本实用新型属于蓄电池生产技术领域,具体涉及一种蓄电池极群铸焊夹具。
背景技术
传统的铅酸蓄电池内部由单个极群按正、负极相连的方式串联组成,单个极群由正极板、负极板交错叠加而成,单个极群的正极耳、负极耳分别通过焊接方式融合连接成正、负极汇流排,焊接时一般先将极板组合成极群装进铸焊夹具,然后倒扣在盛有熔融铅合金的铸焊底模上铸造形成正负极汇流排,装配时,将装有极群的夹具与底模分离后,将空电池壳的口部扣置在夹具底部,然后顶住极群的汇流排将极群挤进电池壳中。然而,实际生产中发现,使用现有铸焊夹具,电池壳的扣壳深度较浅,装配时,电池壳容易发生移动,极板容易擦坏,造成经济损失和工作效率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种蓄电池极群铸焊夹具。
本实用新型的目的是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种蓄电池极群铸焊夹具,所述夹具夹板、两侧压板与底板底面的距离至少为7-7.4mm。
所述夹具夹板底面设防滑纹。
所述两侧压板底面设防滑纹。
所述底板与电池壳接触的侧面上设防滑纹。
本实用新型通过增加夹具中夹板与两侧压板与底板底面的距离,以增加夹具的扣壳尺寸,从而增加扣壳的稳定性,防止极板插坏,提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
目前的12AH夹具扣壳深度为4.5mm,实际生产中发现扣壳深度较小,扣壳不稳定,因此本实用新型提供的蓄电池极群铸焊夹具1,如图1所示,将扣壳深度增加,夹具夹板3、两侧压板4与底板2底面的距离增加为至少7-7.4mm,并在夹具与电池壳接触的面上如夹具夹板底面、两侧压板底面、底板与电池壳接触的侧面上设置防滑纹5,增加两者摩擦力,进一步防止其随便移动,增加扣壳稳定性。
