[0013]当点火启用炉具时,首先在炉膛底部填充木块、秸杆等易燃物,中上层填充燃料,点火时完全关闭二次风门7和三次风门8,调节取暖/炊事交换手柄11至取暖模式,点火引燃燃料使炉体升温;进入取暖状态燃烧稳定后,出水管温度已达80°C以上形成取暖水路自然循环后,可将炉子进入到半封的状态,将一次风门6推到底后,再回拉1-2厘米,根据具体燃烧工况打开二次风门7和三次风门8,并调节旋钮至合适的位置适当引风,使燃烧更加合理,在使用过程中根据热负荷需求调节一次风门6控制采暖炉的出水温度,一次风门6拉开的空隙越大,水温越高,反之则低;当需要灶具做饭时,调节取暖/炊事交换手柄11至炊事模式,适当调节一次风门6、二次风门7和三次风门8开度,以达到控制火焰温度的目的,即可代替家用煤气灶进行炊事活动。
[0014]该多用炉在用途方面既可以连接水暖设备达到取暖的目的,也可以将炕洞排烟口5与土炕烟道相连,实现烧炕的目的,同时还可以代替燃气灶具用于炊事。在节能方面,与其他普通取暖炉相比,增加了二次风门7及中间风导管9,当打开各风门时,可以为炉内燃料燃烧提供更充分的助燃气体,使燃料的燃烧更加充分,提高热效率的同时,降低烟气中有害气体(如:一氧化碳、二氧化硫等)的排出,为用户使用提供安全保障。
[0015]取暖/炊事交换手柄11方便调节燃烧炉的用途,当燃烧炉用于烧炕时,将燃烧炉的炕洞排烟口 5与土炕的烟道相连,燃料燃烧所产生的烟气通过土炕烟道时,将热量遗留在土炕烟道,达到烧炕的目的;当燃烧炉用于炊事时,将燃烧炉的烟气出口与烟囱排烟口 4相连,使燃料燃烧产生的烟气先对灶具加热后,再通过烟囱排出,提高燃烧热量的利用率。
[0016]所述燃烧炉炉膛内设有两层炉盖10,当燃烧炉用于烧炕时,盖上下层炉盖10,切换手柄切换至烧炕模式,使烟气直接通过炕洞排烟口 5进入土炕烟道,降低烟气在炉膛内的热量损失;当燃烧炉用于炊事时,打开下层炉盖10,切换手柄切换至炊事模式,将灶具置于燃烧炉上部,燃烧炉燃烧产生的热量通过烟囱排出前,对灶具进行加热,提高燃烧热量的利用率。
[0017]在燃烧炉的底部、侧面及燃烧炉的中心设置可控制开闭的风门及炉盖10,通过调节各处风门的开闭情况,控制燃烧炉内燃料的燃烧,在不同的条件下,实现不同的目的。当夜间休息室,不需要燃烧炉产生大量的热,同时降低燃料消耗,仅需关闭所有的风门,控制炉膛内助燃气体的供给量即可;当燃烧炉主要用于取暖及烧炕时,打开燃烧炉底部风门,关闭侧面风门及中间风导管9风门,既可以保证燃烧炉产生的热量,又可以降低燃料的消耗;当燃烧炉主要用于炊事时,需要燃烧炉产生足够的热量,将燃烧炉底部、侧面及中间风导管9风门全部打开,使燃烧炉热效率最大化;所述燃烧炉底部、侧面风门由旋转风阀控制风门的开闭,中间风导管9风门与储灰斗相连,抽出储灰斗风门打开,退回储灰斗风门关闭。

1.一种新型取暖炉,其特征在于包括出水口( I)、回水口( 2)、防爆阀(3)、烟囱排烟口(4)、炕洞排烟口(5)、一次风门(6)、二次风门(7)、三次风门(8)、中间风导管(9)、炉盖(10)、取暖/炊事交换手柄(11)、清灰手柄(12)、料仓门(13);所述出水口(1)、回水口(2)及防爆阀(3)设在炉头上,炉头和炉体组成燃烧炉,炉头部分还设有烟囱排烟口(4)和炕洞排烟口(5),炉体部分设有一次风门(6)、二次风门(7)和三次风门(8),一次风门(6)设在储灰斗的位置,二次风门(7)和三次风门(8)连接可旋转的风阀,炉体部分设有上下两层炉盖(10),炉体上还设有取暖/炊事交换手柄(I I)和清灰手柄(12),炉体后端部设有料仓门(13)。
