【背景技术】
[0002]目前中国港口远洋船舶主要采用重油为燃料,其含硫率为2.8%〜3.5%,部分高达4.5%,加之缺乏严格的发动机排放标准,导致船舶污染排放影响日益凸显。根据国家环保部排污监控中心测算,2013年在中国港口靠泊的船舶共排放S02 58.8万吨,约占全国排放总量的8.4%;港口船舶氮氧化物排放量27.8万吨,约占全国排放总量的11.3%。中国登记在册的18万艘船舶排放的烟气中所含的柴油颗粒物、氮氧化物、硫氧化物严重威胁人类健康。港口船舶污染排放已成为继机动车尾气污染、工业企业排放之后第三大大气污染来源,加大船舶污染排放治理刻不容缓。
[0003]控制船舶烟气中污染物排放的前提是要知道污染物的成份及含量,而船舶烟气排放在线分析系统能实时在线的测量,其检测结果可及时发现船舶烟气排放过程中出现的问题,以便及时采取措施,以减少重大污染事件的发生。目前国内的烟气排放监测主要采用电化学气体分析仪、红外光谱分析仪,少量紫外光谱分析仪。
[0004]通常监测系统的工作过程为以下步骤:射流栗与取样装置配合,连续取样烟道内的烟气;烟气中通常含有焦油、粉尘等颗粒物,所述颗粒物容易堵塞气体管路、气体室等装置;因此,需要使用预处理装置过滤掉烟气中的焦油、粉尘等颗粒物,并将预处理后的烟气送入气体室;测量装置利用吸收光谱技术测得气体烟气的参数,如二氧化硫、氮氧化物的浓度。
[0005]在上述工作过程中,烟气在进入气体室前后被加热到一定温度,如150°C,防止烟气中的水蒸气冷凝,避免了烟气中的酸性气体溶于冷凝水而形成腐蚀气体管路、气体室等装置的酸。在工作过程中突然停电时,气体室内会残留气体,这些残留气体没有得到电加热装置的加热,温度下降;残留气体中的水蒸气会冷凝,而气体中的一些酸性气体会溶于冷凝水,如二氧化硫、氮氧化物,从而形成具有强烈腐蚀性的酸,腐蚀损坏气体室以及气体管路等装置。残留气体中还存在一些在高温下是气态而在低温下是固态或液态的物质,如硫蒸气、焦油,这些物质在温度降低时析出,污染气体室或堵塞气体管路。并且这些装置一般都存在价格比较昂贵、体积较大、针对应重点监测的N02气体测量精度低、每次测试必须进行零点标定等缺陷。

[0026]本实用新型一种船舶废气排放在线分析系统在工作过程中,样气首先由烟气采样单元I安装在烟道7上的采样探头11从烟道7内采出,经采样探头11 一次过滤,经电伴热控温米样管15加热后进入分析仪表柜9 ;经过电动球阀231,样气进入压缩机式冷凝干燥机211 —次冷凝除去湿气,冷凝液集结在废气处理机的下方,通过排液蠕动栗213排除;然后样气通过两位三通校对电磁阀221,当自动标定时,两位三通校对电磁阀221打开,耐腐抽气栗212抽取空气及第一个针形调节阀311,外部气体也通过针形调节阀311,被送往红外气体分析仪31,校对仪器的零位;接着样气经耐腐抽气栗212送往后级,分为两路;一路为快速旁通气路(用于缩短由于气样传输管线等单元的“死空间”所引起的滞后时间),即样气经快速旁通流量计92(放散流量)后快速排空;另一路工作(测量)气路,样气再一次进入压缩机式冷凝干燥机211冷凝除去湿气,冷凝液集结在废气处理机的下方,通过自动排液栗96从排液口 91排出;除湿后的气体进入气溶胶过滤器214除去酸雾,通过精细过滤器215对样气进一步过滤;接下来通过工作校对电动切换阀222校对,通过工作校对电动切换阀222分别可以接入流程样气和标准样气,注入标准样气时,用来校对红外气体分析仪31;气体经温湿度报警器93、流量计报警器94、隔膜栗95然后分两路通过第二个针形调节阀311及第三个针形调节阀311调节仪器的流量,样气进入红外气体分析仪31测量,测量后气体流入大气。校准系统由标气瓶、压力表、针型阀、稳流阀和四通阀组成。校准气体经稳流稳定再经针型阀转换成压力为0.1MPa的低压校准气。零点气、各分析组分跨度校准气由四通阀切换,依次进入分析仪器进行零点和跨度校准。

[0029]采样探头11,电热式气体取样探头组件(SAE):防腐不锈钢取样探头(SAE)由取样管、电热过滤腔两部份组成。过滤腔内装微孔陶瓷过滤器,外装电加热器组成。其功能完成被测气体的取样及第一级粗过滤,其过滤精度5um,是整个取样预处理系统前级过滤器。
[0030]片式电加热器对采样探头11进行伴热,加热器可以对整个过滤腔进行温度调节,包括法兰盘上的温度最高可达180°C。这就保证了外操作区的温度不会降至露点以下。保证样气温度高于露点(可根据用户所处地域和冬夏温差变化有所不同进行设定,一般将温控器温度设定在110〜120°C),以防水汽、蒸汽凝结,吸附硫化物、堵塞管道。
[0031]电伴热控温取样管15:加热取样管线是连接探头与分析小屋或分析柜的连线,主体材料为PTFE。带式电加热器对取样管道伴热,最高温度200°C,用电量40W/m,用PT1000作为温度传感器,温度可调节。加热管道加热不要低于1000C,防止气体中的水汽产生冷凝。

[0034]样气预处理单元包括:压缩机式废气处理机、耐腐抽气栗212、排液蠕动栗213、气溶胶过滤器214、精细过滤器215、放散流量计、负压接点压力表及各种管、阀件等组成。其功能完成样气的净化、除尘、除湿、除酸雾,其过滤精度可达0.lp,将符合分析仪器要求的超净、恒温、流量稳定的样气,源源不断送入分析仪器,从而确保了分析仪器的分析准确性和长期可靠性。
[0035]取样预处理系统是过程分析仪器在线连续可靠运行的关键,本装置预处理系统采用特殊结构设计,利用分级过滤除尘,粗过滤与精过滤相结合的净化方式,有效地解决了高粉尘、高湿度工况下,维护工作量大,在线连续运行率低的难题。性能稳定可靠,维护工作量小。

[0037]电动抽气栗212:该栗采用膜式结构,所有与气样接触部分均采用聚四氟乙烯防腐结构,具有防腐性好、使用寿命长、可靠性好、维护工作量少的特点。其组成部件的特殊性设计可解决分析技术中的各类采样问题,抽气量12L/min可调节。所有的连接部件及与样气的接触部件都由PTFE材质构成,栗的工作完全处于润滑状态。所以气体的分析参数在通过该栗的作用后不会有任何改变,由于栗具有特殊的隔膜和阀门系统。因此,操作和维修非常简便。
[0038]废气处理机:废气处理机采用压缩机制冷原理工作,基于露点温度不同,湿度也不相同的原理,该废气处理机通过制冷控制其气体出口温度,即控制进入仪器的样气湿度,减少水蒸汽对仪器的干扰,其特点不需定期更换干燥剂,维护工作量小,其主要性能参数,当流量为21/min,入口温度彡45°C,出口温度2±0.5°C。
[0039] 气溶胶过滤器214:适用于含酸气体且露点>100°C情况下的采样过程。如:测量重油燃烧和喷煤(燃烧)过程中的气体,过滤器分离出气体冷凝时产生的液滴,最有效的部位是在采样气体通过分析仪的流量计之前。
[0040]过滤器由内外两部分组成,气体由内部到外部渗透,过滤器内部由结构紧密的纤维组成,过滤面积大,在通过过滤表面时,气体中的粒子受重力的作用降至过滤器的玻璃容器中,当流体达到饱和状态时,过滤器仍保持良好的效能,结合紧密的微细纤维起到阻滞样气内杂质粒子的作用,过滤器的使用情况可通过玻璃外壳直接观察,更换过滤器也很方便。分离出来的酸质可通过将底帽卸下排出。原装进口。
[0041] 精细过滤器215:通用型过滤器使用极细的(0.1um)商效滤芯,可靠的分离气体中所含的固体,尤其是极细的固体颗粒。承担样气进入仪器前的最后一级精过滤任务,同时监视前处理净化效率。过滤精度为0.1umo其特点是直观,更换过滤器芯方便,过滤器芯的使用情况可通过玻璃外壳直观观察。能达到国际同类水平。
[0042]排液蠕动栗213:蠕动栗专门用于分析设备中的冷凝液的回收。低速(5rpm)运转的PVDF软管通过滑轮与N0V0PRENE软管连接可确保长期具有良好的机械和化学稳定性,同步发动机和齿轮可以阻住回流的冷凝液,0.31/h的栗吸量可保证安全的除去冷凝液。原装进

[0054]完成被测样气的浓度与设定值进行比较,当被测样气的浓度超过设定值时,输出报警、联锁信号。

[0056]过程控制联锁单元:采用可编程控制器作为控制中枢,并配置相应的操作按钮及有关阀件、指示灯、继电器等组成。其主要功能,根据编制的程序,对装置完成自动控制。

[0059]烟气分析系统3中的PLC可编程控制器32除了要能够根据监测过程(测量或维护)选择不同,控制系统中阀门的开闭状态以外,还需能够实时与工控机通讯并根据得到的指令进行相应的动作,程序的具体要求为:

[0061]系统需要实时监测废气排放污染气体浓度,并且在监测过程当中工控机与PLC之间要多次进行数据通信。为了保证系统能够连续、可靠的执行监测动作,上位机与下位机之间的通信必须具有很好的可靠性。因此选择灵活方便且可靠性极高的自由口通信方式作为PLC与工控机之间的通信方式,采用以太网通信接口。
[0062] 对于工控机与PLC之间的通讯机制,设置为:PLC向工控机发送执行请求,然后工控机接收到信息后向PLC发送允许执行命令,最后PLC再向工控机发送确认执行回复,并执行相应程序。

[0064]控制程序丰要是完成对监测过程中系统各个阀门的开闭状态、数据采集和上传、故障诊断和报警功能的控制。
[0065]考虑现场应用的需要,系统中设置手动控制按钮,它们分别控制探头反吹程序、气路反吹程序的执行以及测量/维护过程的切换,并添加温度(伴热箱和伴热管)、数据超标和分析仪故障报警指示灯,方便查找和排除相应故障。
[0066]控制程序是由主程序、子程序和中断程序组成的。主程序是用户程序的主体,在一个项目中只能有一个主程序,也是唯一的总功能控制程序,CPU在每个扫描周期都要执行一次主程序命令。在主程序中通过调用各个子程序和中断程序来实现各种控制功能,每个子程序和中断程序完成一种特定的功能。根据上述控制功能要求,为了提高程序可读性,方便功能控制,将PLC控制程序划分为初始化、预热、探头吹扫、校准(校零和校标)、数据采集、数据输出和异常处理等子程序和通信接收完成、通信发送完成两个中断程序,其中测量系统的气路吹扫的控制程序包含在校准程序中。
[0067] 1、主程序
[0068]系统上电或者重新启动后开始预热,待温湿度传感器检测的气路温度己达设定温度后,依次执行探头反吹和系统管路反吹程序。系统设有手动控制按钮,通过按钮控制监测过程进入测量状态或者维护状态,执行对应予程序程序。予程序执行的时间间隔都是由定时器控制的,可以通过对定时器的调整改变控制功能模块的执行时间。同时考虑现场应用的需要添加手动操作按钮,直接控制监测过程中的探头吹扫程序、校零程序和校标程序的执行。
[0069] 2、初始化程序
[0070]在PLC上电后对I/O接口(阀门,抽气栗电源,报警指示灯)、通信参数以及程序中需要用到的标志位(计算机运行状态,反吹执行,定时器)进行初始化设置,压缩空气2控制阀为常开触点。
[0071] 3、预热程序
[0072]在测量过程中,预热的目的是使得废气在进入监测系统时,所经气路温度大于120度,以此来保证废气中的水汽为气态。操作人员将测量,维护状态选择按钮旋至测量,系统上电启动后,当调用预热程序时,根据标志位状态判断采集伴热箱的温度时是否大于120度,是则通知工控机预热完成,否则继续加热。
[0073] 4、探头吹扫程序
[0074]当监测系统处于测量状态时,在废气采样测量前都要周期性利用压缩空气吹扫探头来清理探头中的烟尘以免管口堵塞;当监测系统处于维护状态时,同样要定期吹扫探头。
[0075]开始执行探头吹扫程序后,先关闭抽气栗电源停止采样,打开探头吹扫控制阀I并延时60s,在探头吹扫控制阀I定时期间,探头吹扫控制阀2以打开Is、关断58的顺序循环开闭,直至60s定时时间到,关闭两个探头吹扫控制阀接通抽气栗电源开始采样,最后通知上位机吹扫过程完成并退出。
[0076] 5、校准程序
[0077]系统监测中在线校准过程由校零程序和校标程序组成,校零足向气路中通入N2气充满测量池来校准标定曲线零点值的过程;校标是向气路中分别通入己知浓度的S02和NO充满测量池来校准标定曲线在该浓度点数值的过程。通过校零和校标测量过程对标定曲线进行校准,便可以得到实际环境下光强与目标气体浓度的关系曲线,根据监测过程中测量得到的光强值得出气体待测浓度值。
[0078]开始校零后,首先关闭抽气栗电源,打开废气处理控制阀和压缩空气控制阀并定时60s将气路中残余气体推出系统外被废气处理装置吸收(即测量系统气路吹扫程序)。等待定时时间到以后关闭压缩空气控制阀不再通入压缩空气,这时打开N2气控制阀和流量计连接阀使得N.充入测量池,为了保证N2气能够充满测量池,该阶段持续200s,计时完成后通知上位机校零完成请求,收到上位机校零完成通知后关闭N2控制阀、流量计控制阀和废气处理控制阀,最后接通抽气栗电源开始采样并通知上位机退出。
[0079]校标程序流程同校零程序,包含S02校标和NO校标,且在校标完成后再进行一次探头后气路反畎过程将气体推出气路排入废气处理装置。
[0080] 6、数据采集与数据输出程序
[0081]数据采集程序是采集颗粒物探头、氧含量探头、温度传感器、压力传感器、流速探头检测到的模拟量进行转换采集数据输出程序是对计算出的S02和NO浓度、颗粒物含量、氧含量、流量以及温度进行输出显示。
[0082] 7、异常处理程序
[0083]当系统中的硬件或者检测到的某些参数值发牛异常时,异常处理程序将被执行。系统监测过程中可能发生得异常有:温度报警;数据值超标报警;分析仪故障报警。当检测到的伴热箱和伴热管的温度小于105度时,当S02、N0和颗粒物浓度超出设定的最高浓度时,当采样探头、氧含量探头、颗粒物探头和流速探头出现断电等故障(采集到的数据信号小于4mA或大于20mA)时,异常处理程序会被调用执行点亮相应的报警指示灯。异常处理的操作顺序为:接到上位机报警命令后,根据故障标志位判断输出高电平点亮对应报警指示灯,但不进行其他动作,待操作检查故障并捧除后报警灯灭。
[0084]本实用新型,采用烟气处理法流程、直接抽取采样式、脉冲清扫、采样管电伴热、程序控制等项技术,具备自动进样,连续运行、控制联锁诸功能。采用特殊结构设计,利用分级过滤除尘,粗过滤与精过滤、除尘与除硫相结合的净化方式,经长期运行表明,有效地解决了高粉尘、高湿度及含硫工况下,维护工作量大,在线连续运行率低的难题。性能稳定可靠,维护工作量小。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种船舶废气排放在线分析系统,其特征在于:所述样气预处理单元包括压缩机式冷凝干燥机(211)、耐腐抽气栗(212)、排液蠕动栗(213)、气溶胶过滤器(214)、精细过滤器(215)、过滤减压阀(216)、前处理器(217)、放散流量计、负压接点压力表及气路控制阀件,前处理器(217)连接加热导管(81),耐腐抽气栗(212)上设有针形调节阀(311);所述校准设备包括两位三通校对电磁阀(221 )、工作校对电动切换阀(222);所述吹扫单元包括电动球阀(231)、磁助式电接点压力表、二位二通电磁阀、空气过滤器;采样探头(11)通过电动球阀(231)连接压缩机式冷凝干燥机(211),压缩机式冷凝干燥机(211)还连接耐腐抽气栗(212)、气溶胶过滤器(214)、精细过滤器(215)、工作校对电动切换阀(222)0

5.如权利要求4所述的一种船舶废气排放在线分析系统,其特征在于:所述烟气分析系统(3)包括红外气体分析仪(31)和PLC可编程控制器(32),烟气分析系统(3)还包括继电器组(33)、操作按钮及阀件、指示灯,红外气体分析仪(31)上设有针形调节阀(311),红外气体分析仪(31)连接温湿度报警器(93)、流量计报警器(94)。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种船舶废气排放在线分析系统,其特征在于:所述分析仪表柜(9)内设有固态继电器(16),固态继电器(16)连接电伴热控温采样管(15),分析仪表柜(9)内还设有开关电源(97)、信号隔离器(98),分析仪表柜(9)外设有端子排(10),端子排(10)连接分析仪表柜(9)内设备和分析仪表柜(9)外设备线路,开关电源(97)与PLC可编程控制器(32)电连接,PLC可编程控制器(32)还连接信号隔离器(98)、端子排(10)。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种船舶废气排放在线分析系统,其特征在于:所述烟气参数测量系统及自动反吹控制系统(4)包括S型皮托管、压力变送器、烟尘测量仪、流量测量仪、温度测量仪、压力测量仪、湿度测量仪。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种船舶废气排放在线分析系统,其特征在于:所述气体测试室(8)的进口端设有开关阀,气体测试室(8)连接气体置换装置,气体置换装置包括气源和通气阀门,气源通过通气阀门与气体测试室(8)相连接。
