背景技术
操作工人在进行舂砂制芯后，需将芯盒拆开再组装回去。由于厂内产品模型种类繁多，造成配套芯盒大小、数量不等。目前厂内芯盒重量为几公斤至一百多公斤，大小为十几公分至两米多，当工人紧固或拆开芯盒时，使用螺纹钢插入圆环内，转动螺纹钢，使其紧固及松开。但由于芯盒两侧凹槽位置高低或底板支腿影响螺纹钢连续转动，所以造成紧固或拆开芯盒费时费力，生产效率低，工人的劳动强度大。

本实用新型提供了一种芯盒紧固装置，解决了背景技术中芯盒两侧凹槽位置高低或底板支腿影响螺纹钢连续转动，造成紧固或拆开芯盒费时费力，生产效率低、劳动强度大的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种芯盒紧固装置，包括芯盒，芯盒两侧凹槽内分别安有紧固装置，所述紧固装置包括长轴，长轴位于芯盒凹槽内，长轴两端设有长圆环，长圆环内设有三角铁，长圆环与芯盒之间设有垫板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型操作简单方便，芯盒紧固或拆开费时费力得到改善，减轻了工人的劳动强度，极大地提高了工作效率。

为了更好地理解与实施，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：一种芯盒紧固装置，包括芯盒4，芯盒4两侧凹槽内分别安有紧固装置5，紧固装置5包括长轴6，长轴6位于芯盒4凹槽内，长轴6两端设有长圆环2，长圆环2内设有三角铁1，长圆环2与芯盒4之间设有垫板3。
组装芯盒时，将长轴6装入芯盒4两侧的凹槽内，使三角铁1的大端面向上，小端面向下，敲击三角铁1的大端面，将三角铁1嵌入长圆环2内，三角铁1挤压垫板3以固定芯盒4，用力越大，芯盒4越紧固。当舂砂制芯后，敲击三角铁1的小端面，三角铁1便会向上移动，从垫板3和长圆环2中松开，再取出长轴6，便可拆开芯盒4。
