本实用新型属于水处理领域，特别涉及一种污泥输送机。
背景技术
污泥输送机是城市污水处理厂常用的一种设备；在污水处理厂中，城市污水进入到污水处理厂后，经过初级沉淀，抽砂，搅拌，生物反应，再次沉淀，过滤等工序进入回用水系统，剩余的水中的污泥进入污泥浓缩池，进一步提高污泥的浓度，再通过污泥泵将含水的污泥输送到污泥池，进一步沉淀，再由污泥泵将污泥池的污泥抽出到污泥脱泥机将污泥脱水，以利于后续的运输和进一步处理；而污泥输送机是每个沉淀池清理污泥后将污泥输送到集中处理或者运输工具所需要的输送设备，特别是在污泥池内污泥泵抽出的污泥，在送到脱泥机进行脱水的过程中，污泥输送机是必须的设备之一；现有的污泥输送机大多采用螺旋式输送方式，也就是将污泥输送机的进料口与污泥集散地连接，经过污泥输送机内的螺旋输送器的旋转，推动污泥由低向高进行输送，现有的螺旋输送器大多采用钢铁材料制成，由于输送的污泥中存在大量的砂子等坚硬物体，在输送过程中会对污泥输送机的螺旋输送器和外壳产生较大的磨损，同时产生较大的噪声，对生产环境造成噪声污染，减少污泥输送机的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有的污水处理厂污泥输送机存在的上述问题，本实用新型提出一种污泥输送机，包括外壳，输送器轴，螺旋片；其特征在于：还包括减磨带；所述的减磨带设置在螺旋片的外边缘，且布满整个螺旋片的长度；所述的减磨带由减磨弹性材料制成。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于，能够降低污泥输送机的运行噪声，减少螺旋输送器与外壳的磨损，延长污泥输送机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案，现结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式，如图1， 本例中选用市售的本行业通用的螺旋输送方式的污泥输送机为例，按照本行业通用的方式将外壳1，输送器轴2，螺旋片3，安装一起，本例中选用耐磨尼龙材料，将其制作成壁厚2毫米，截面为U形的长条，作为减磨带4，将减磨带4套装在螺旋片3的外边缘并粘接牢固，这样就完成了本实用新型的实施；减磨带4的材料也可以采用耐磨橡胶板，附着粘接在螺旋片3的外边缘两侧，且橡胶板的外边缘高出螺旋片3的外边缘；这样在运行过程中，避免了钢制材料的螺旋片3与钢制外壳1之间的直接碰撞产生的噪声，也减少了两者之间的磨损，延长了使用寿命，当减磨带4磨损严重时，更换减磨带4就能够重新使用。
