技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置。
背景技术
现有的乳品废水处理装置是以生化法为主，其结构如“调节池+水解池+厌氧系统+好氧系统”或“调节池+水解池+中间池+厌氧系统+好氧系统”，并且调节池、水解池采用穿孔管空气搅拌装置进行池体搅拌，采用该方法搅动调节池或水解池存下以下缺点：1、调节池、水解池为缺氧运行，穿孔管搅拌进入大量空气，不利于系统运行，因此不能长期运行搅拌装置；2、由于调节池、水解池除了大量浮渣，还存在大量沉渣沉积于池体底部，空气穿孔曝气管容易发生堵塞现象，增加系统维修工作量；3、在运行管理上，调节池属变水位运行，当液位较低时，浮渣就会随污水进入厌氧系统，对厌氧系统造成冲击，厌氧出水质恶化，影响下一处理单元运行状态（好氧污泥膨胀），导致出水不达标。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种不受调节池低水位影响，系统运行稳定，可长期运行，通过组合搅拌法减少乳品废水酸化形成，实现浮渣减量功能的一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下方案，一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置包括池体和由进气管、搅拌管构成的搅拌管路，其结构要点在于所述搅拌管路还包括进水管和气水混合装置，进水管与进气管分别与气水混合装置输入端相连，气水混合装置输出端与搅拌管相连，进气管和进水管上分别设置有阀门。
搅拌管路可以设置为一条或多条。
气水混合装置为水射器；最好采用高效水射器，可以提高水气混合搅拌效果。
搅拌管为Φ40～63 mm的单点式曝气管；其替换了通用的Φ25 mm穿孔搅拌管，避免堵塞。
实用新型有益效果
本实用新型是对调节池或水解池的搅拌装置进行改进，在池体底部取消小管径的穿孔管，而选用稍大管径的单点式曝气的搅拌管，避免小孔径穿孔堵塞现象的发生；通过气水混合装置并利用气、水对调节池或水解池进行搅拌，并且通过进气管和进水管上设置的阀门，在运行管理上可以实现单独水力搅拌或单独进行空气搅拌也可以进行气水混合搅拌，采用该结构可以实现长时间对调节池或水解池进行搅拌，加速浮渣消化速率，降低调节池或水解池的浮渣量，实现浮渣减量的目的。
本实用新型具有如下优点：
1、可实现连续或者较长时间的对调节池或水解池进行搅拌，扰动浮渣，加速浮渣消化，减少浮渣量，增加了调节池或水解池的有效容积，减少了调节池浮渣清掏的工作量；
2、降低了搅拌管的堵塞现象发生的几率，减少了搅拌装置的维修工作量，可以长期运行；
3、有效降低了池内因变水位运行时浮渣进入后续处理单元的浮渣量，使系统运行更加稳定。

具体实施方式：
一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置包括池体1和由进气管4、搅拌管7组成的搅拌管路2，搅拌管路2还包括进水管6和气水混合装置3，进水管6与进气管4分别与气水混合装置3输入端相连，气水混合装置3输出端与搅拌管7相连，进气管4和进水管6上分别设置有阀门5。搅拌管路2可以设置为一条，也可以是多条，提高气搅拌效果。气水混合装置3为水射器；其最好采用从市场上购置的高效水射器，提高水搅拌效果。搅拌管7为直径Φ40～63 mm的单点式曝气管，可避免堵塞。
本实用新型使用前，将进水管6连接压力供水装置；池体1如果是调节池可以与调节池提升泵出口相连，如果为厌氧池可以与厌氧池内循环泵出口相连，提供高压力水；进气管4连接曝气风机出口，提供压力空气，增强对浮渣层的扰动。工作时，当单独开启进气管4或进水管6上的阀门5时，即可实现单独空气搅拌或者单独水力搅拌，可灵活调整运行方式，采用上述两种方式通过搅拌池体内乳品废水，对浮渣层8进行扰动搅拌，加速浮渣消化速率，降低浮渣层的厚度，继而减少浮渣量，特别是单独使用水搅拌时可以实现连续、长时间对调节池或水解池进行搅拌，达到浮渣减量目的；同时开启两个阀门5，气水混合搅拌增强搅拌效果，实现了加速浮渣硝化速率的目的。

1.一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置，包括池体和由进气管、搅拌管构成的搅拌管路，其特征在于所述的搅拌管路还包括进水管和气水混合装置，进水管与进气管分别与气水混合装置输入端相连，气水混合装置输出端与搅拌管相连，进气管和进水管上分别设置有阀门。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置，其特征在于所述的搅拌管路为一条或多条。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置，其特征在于所述的搅拌管为Φ40～63 mm的单点式曝气管。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种乳品废水浮渣减量的处理装置，其特征在于所述的气水混合装置为高效水射器。
