In this embodiment, the integrated nursing bed further comprises an air spring 5 and a roll-over stand 6, wherein the air spring 5 is symmetrically arranged on two sides of the nursing bed 1, one end of the air spring 5 is connected with one end of the nursing bed 1, the other end of the air spring is connected with one end of the roll-over stand 6, and the other end of the roll-over stand 4 is arranged at a hinged position. When the nursing bed needs to be turned upwards, the turning frame 6 can assist nursing staff to turn upwards under the pushing of the air spring 5, the spring force can bear part of the weight, and after the turning upwards is completed, the air spring 5 can prevent the turning from falling back, so that the use safety is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the slide rail 221 is disposed on the bedpan box frame 22, the wheelchair main body 21 is provided with a slide groove engaged with the slide rail 221, the slide groove is disposed in a direction of a connecting line of two opposite side edge portions of the nursing bed, and the first driving mechanism can drive the slide rail 221 to slide relative to the slide groove.
In this embodiment, the first driving mechanism is a motor.
The bedpan stopper 23 comprises a fixing device arranged on the wheelchair main body 21 and a movable part which can be close to or far away from the fixing device, and the movable part is provided with a stopper 231; the movable part is provided with a blocking position and a withdrawing position, and in the blocking position, a blocking head 231 on the movable part blocks the defecation hole; in the retracted position, the movable portion is disposed adjacent the fixed device.
In this embodiment, the fixing device is a fixing platform 232; the movable part is a fork type lifting mechanism 233; the bowl stop further includes a second drive mechanism coupled to the fork lift mechanism 233 for driving the fork lift mechanism 233 to move relative to the stationary platform 232.
In this embodiment, the second driving mechanism comprises an electric push rod, one end of which is fixed on the fixed platform 232 and the other end (piston rod) of which is connected with the fork lift mechanism 233; the stopper 231 is connected with the fork type lifting mechanism 233, the stopper 231 is matched with the defecation hole 211, and when the stopper 231 is assembled in place, the defecation hole is blocked by the stopper 231. The electric mode is adopted to operate the stop head 231, and the wheelchair user can control the lifting of the stop head 231 by himself by setting the control button so as to get rid of the dependence on nursing staff and improve the self-care ability.
In this embodiment, fork elevating system 233 contains the connecting rod, the rotation axis, the driving pin axle, vertical guide block and horizontal guide block, and both sides about the fork structure is cut and connected through the rotation axis to the connecting rod constitution, are provided with the arc wall on the vertical guide block, and vertical guide block is provided with two, at the bilateral symmetry arrangement who cuts the fork structure, the driving pin axle passes the connecting rod on both sides about, and the arc wall on the vertical guide block of both sides is passed respectively at the both ends of driving pin axle to it is fixed through the nut. Two connecting rods on two opposite sides are connected with a horizontal guide block, and a horizontal groove is formed in the horizontal guide block and used for guiding the connecting rods when the scissor fork mechanism is lifted; the other two connecting rods are connected with the stopper 231 through pin shafts. At the end of the connecting rod connected to the mounting plate of the scissors mechanism, the connecting structure is the same as the connecting structure of the connecting rod and the stopper 231, and the details are not described herein.
In this embodiment, the stopper 231 is provided with a plurality of air holes. The nursing wheelchair has the advantages that the plurality of air holes are formed, so that the air permeability of the nursing wheelchair is improved, and the health of a user is facilitated.
It will be appreciated that the shape of the stopper 231 matches the shape of the waste hole 211, for example, in an alternative embodiment, the waste hole 211 is provided with an oval shape, the shape of the stopper 231 matches the oval shape of the waste hole 211, and the thickness of the stopper 231 is the same as that of the wheelchair seat.
In this embodiment, the second drive mechanism further comprises a motor; the motor is fixed on the bed pan box frame 22 and used for driving the sliding rail on the bed pan box frame 22. By arranging the control button, the wheelchair user can control the extension and retraction of the bedpan box frame 22 by himself to get rid of the dependence on nursing staff.
It can be understood that a layer of non-metal protective pad can be laid on the surface of the bedpan box frame 22 supporting the bedpan box 22, and the bedpan box is usually made of ceramics, so that the bedpan box is easy to clean and is beneficial to forming protection for the bedpan box.
In this embodiment, the slide rail on the bed pan frame 22 is a rack-and-pinion engagement structure, the motor drives the gear, the gear is fixed to the frame of the nursing wheelchair, and the gear is engaged with the rack to send the rack out of the side of the nursing wheelchair, so that the bed pan frame is sent out from the side of the nursing wheelchair. Is beneficial to the placement and the disassembly of the bedpan, and is convenient for the cleaning of medical personnel.
In an alternative embodiment, the integrated nursing wheelchair further comprises a bedpan box, the inner surface of the bedpan box is inwards concave from the edge of the opening to the center to form a groove, and the vertical distance from the center of the groove to the opening of the bedpan box is the largest; the opening is contracted from one end to the other end along the long axis direction to form a gourd shape. The multifunctional nursing bed has the advantages that the multifunctional nursing bed is convenient to clean and sanitary to use, and nursing staff can use the gourd-shaped section-folding end as a handheld end. It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the cleaning of the nursing staff, a hand-held handle can be arranged on the outer surface of the bedpan box, so that the nursing staff can work conveniently.
In this embodiment, the bedpan box adopts ceramic material preparation, and its advantage lies in, is favorable to wasing, improves sanitary quality, and is difficult for breeding the bacterium, is favorable to user's healthy. It will be appreciated that the pan box can also be made of other materials, for example, in an alternative embodiment, the pan box is formed by non-metal integral injection molding, which has the advantages of light weight and convenient use; in another alternative embodiment, the bedpan box adopts a disposable hard paper box, so that the bedpan box is not required to be cleaned repeatedly, is convenient to use, reduces the labor intensity of nursing personnel, and is beneficial to improving the independence of wheelchair users.
It can be understood that, in this alternative implementation, the nursing wheelchair is further provided with a bedpan box accommodating portion, and the bedpan box can be placed in the bedpan box accommodating portion of the nursing wheelchair when not in use, so as to facilitate the self-use of the nursing wheelchair user, improve the self-care ability, and reduce the dependence on nursing staff.
After the bedpan box is used, the bedpan box is sent out again by the bedpan box frame, and after the bedpan box is taken away by nursing staff, the bedpan box frame returns to the seat below of the wheelchair, and then the bedpan stopper is lifted, and the defecation hole is blocked by the stopper.
Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, a nursing bed electrical connection part 12 is provided on the nursing bed 1; the nursing wheelchair 2 is provided with a wheelchair electrical connection part 24; wherein the wheelchair electrical connection portion 24 is adapted to be inserted into the care bed electrical connection portion 12 when the care bed 1 is combined with the care wheelchair 2.
The care bed electrical connection 12 as shown in fig. 10 comprises a first mounting base 1201 and a male connector body assembly; the first mounting base 1201 has a mounting surface on which the male connector body assembly is disposed and is slidable relative to the mounting surface.
The wheelchair electrical connection 24 shown in fig. 11 includes a second mounting base 2401 and a female connector body assembly; the second mounting base 2401 has a mounting face on which the female connector body assembly is disposed.
In the present embodiment, the care bed electrical connection 12 is adapted to mate with and interconnect with the wheelchair electrical connection 24; the male joint body assembly is capable of adjusting the relative positional relationship of the male joint and the female joint by moving on the mounting surface.
When the nursing bed or/and the nursing wheelchair are deformed, the joint assembly can prevent the problems caused by deformation by adjusting the position of the nursing bed electric connecting part 12, so that the nursing bed electric connecting part 12 is inserted into the wheelchair electric connecting part 24 in a matching way.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the male terminal body assembly includes a male terminal base and a first terminal mounting base, the male terminal base being disposed on a mounting surface on the first mounting base; the first wiring terminal mounting base is arranged on the male connector base; the first wiring terminal mounting base is provided with a positioning bulge far away from the first wiring terminal mounting base.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the female terminal body assembly includes a female terminal base and a second terminal mounting base, the female terminal base is disposed on a mounting surface of the second mounting base; the second wiring terminal mounting base is arranged on the female connector base; and a positioning groove which is concave towards the direction of the female connector base is arranged on the second wiring terminal mounting seat.
In this embodiment, the positioning projection is adapted to be inserted into the positioning groove.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, a plurality of half slots are disposed on the first terminal mounting block; a plurality of half grooves are formed in the second wiring terminal mounting base;
when the male connector 1 and the female connector are installed in a matched mode, the half groove formed in the first wiring terminal installation seat is opposite to the half groove formed in the second wiring terminal installation seat;

Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, a first slide rail assembly is disposed on the mounting surface of the first mounting base; be provided with the spout subassembly on the male joint base, spout subassembly and first slide rail set spare looks adaptation to make the male joint base can slide relatively the installation face of first installation base.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the mounting surface of the first mounting base is rectangular, the two opposite long sides of the mounting surface are provided with first lugs, and the first lugs on the side edges are arranged in parallel;
the first sliding rail assembly comprises a first guide shaft and a first sliding block, and the first guide shaft is arranged on two opposite first single lugs; the first slider is arranged on the mounting surface of the first mounting base.

It is understood that the setting position of the first monaural can be set according to the requirement. For example, in the present embodiment, it is provided on two opposite long sides. In an alternative embodiment, it is provided on two opposite short sides.
It will be appreciated that in the embodiment shown in figure 10, the male fitting base of the present application is only able to move side-to-side (left-to-right in figure 10) relative to the first mounting base. It will be appreciated that when the first monaural is disposed on the short side, the male fitting base can only move up and down (up and down in fig. 1) relative to the first mounting base.
It can be understood that when the male joint base needs to move up and down or left and right relative to the first installation base, a sliding groove can be formed in the long side or the short side, and the first lug is arranged in the sliding groove, so that the first lug can move relative to the sliding groove, and the movement in the other direction is compensated.
Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the number of the first single ears is four, the number of the first guide shafts is two, each two first single ears are in one group, and one first guide shaft is disposed thereon;
the two first guide shafts are arranged at intervals, and a space between the two first guide shafts is used for arranging the first sliding block. By adopting the structure, the two first guide shafts clamp the first sliding connection block, so that the sliding stability is improved.
Each first guide shaft is provided with two first limiting blocks which are separated from each other, and the first guide shaft between the two first limiting blocks is suitable for being inserted with the first guide block. With this structure, the sliding stroke can be limited, and the sliding overtravel can be prevented.
The mounting surface on the second mounting base is rectangular, any two opposite side edges of the mounting surface extend outwards to form a mounting part, and mounting holes are formed in the mounting part; the mounting portion is used for mounting the second mounting base to a nursing bed or a nursing wheelchair.
Referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, two sides where the mounting portions are provided are long sides of the second mounting base. It will be appreciated that the short sides of the second mounting feet may also be provided.
Referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the two sides of the mounting surface of the second mounting base, which are connected to the side where the mounting portion is provided, are provided with the second monaural (in the present embodiment, since the mounting portion is provided on the long side, the second monaural is provided on the short side), and the second monaural on each side is provided in parallel;
a second guide shaft is arranged on the mounting surface of the second mounting base and is arranged between the two second single lugs; the female joint base comprises a second sliding block, a second sliding connecting block and a second guide block, and the second sliding block is suitable for being connected to the mounting surface of the second mounting base; a sliding groove is formed in the second sliding connecting block and is matched with the second sliding block, so that the second sliding connecting block is connected with the second sliding block in a sliding mode; the second guide block is arranged on the second sliding connection block, a groove is formed in the second guide block, and the groove is suitable for being inserted into the second guide shaft.
In the present embodiment, since the male joint base can move only left and right (left and right directions in fig. 11) with respect to the first mounting base. In order to compensate for the lateral movement error, the second mounting base is configured as described above.
In the embodiment in which the male joint base can move up and down or left and right relative to the first mounting base, the second mounting base is not provided with the mechanism that can slide the female joint base relative to the second single lug, the second guide shaft, the second slider, the second slide connecting block, or the like.
Referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the number of the second single ears is four, the number of the second guide shafts is two, each two second single ears are a group, and one second guide shaft is disposed thereon;
the two second guide shafts are arranged at intervals, and a space between the two second guide shafts is used for arranging a second sliding block. By adopting the structure, the two first guide shafts clamp the first sliding connection block, so that the sliding stability is improved.
Referring to fig. 11, in this embodiment, each second guide shaft is provided with two spaced second stoppers, and the second guide shaft between the two second stoppers is adapted to be inserted with the second guide block. With this structure, the sliding stroke can be limited, and the sliding overtravel can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the nursing wheelchair includes a wheelchair main body section 25, a leg section 26 hinged to the wheelchair main body section, a footrest section 27 hinged to the leg section, a third driving mechanism 28, a force transmission mechanism 29, a backrest 9, a backrest driving mechanism 7, a traveling mechanism 8, and a lift stop assembly.
The driving mechanism 28 is arranged on the nursing wheelchair, and the driving mechanism 28 comprises a telescopic end; the force transmission mechanism 29 is arranged on the telescopic end and is respectively connected with the leg section 26 and the pedal section 27, so that the leg section 26 is linked with the pedal section 27; wherein, the telescopic end of the third driving mechanism 28 can be stretched to drive the force transmission mechanism 29 to move; the force transfer mechanism brings the leg section 26 into linkage with the footrest section 27 to switch the wheelchair structure between the lying and sitting positions, and the force transfer mechanism 29 keeps the footrest section 27 parallel to the wheelchair main section 25 during the switching.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the leg section 26 is hinged to the wheelchair main body section 25 and can rotate about the hinge point. The footrest section 27 is articulated to the leg section 26 and can be pivoted about this articulation.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the leg section 26, the wheelchair main body section 25, and the footrest section 27 are each a plate-like body, one side of the leg section 26 is hinged to the wheelchair main body section 25, and the opposite side of the leg section 26 hinged to the wheelchair main body section 25 is hinged to the footrest section 27; and the leg section 26, the wheelchair main body section 25 and the footrest section 27 are provided with lightening holes, thereby reducing the weight of the entire wheelchair structure.
Advantageously, a stop plate is articulated on the other side of the footrest section opposite to the side on which the leg section is articulated and/or on the other two sides of the plate-like body. The stop plate has a stop position in which the stop plate prevents the legs of the user from moving outside the step section, and an idle position in which the stop portion does not hinder the movement of the legs of the user. In this way, the user's legs or feet can be prevented from involuntarily leaving the footrest section when the user has certain conditions that do not control the motion of the legs or feet (e.g., parkinson's).
Similarly, stop plates can also be provided on both sides of the leg section, which have the same function as the stop plates of the foot-operated section.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the third driving mechanism 28 is disposed on the wheelchair structure, and the third driving mechanism 28 includes a telescopic end; the force transmission mechanism 29 is arranged on the telescopic end and is respectively connected with the leg section 26 and the pedal section 27, so that the leg section 26 is linked with the pedal section 27; wherein, the telescopic end of the third driving mechanism 28 can be stretched to drive the force transmission mechanism 29 to move; the force transfer mechanism 29 brings the leg section 26 into linkage with the footrest section 27 to switch the wheelchair structure between a lying position and a sitting position, and during the switching, the force transfer mechanism 29 keeps the footrest section 27 parallel to the wheelchair main section 25.
By adopting the structure, the position of the foot pedal section relative to the user is not changed all the time in the whole conversion process, and the ankle of the user is not required to be matched with the foot pedal section to move, thereby bringing convenience to the user, especially when the ankle of the user is inconvenient to move.
In this embodiment, the third driving mechanism 28 is an electric push rod, and the telescopic end is a telescopic rod of the electric push rod. The electric push rod is adopted, so that automatic operation can be realized, and convenience is brought to a user for use.
It will be appreciated that other drive mechanisms may be selected as desired. For example, the drive mechanism is a manual lead screw type push rod or an oil cylinder.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the backrest 9 is hinged to the wheelchair main section 25. In particular, the backrest 9 is a plate-like body, one side of which is intended to be articulated with the wheelchair body section 25.
In this embodiment, the backrest portion 9 is provided with lightening holes for lightening the weight of the entire wheelchair structure.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the backrest driving mechanism 7 is disposed on the wheelchair structure, and the backrest driving mechanism 7 includes a telescopic end connected to the backrest 9 for driving the backrest to move around the hinge position of the backrest 9 and the wheelchair main body section 25.
In this embodiment, the backrest driving mechanism 7 is an electric push rod, and the telescopic end is a telescopic rod of the electric push rod. The electric push rod is adopted, so that automatic operation can be realized, and convenience is brought to a user for use.
It will be appreciated that other drive mechanisms may be selected as desired. For example, the backrest driving mechanism is a manual screw-type push rod or an oil cylinder.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, a hand rest portion is provided on the backrest portion 9. The armrest part is added, and the user can place upper limbs during riding. In addition, when the wheelchair structure is in a lying state, the hand-held part can also be used as a stopping part for placing a user to turn over and fall and a force-assisting part when the user needs to get up.
In this embodiment, the electric push rod includes an electric control end, and the electric control end is used for controlling the electric push rod to work; the electric control end is arranged on the hand-held part. When the electric control end is arranged on the hand-held part, the user can conveniently and directly operate the electric control end without depending on other people to finish the mutual conversion between the lying state and the sitting state.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the traveling mechanism 8 includes a traveling mechanism main board and wheels, the traveling mechanism main board is connected to the wheelchair main body section 25 and is opposite to a surface of the wheelchair main body section contacting with the user, and a space is provided between the wheelchair main body section 25 and the traveling mechanism main board; the third drive mechanism 28 and the backrest drive mechanism 7 are both provided on the travel mechanism main plate.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the traveling mechanism main plate is connected to the wheelchair main body section 25 through a link, and the wheel is connected to the traveling mechanism main plate or the wheelchair main body section 25 in a rolling manner. Since the wheels and the travelling mechanism are main bearing structures during use, the connecting frame between the main plate of the travelling structure and the main body section of the wheelchair is reinforced, and preferably comprises a beam-column structure.
In an alternative embodiment, the backrest drive mechanism is provided on the connecting frame.
Referring to fig. 9, in this embodiment the force transfer mechanism 29 is a linkage mechanism. It will be appreciated that the force transfer mechanism 29 may also be a worm gear screw arrangement, a gear train transmission arrangement or a belt transmission arrangement or the like.
In the present embodiment, the link mechanism is a four-link mechanism.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the integrated nursing bed further includes an electrical system 4, which includes two parts, one of which is disposed on the nursing bed 1 and the other of which is disposed on the nursing wheelchair 2; the part arranged on the nursing bed 1 is connected with the nursing bed electric connection part 12; the part arranged on the nursing wheelchair 2 is connected with the wheelchair electric connection part 24; wherein when the wheelchair electrical connection portion 24 is connected to the nursing bed electrical connection portion 12, two portions of the electrical system are electrically connected to each other.
In this embodiment, the portion disposed on the nursing bed includes a power adapter. The part arranged on the nursing wheelchair comprises a power management circuit board 1, a driving circuit board 2, a storage battery 4 and a master control circuit board 3.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the power adapter is disposed on the nursing bed and connected to the nursing bed electrical connection portion 12; the power management circuit board is arranged on the nursing wheelchair, and the input end of the power management circuit board 1 is connected with the wheelchair electrical connection part 24; the driving circuit board 2 is respectively connected with the power management circuit board 1, the electric push rod, the motor and the electromagnet on the wheelchair main body; the master control circuit board 3 is respectively connected with the power management circuit board 1 and the driving circuit board 2; the storage battery 4 is arranged on the power management circuit board 1; wherein, in a state that the nursing bed and the nursing wheelchair are assembled together, the nursing bed electric connection part 12 is connected with the wheelchair electric connection part 24, so that the power adapter is connected with the power management circuit board 1; the power adapter is used for supplying power to the storage battery 4 and the power management circuit board 1 in a state that the bed main body and the wheelchair main body are assembled together; the storage battery 4 is used for supplying power to the power management circuit board 1 when the bed main body and the wheelchair main body are separated; the power management circuit board 1 is used for supplying power to the driving circuit board 2 and the master control circuit board 3; the master control circuit board 3 is used for receiving or transmitting signals; the driving circuit board 2 is used for receiving signals and respectively controlling the electric push rod, the motor and the electromagnet to work according to the signals.
In this embodiment, the electrical system 4 further comprises a hand controller, which is installed on the wheelchair main body and connected to the main control circuit board 3 for serving as an external input terminal of the main control circuit board 3. Through the hand controller, the user can oneself control the wheelchair main part and carry out work.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the electrical system 4 further includes a nurse station controller, which is disposed on the nursing bed 1 and connected to the master control circuit board, for serving as another external input terminal of the master control circuit board. In this embodiment, the nurse station is used as an external input terminal for controlling the combined nursing bed and nursing wheelchair for the operator to control the combined nursing bed and nursing wheelchair.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the electrical system 4 further includes a bluetooth interface, the bluetooth interface is disposed on the nursing bed or the nursing wheelchair, and the bluetooth interface is connected to the main control circuit board 3.
Through the bluetooth interface, the user can use the cell-phone to download the supporting software of APP of this application to control through cell-phone or other terminals.
In the present embodiment, the driving circuit board includes a full-bridge driver 21 and a darlington driver 22, the full-bridge driver 21 is disposed on the driving circuit board 2 and connected to the electric push rod; the darlington driver 22 is arranged on the driving circuit board 2 and is connected with the motor and the electromagnet.
In the present embodiment, the power management circuit board 1 is provided with a switching circuit 11 for switching between the power supply of the storage battery 4 to the power management circuit board and the power supply of the power adapter to the power management circuit board 1. By adopting the mechanism, the storage battery can stop working when not needed to work, and the electric quantity of the storage battery is prevented from being wasted.
In the present embodiment, the power management circuit board 1 is provided with a power detection circuit 12 for detecting the power of the storage battery 4. It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the electric quantity detection circuit is connected with the master control circuit board at the same time, and transmits the detected signal to the master control circuit board.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, a voltage stabilizing circuit 13 is disposed on the power management circuit board 1 for performing voltage stabilizing processing on the output voltage.
Referring to fig. 12, in the embodiment, an isolation circuit 23 is disposed on the driving circuit board 2, and the isolation circuit 23 is respectively connected to the overall control circuit board 3, the full-bridge driver 21 and the darlington driver 22, and is used for electrically isolating the overall control circuit board 3 from the full-bridge driver 21 and the darlington driver 22.
The isolation circuit is used for isolating a strong current part in the driving circuit board from a weak point part of the master control circuit board so as to prevent the program from flying or misoperation caused by interference of the strong current to the weak current. Thus, the isolation circuit improves the reliability of the system.
Finally, it should be pointed out that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit it. 1. An integrated nursing bed, characterized in that the integrated nursing bed comprises a nursing bed (1) and a nursing wheelchair (2) which can be separated or combined with each other;
the nursing wheelchair (2) comprises a wheelchair main body (21) and a bedpan box frame (22), wherein the wheelchair main body (21) is provided with a defecation hole (211);
the bed pan box frame (22) is arranged on the wheelchair main body (21), and an accommodating space for accommodating a bed pan is arranged on the bed pan box frame (22); wherein,
the bedpan box frame (22) can move relative to the wheelchair main body (21) so as to have a use position and a placement position; in the use position, a bedpan on the bedpan box frame (22) is opposite to the defecation hole; in the use position, the bedpan box frame (22) is far away from the use position and is positioned outside the nursing wheelchair (2), and the bedpan box frame (22) can enable the bedpan to be placed in the accommodating space.
2. An integrated nursing bed as defined in claim 1, wherein the nursing wheelchair (2) is foldable and deformable to have a lying state and a sitting state;
in the lying state, a user can lie down to the nursing wheelchair (2); in the sitting state, a user can sit on the nursing wheelchair (2);
the middle part of the nursing bed (1) is provided with an accommodating part (11), and the accommodating part (11) is used for accommodating the nursing wheelchair (2); in the lying state, the nursing wheelchair (2) is matched with a containing part (11) in the middle of the nursing bed (1); in the sitting state, the nursing wheelchair (2) is movable along the receptacle (11);
the care bed (1) comprises two opposite end parts and two opposite side parts, and the accommodating part (11) is enclosed by the end parts and the side parts;
at least two of the two ends and the two sides of the nursing bed are mutually matched and move, so that the accommodating parts surrounded by the ends and the sides form gaps;
in the riding state, the nursing wheelchair can go in and out from the gap.

The integrated nursing bed according to claim 2, wherein the bedpan frame (22) is provided with a slide rail (221), the wheelchair body (21) is provided with a slide groove engaged with the slide rail (221) and a first driving mechanism, the slide groove is arranged in a direction of a connecting line of two opposite side edge portions of the nursing bed, and the first driving mechanism can drive the slide rail (221) to slide relative to the slide groove.

The integrated nursing bed of claim 3, wherein the nursing wheelchair (2) further comprises a bedpan stopper (23), the bedpan stopper (23) comprises a fixed device disposed on the wheelchair body (21) and a movable portion that can move toward or away from the fixed device, the movable portion being provided with a stopper (231); the movable part is provided with a blocking position and a withdrawing position, and in the blocking position, the blocking head (231) on the movable part blocks the defecation hole; in the retracted position, the movable portion is disposed adjacent to the fixed device.
5. An integrated care bed as claimed in claim 4, wherein the securing means is a securing platform (232); the movable part is a fork type lifting mechanism (233);
the bedpan stopper further comprises a second driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism is connected with the fork lifting mechanism (233), and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the fork lifting mechanism (233) to move relative to the fixed platform (232).
6. An integrated nursing bed as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that one of said side parts comprises a fixed bed frame (31) and a movable side plate (32), called movable side part;
the other side edge part is called a fixed side edge part;
one end of the fixed bed frame is hinged with one end of the movable side plate, and the other end of the fixed bed frame is connected with one side of one end part; the other end of the movable side plate is detachably connected with the other end of the movable side plate; the end connected with the fixed bed frame is called a fixed end, and the end connected with the movable side plate is called a movable end;
one end of the fixed side edge part is connected with the fixed end part, and the other end of the fixed side edge part is hinged with the movable side plate; wherein,
the movable side plate is matched with the movable end part to move, so that the notch is formed.

wherein,
the movable side plate of the first side part can be folded along the hinged position; the movable side plate of the second side part can be folded along the hinged position;
the movable side plate of the first side edge part and the movable side plate of the second side edge part are matched to move, so that the notch is formed.
8. An integrated nursing bed as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the nursing bed (1) is provided with a nursing bed electrical connection (12);
the nursing wheelchair (2) is provided with a wheelchair electrical connection part (24); wherein,
the wheelchair electrical connection (24) is adapted to be inserted into the care bed electrical connection (12) when the care bed (1) is combined with the care wheelchair (2).

a wheelchair main body section (25), a leg section (26) hinged with the wheelchair main body section, and a pedal section (27) hinged with the leg section;
a third drive mechanism (28), said drive mechanism (28) being disposed on said care wheelchair, said drive mechanism (28) including a telescoping end; and
the force transmission mechanism (29) is arranged on the telescopic end and is respectively connected with the leg section (26) and the pedal section (27), so that the leg section (26) is linked with the pedal section (27);
the telescopic end of the third driving mechanism (28) can be stretched, so that the force transmission mechanism (29) is driven to move; the force transmission mechanism (29) drives the leg section (26) and the pedal section (27) to be linked, so that the wheelchair structure is switched between the lying state and the sitting state, and in the switching process, the force transmission mechanism (29) can enable the pedal section (27) and the wheelchair main body section (25) to be kept parallel.
10. The integrated nursing bed according to claim 9, characterized in that it further comprises an electrical system (4) comprising two parts, one of which is arranged on the nursing bed (1) and the other of which is arranged on the nursing wheelchair (2);
the part arranged on the nursing bed (1) is connected with the electric connection part (12) of the nursing bed;
the part arranged on the nursing wheelchair (2) is connected with the wheelchair electric connection part (24); wherein,
when the wheelchair electrical connection (24) is connected with the nursing bed electrical connection (12), the two parts of the electrical system are electrically connected with each other.
