the lifting component comprises a lifting rod (26) fixedly connected with the bottom surfaces of a bed body (21) and a backrest (22), the lower end of the lifting rod (26) is fixedly connected with a lifting plate (27) connected with the inner wall of a box body (20) in a sliding manner, the lifting plate (27) is in threaded connection with a first threaded rod (28), the upper end of the first threaded rod (28) is fixedly connected with a baffle (29), the lower end of the first threaded rod (28) is fixedly connected with a second rotating shaft (30), the outer wall of the second rotating shaft (30) is fixedly sleeved with a first supporting seat (31) fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body (20) through a bearing, the lower end of the second rotating shaft (30) is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear (32), the first bevel gear (32) is meshed with a second bevel gear (33), the second bevel gear (33) is fixedly sleeved with a third rotating shaft (34) together, and the two ends of the third rotating shaft (34) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body (20) through bearing seats, the third rotating shaft (34) is fixedly sleeved with a third bevel gear (35) connected with the driving assembly;
