下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行进一步描述,但本实用新型的保护范围并不仅限于此:
实施例1:如图1所示,石墨烯钢铁合金碳氧循环装置,包括:铁矿石岛、喷煤岛、高炉炼铁岛、炼钢岛、碳捕集分离岛、O2岛、碳黑岛、石墨化原料岛、石墨烯岛、废旧钢铁熔融岛、辅料岛、石墨烯钢铁合金岛、远程防爆监控中心岛;所述O2岛、铁矿石岛、喷煤岛、碳捕集分离岛与高炉连铁岛连接,高炉连铁岛、炼钢岛、石墨烯钢铁合金岛依次连接,石墨烯钢铁合金岛与石墨烯岛、废旧钢铁熔融岛、辅料岛连接,碳捕集分离岛与O2岛、碳黑岛连接,碳黑岛与石墨烯岛连接,石墨烯岛还与石墨化原料岛连接,远程防爆监控中心岛实时在线监控。
石墨烯钢铁合金碳氧循环工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)打开各系统电源开关,打开远程防爆监控中心岛电源开关,远程在线监控各系统工况、厂内及周边环境和防爆应急警报;
2)将铁矿石岛粉碎的铁矿石与喷煤岛的煤粉送进高炉炼铁岛炼铁,铁水送炼钢岛除杂精炼成钢;
3)将石墨化原料岛的石墨、煤、有机质石墨化处理送入石墨烯岛制成石墨烯,送石墨烯钢铁合金岛与炼钢岛钢水或废旧钢铁熔融岛钢水制取石墨烯钢铁合金;
4)将辅料岛中的辅助原料送入石墨烯钢铁合金岛制取不同的石墨烯钢铁合金产品;
5)将高炉炼铁岛排放烟气送碳捕集分离岛,烟气中CO和CO2经等离子体分离器产生碳黑和氧气,碳黑送碳黑岛供石墨烯岛制取石墨烯,氧气送O2岛供高炉炼铁岛循环利用。
铁矿石岛,包括铁矿石粉碎和智能计量输送装置系统。
喷煤岛,包括煤粉碎和智能计量喷煤装置系统。
高炉炼铁岛,包括炼铁高炉和脱渣综合利用装置系统。
炼钢岛,包括除杂精炼装置系统。
碳捕集分离岛,包括将CO和CO2捕集,以及将CO和CO2送入等离子体分离器产生碳黑和氧气。
优选碳捕集分离岛CO和CO2的等离子体分离温度为1300—3000℃。
石墨化原料岛,包括将石墨、或煤、有机质(如木、竹、农作物秸秆、坚果果壳)石墨化处理的装置系统。
优选石墨化原料岛的石墨化温度为1300—2500℃。
石墨烯岛,包括将碳黑或石墨化原料制成石墨烯的装置系统。
废旧钢铁熔融岛,包括将废旧钢铁熔融和脱渣的装置系统。
优选废旧钢铁熔融岛的熔融温度为780—1300℃。
辅料岛,包括石墨烯钢铁合金所需的硅、钼、钨、铬、钒、钛辅助原料。
石墨烯钢铁合金岛,包括石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉,将石墨烯与炼钢岛的钢水或废旧钢铁熔融岛的钢水、以及辅料按比例制取石墨烯钢铁合金的装置系统。如图2所示,石墨烯 钢铁合金岛为石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉,石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉包括:钢水进口阀门、辅料喷枪、变速搅拌机、除渣网筛、出渣口、变频电极、石墨烯喷枪、远程防爆监控器、石墨烯钢铁合金出口;所述钢水进口阀门送钢水、辅料喷枪送辅料进石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉膛内,石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉膛内设有变速搅拌机、除渣网筛、变频电极、石墨烯喷枪、远程防爆监控器,变频电极提供电压,远程防爆监控器在线监控,钢水与辅料经变速搅拌机搅拌后由除渣网筛除渣,并再次通过变速搅拌机进行搅拌后从石墨烯钢铁合金出口送出,废渣从出渣口排出。
实施步骤:
第一步、打开变频电极6电源开关与钢水进口阀门1开关、辅料喷枪2开关,将精炼钢水或废旧钢铁熔融钢水、辅料送进石墨烯钢铁合金连续加料变频电极炉膛内,经变速搅拌机3A均匀搅拌,除渣网筛4除渣,将石墨烯用石墨烯喷枪7喷入,变速搅拌机3B均匀搅拌后,从石墨烯钢铁合金出口9送出,制取所需型号石墨烯钢铁合金产品。
优选石墨烯钢铁合金连续加料变频电极炉钢水进口阀门1的钢水进口温度为400—800℃。
优选石墨烯钢铁合金连续加料变频电极炉变频电极6的电极根数为1—50根。变频为低频或中高频。温度为1000—2250℃。
优选石墨烯钢铁合金连续加料变频电极炉石墨烯钢铁合金出口9的出口温度为1000—2200℃。
第二步、打开远程防爆监控器8电源开关,在线监控石墨烯钢铁合金连续加料变频电极炉内温度、压力。
为了提高搅拌效率,本实用新型变速搅拌机搅拌叶外型结构优选:树叶型或长圆多孔型或棱角板型或棱角多孔型。如图3所示,图中A是树叶型;B是长圆多孔型;C是棱角板型;D是棱角多孔型;E是棱角网筛型。
本实用新型优点,一是不用打开炉盖,可以连续加料,适合规模化生产。二是产品杂质少,纯度高,含氧量低,强度增加。
优选石墨烯钢铁合金岛的石墨烯质量配比用量为0.01—1.5%。
石墨烯钢铁合金岛生产的主要产品,包括:
1、石墨烯合金钢构钢。含碳量比碳素结构钢低一些,一般在0.15—0.50%范围内。广泛用于制造飞机、飞船、汽车、船舶、汽轮机、重型机床的各种传动件和紧固件。
如图4所示,制备石墨烯合金钢构钢包括以下步骤:
第一步、将钢坯和辅料送入电加热炉或燃气加热炉,将钢坯熔化。
优选电加热炉或燃气加热炉加热的温度为1000—1500℃。
优选辅料硅、钼、钨、铬、钒、钛、锰中的一种或多种的质量比为0.1—5%。
优选燃气加热炉的气源为液化气或制气炉制出的一氧化碳、或氢气。
第二步、将熔化的钢水和石墨烯粉送入压铸机造型压铸成所需型号的石墨烯钢构钢产品。
优选石墨烯粉的质量比为0.01—1.2%。
第三步、打开打开远程防爆监控中心电源开关,在线监控石墨烯钢构钢各系统工况的温度、压力。
石墨烯合金钢构钢的外形多样化,包括工字型、E字型、半框型、方筒型、长筒型、圆管型、是扁圆型,如图5所示,图中A是工字型、B是E字型、C是半框型、D是方筒型、E是长筒型、F是圆管型、G是扁圆型。
2、石墨烯合金工具钢。是一种含多种合金元素(如硅、钼、钨、铬、钒、钛等)的中高碳钢,适用于制造尺寸大、形状复杂的刃具、模具和量具。它除了具有适当的强度和韧性 外,同时具有很高的硬度和耐磨性。
3、石墨烯高速工具钢。是高碳高合金工具钢,含碳量为0.7—1.4%,并含有能形成高硬度石墨烯碳化物合金元素,如钨、钼、铬、钒等。石墨烯高速工具钢具有高的红硬性,在高速切削条件下,当温度高达500—6000℃时硬度也不降低。常用于制造高切削速度、高生产率的车刀、铣刀、铰刀、拉刀、麻花钻等。
4、石墨烯弹簧刀钢。主要用于制造在冲击、振动或长期交变应力下使用的弹簧,主要是硅锰系钢钟。
5、石墨烯轴承钢。主要用来制造滚动体和轴承套圈。石墨烯轴承钢一般含碳量约1.0%,它对钢材的化学成分均匀性、非金属夹杂物的含量和分布、碳化物的颁等都有十分严格的要求。
优选石墨烯轴承钢的氧含量为低于十万分之5以下。
6、石墨烯不锈钢酸钢,即不锈钢。石墨烯不锈钢和耐蚀性是相对的,并不是绝对不生锈,而是生锈量极少,生锈过程很慢。根据其应用场合,石墨烯不锈耐酸钢可分为两组:石墨烯不锈钢和石墨烯耐酸钢。石墨烯不锈钢,即在空气中能抵抗腐蚀的钢,主要用于制造汽轮机叶片、测量工具、医疗器械、剪切工具、餐具、厨房设备、食品加工设备、速冷冻藏设备、石墨烯不锈钢焊管类公共设施、汽车排气管用铁素体不锈钢等;石墨烯耐酸钢,即在各种侵蚀性强烈的介质中能抵抗腐蚀的钢,主要用于船舶控制设备、航海设备、制酸、油、气的石墨烯不锈钢罐等设备、尿素设备等。按主要化学成分分类,基本上可分为石墨烯铬不锈钢和石墨烯铬镍不锈钢两大系统。
7、石墨烯耐热不起皮钢。用于制造长期高温下使用的机器零件。
远程防爆监控中心岛,包括远程在线监控各系统工况(如温度、压力、成分)和防爆应急。

1.石墨烯钢铁合金碳氧循环装置,其特征在于包括:铁矿石岛、喷煤岛、高炉炼铁岛、炼钢岛、碳捕集分离岛、O2岛、碳黑岛、石墨化原料岛、石墨烯岛、废旧钢铁熔融岛、辅料岛、石墨烯钢铁合金岛、远程防爆监控中心岛;所述O2岛、铁矿石岛、喷煤岛、碳捕集分离岛与高炉连铁岛连接,高炉连铁岛、炼钢岛、石墨烯钢铁合金岛依次连接,石墨烯钢铁合金岛与石墨烯岛、废旧钢铁熔融岛、辅料岛连接,碳捕集分离岛与O2岛、碳黑岛连接,碳黑岛与石墨烯岛连接,石墨烯岛还与石墨化原料岛连接,远程防爆监控中心岛实时在线监控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯钢铁合金碳氧循环装置,其特征在于,石墨烯钢铁合金岛为石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉,石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉包括:钢水进口阀门、辅料喷枪、变速搅拌机、除渣网筛、出渣口、变频电极、石墨烯喷枪、远程防爆监控器、石墨烯钢铁合金出口;所述钢水进口阀门送钢水、辅料喷枪送辅料进石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉膛内,石墨烯钢铁合金变频电极炉膛内设有变速搅拌机、除渣网筛、变频电极、石墨烯喷枪、远程防爆监控器,变频电极提供电压,远程防爆监控器在线监控,钢水与辅料经变速搅拌机搅拌后由除渣网筛除渣,并再次通过变速搅拌机进行搅拌后从石墨烯钢铁合金出口送出,废渣从出渣口排出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯钢铁合金碳氧循环装置,其特征在于,变速搅拌机的扇叶的形状包括树叶型或长圆多孔型或棱角板型或棱角多孔型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的石墨烯钢铁合金碳氧循环装置,其特征在于,石墨烯钢铁合金岛制取的石墨烯合金包括石墨烯合金钢构钢、石墨烯合金耐热不起皮钢、石墨烯合金工具钢、石墨烯合金承轴钢、石墨烯合金不锈钢。
