背景技术
现有技术铅酸蓄电池生产中，“涂板”操作必不可少，“涂板”即将铅粉、稀硫酸、及添加剂混合成铅膏后涂抹于板栅表面再进行固化干燥的过程，和膏是在和膏机中进行的，生产中需要将铅膏从和膏机储膏斗转移到涂板机储膏斗中，然而由于受器械及安装条件所限，和膏机储膏斗与涂板机储膏斗之间往往有一段距离，导致铅膏转移时出现飞溅现象，不但弄脏周围地面及衣物，最重要的是易落到涂板机生产线板栅上，影响涂板质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种和膏机储膏斗转接防溢装置。
本实用新型的目的是以下述技术方案实现的：
一种和膏机储膏斗转接防溢装置，包括设置在储膏斗侧方的弧形挡板，弧形挡板下部设倾斜挡板，倾斜挡板与涂板机储膏斗侧挡板连接。
所述弧形挡板通过设置于上端的挂环与储膏斗侧方挂钩连接。
所述倾斜挡板通过下部的“人字夹” 与涂板机储膏斗侧挡板连接。
本实用新型提供的和膏机储膏斗转接防溢装置，通过设置在和膏机储膏斗侧方的弧形挡板和倾斜挡板，可良好的防止铅膏飞溅落到涂板生产线的板栅上，保证了产品质量，同时本实用新型结构简单，安装方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供的和膏机储膏斗转接防溢装置，如图1所示，包括设置在和膏机储膏斗1侧方的弧形挡板3，挡板设置为弧形可缓冲溢出的铅膏，以免其受挡板的作用力又反弹飞出涂板机储膏斗2；弧形挡板3通过设置于上端的挂环4与和膏机储膏斗1侧方挂钩连接；弧形挡板3下部设倾斜挡板6，倾斜挡板6设置在弧形挡板3后方，倾斜挡板6通过下部的“人字夹” 7与涂板机储膏斗2侧挡板5连接；倾斜挡板6进一步使溢出的铅膏回流到涂板机储膏斗2中。弧形挡板3通过挂环悬挂于和膏机储膏斗1上，可方便安装和拆卸；倾斜挡板6通过下部的“人字夹”7与涂板机储膏斗2侧挡板5连接，同样方便安装和拆卸。
