[0002]近几十年来,随着航运经济的快速发展,以柴油机为主推进动力的船舶数量和吨位均大幅增加。然而,由于长期使用高硫含量的廉价重质残渣油作为燃料,以及对发动机没有严格控制,使得船舶排放废气中含有大量的硫氧化物、氮氧化物和二氧化碳等,造成严重的大气污染,对人类生命财产造成严重伤害,引发了国际社会的高度关注。国外和国内船舶污染气体排放相关规定的相继出台,要求船舶污染气体排放必须控制在一定的范围之内。目前国内还没有能够有效在线监控船舶污染气体排放的相关设备。为此,有必要开发船舶污染气体排放连续监测设备,能够对船舶排放废气中的硫氧化物、氮氧化物等进行连续监测,使执法部门能够有效监控运行船舶的污染气体排放,确认船舶污染气体排放是否控制在合法范围之内。

[0048]参考图2所示,该设备工作时,由多个采样头从多个被测发动机η,η 2 1,的烟道中抽取样气,由控制与信号处理模块中PLC控制器控制气路选通模块中通道选择器31的阀门开关,使得一个时间段只有一路样气被选通,通过在时序上切换阀门,实现分时对不同采样头采集样气的分析。被选通的样气被送入气体预处理模块进行烟气除尘41和冷凝除湿42等处理得到适合气体分析模块分析的气体,气体分析模块获得的数据传输给控制与信号处理模块的嵌入式信号处理器,经处理得到污染物浓度,同时,嵌入式信号处理器还可从测量烟气参数的其他传感器8获得烟气氧含量、烟气含水分量、流量、压力、温度等参数,综合上述烟气参数和烟气污染物分析结果,最终得到符合国家规范形式的污染物排放浓度、烟气污染物排放率、排放量等参数指标并以报告的形式输出,通过与国家标准排放值进行比较,当排放超标时及时向外发出警报。图2中标定气体9提供不同浓度的标准气体,用于对气体分析模块进行参数标定。
[0049]采用上述一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,可实现污染气体排放的连续监测,解决国家对船舶等污染的监控及管理难题,进而降低船舶对港口及内河区域的污染,提高国家环保监管及应急处置能力。同时,系统采用模块化设计,灵活性大,易于根据需求变化扩充系统功能。

1.一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,包括控制与信号处理模块、样气采样模块、气路选通模块、气体预处理模块和气体分析模块; 所述控制与信号处理模块的输出端分别与气路选通模块、气体预处理模块和气体分析模块连接; 所述气路选通模块与所述样气采样模块连接,用于通过所述控制与信号处理模块控制定时选择所述样气采集模块采集的一路管道中的样气通过; 所述气体预处理模块与所述气路选通模块连接,用于处理所述气路选通模块传输的样气达到预设值; 所述气体分析模块与所述气体预处理模块连接,用于对所述气体预处理模块输出的处理后样气进行分析,通过所述控制与信号处理模块输出分析结果。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述样气采样模块包括多个采样器,每个所述采样器的采样头深入待测的污染气体烟道采集样气。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述采样头内置加热器和过滤器,所述加热器的加热温度至少为150°C;所述采样头与过滤器清洗装置连接,用于对所述采样头过滤器定时吹洗。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述气路选通模块包括多个入口和一个出口,每个所述入口通过样气加热输送管线与所述样气采样模块的一路管道连接;所述出口通过样气加热输送管线与所述气体预处理模块连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述样气加热输送管线保持样气的传输温度为110°C-120°C。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述气路选通模块还设有恒流栗,所述恒流栗产生吸力,用于使被选通的所述样气采样模块的一路管道以固定流量抽取样气。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述气体分析模块由多个单一气体分析仪串联连接组成或由一个多组分气体分析仪组成; 所述气体分析仪选用电化学式气体分析仪或热导式气体分析仪。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述控制与信号处理模块包括PLC控制器、嵌入式信号处理器和定位器,所述PLC控制器与所述嵌入式信号处理器连接组成核心处理器; 所述PLC控制器分别与所述样气采样模块、气路选通模块、气体预处理模块和气体分析模块通过有线方式连接,用于分别对所述样气采样模块、气路选通模块、气体预处理模块和气体分析模块进行电气控制; 所述定位器与嵌入式信号处理器连接,包括位置传感器,所述位置传感器用于通过GPS定位信号或北斗定位信号定位采集样气的位置,并将所述位置信息与废气排放监测数据关联; 所述嵌入式信号处理器带有掉电不丢失数据存储区,所述数据存储区包括但不限于定标数据存储区、监视参数存储区、排放标准参数存储区和/或位置信息存储区。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述嵌入式信号处理器分别通过模拟或数字方式接口与所述PLC控制器和所述气体分析模块连接,获取所述PLC控制器及所述PLC控制器控制终端的状态信息和所述气体分析模块的分析值,将所述状态信息和分析值与排放标准比较后通过外部输出接口输出。
10.如权利要求8所述的一种污染气体排放连续监测设备,其特征在于,所述气路选通模块通过有线方式与所述控制与信号处理模块连接,由控制与信号处理模块远程控制所述路选通模块的气路选择方式。
