背景技术
传统的励磁组件通常是将功率器件直接安装在散热器上，体积大，靠自然冷却，散热差，效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种采用风机强制冷却，散热好，效率高的设有冷却风机的单相励磁组件。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种设有冷却风机的单相励磁组件，包括铝型材制作的散热器，在散热器的上面装有可控硅模块一和可控硅模块二，在散热器四周固定有组件外壳，其特征在组件外壳的上端装有风机，组件外壳与散热器中心构成风道，风机的出风口与风道连通。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该实用新型采取强制风冷，散热效果好，效率高，可控硅模块使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
实施例，参照附图，一种设有冷却风机的单相励磁组件，包括铝型材制作的散热器2，在散热器2的上面装有可控硅模块一4和可控硅模块二5，在散热器2四周固定有组件外壳3，其特征在于在组件外壳3的上端装有风机1，组件外壳3与散热器2中心构成风道9，风机1的出风口与风道9连通。
组件外壳3的上端两侧固定有上连接耳7，在上连接耳7上设有可调螺栓孔8，下端两侧固定有下连接耳6。
使用时，用螺栓通过上连接耳7中的可调螺栓孔8和下连接耳6中的螺栓孔10将单相励磁组件装到电控柜中。

1.一种设有冷却风机的单相励磁组件，包括铝型材制作的散热器（2），在散热器（2）的上面装有可控硅模块一（4）和可控硅模块二（5），在散热器（2）四周固定有组件外壳（3），其特征在于在组件外壳（3）的上端装有风机（1），组件外壳（3）与散热器（2）中心构成风道（9），风机（1）的出风口与风道（9）连通。
