清洗槽1后端位置101的输送网带201向上倾斜设置，清洗槽1后端位置上方安装若干朝向输送网带2的喷淋头4，输送网带2上设置有若干与其垂直且与清洗槽侧壁垂直的刮板5，刮板5上均匀设置有若干通孔6，这种结构的清洗机在清洗桂花的时候，刮板带动水流动并对桂花进行清洗，清洗过程中桂花可以从刮板上的通孔中穿过，不会被刮板带走堆积在一起，清洗效果好。
所述驱动装置3包括电机6和减速机7，所述减速机7上方设有滴水装置8，滴水装置8与进水管9相连，使用过程中滴水装置给减速机滴水降温，保证设备的正常运行。
所述清洗槽1外侧壁上还设有过滤箱10，清洗槽1与过滤箱10相连通，过滤箱10与进水管9相连，通过过滤箱对送入清洗槽的水进行过滤，去除水中的杂物，保证清洗质量。

1.一种桂花清洗机，包括清洗槽，清洗槽内设有输送网带，输送网带由驱动装置驱动，清洗槽后端位置的输送网带向上倾斜设置，清洗槽后端位置上方安装若干朝向输送网带的喷淋头，输送网带上设置有若干与其垂直且与清洗槽侧壁垂直的刮板，其特征在于：刮板上均匀设置有若干通孔。
