本实用新型增压泵进出水端连接结构,用于在增压泵进出水端口上连接外部管路,所述连接结构包括固定管、插置管、卡销;所述固定管与增压泵外壳一体成型,其侧壁上设有用于插入卡销的窗孔,所述插置管一端连接外部管路,另一端插置于固定管内,插置管管壁上设有设有与卡销配合的卡槽;当插置管在固定管内插置安装时,卡销对插置管进行限位固定。本实用新型采用软连接,长期抗震能力较好,易于装配。

本实用新型涉及输水设备,尤其是增压泵进出水端连接结构。
背景技术
增压泵是输水管路上的常用设备,用以提升输水管路的输水水压,由于通常以机械方式进行增压,因此增压泵工作时会产生振动或偏摆,给泵体上的外部管路连接部的密封造成影响,由于传统管连接多采用螺牙方式,以生料带进行密封,其长期抗震能力有所不足,在长期振动环境工作时易漏水。
发明内容
本实用新型提出增压泵进出水端连接结构,采用软连接,长期抗震能力较好,易于装配。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案。
增压泵进出水端连接结构,用于在增压泵进出水端口上连接外部管路,所述连接结构包括固定管、插置管、卡销;所述固定管与增压泵外壳一体成型,其侧壁上设有用于插入卡销的窗孔,所述插置管一端连接外部管路,另一端插置于固定管内,插置管管壁上设有设有与卡销配合的卡槽;当插置管在固定管内插置安装时,卡销对插置管进行限位固定。
所述插置管连接外部管路的一端处设有快接结构。
所述插置管为L形或工字形。
所述卡销为U型卡销,U型卡销的顶端为固定弧环,两侧为插脚。
所述固定弧环的弧度为半圆弧度,所述插置管管壁卡槽为环形卡槽。
当卡销对插置管进行限位固定时,U型卡销插入窗孔,其固定弧环下部及插脚卡置于插置管管壁的卡槽中,上部插置于固定管侧壁的窗孔内,对插置管进行限位固定。
所述连接结构中还包括套于插置管上的弹性密封圈,插置管管壁上设有若干用于套置密封圈的环形槽;当插置管在固定管内插置安装时,插置管管壁上套置的弹性密封圈与固定管内侧壁间形成过盈配合。
本实用新型中,当插置管在固定管内插置安装时,插置管以管壁上套置的弹性密封圈与固定管内侧壁间形成过盈配合,U型卡销插入窗孔,其固定弧环下部及插脚卡置于插置管管壁的卡槽中,上部插置于固定管侧壁的窗孔内,对插置管进行轴向限位固定,该结构中,插置管与固定管间存在弹性密封圈,有着较好的缓冲防震能力,插置管以U型卡销的固定弧环来轴向固定,其受力方向在插置管轴向方向,不会因插置管的震动旋转而产生轴向松脱;此连接结构中不设螺纹结构,无需缠绕生料带,因此其连接可靠性不易受增压泵本身震动、偏摆影响。
本实用新型中,固定弧环的弧度为半圆弧度,所述插置管管壁卡槽为环形槽,插置管为L形管;该结构使得插置管在被U型卡销固定后仍能转动,让使用者可以360度调节出水口方向,使用上更为方便。
本实用新型中,插置管连接外部管路的一端处设有快接结构,该设计使得本结构能更为快捷地连接和卸下外部管路。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,增压泵进出水端连接结构,用于在增压泵进出水端口上连接外部管路,所述连接结构包括固定管106、插置管104、卡销102;所述固定管106与增压泵外壳107一体成型,其侧壁上设有用于插入卡销6的窗孔105,所述插置管104一端连接外部管路,另一端插置于固定管内,插置管104管壁上设有设有与卡销102配合的卡槽308;当插置管104在固定管106内插置安装时,卡销102对插置管104进行限位固定。
所述插置管104连接外部管路的一端处设有快接结构101。
所述插置管104为L形或工字形。
所述卡销102为U型卡销,U型卡销的顶端为固定弧环401,两侧为插脚402。
所述固定弧环401的弧度为半圆弧度,所述插置管104管壁卡槽308为环形卡槽。
当卡销102对插置管104进行限位固定时,U型卡销102插入窗孔105,其固定弧环401下部及插脚402卡置于插置管管壁的卡槽308中,上部插置于固定管侧壁的窗孔105内,对插置管104进行限位固定。
所述连接结构中还包括套于插置管104上的弹性密封圈103,插置管104管壁上设有若干用于套置密封圈103的环形槽309;当插置管104在固定管106内插置安装时,插置管104管壁上套置的弹性密封圈103与固定管106内侧壁间形成过盈配合。
实施例:
使用者把弹性密封圈103套于插置管上的环形槽309内,再把套有密封圈103的插置管用力插入固定管106内,当插置管104的卡槽308移动至固定管106的窗孔105处时,把U型卡销102插入窗孔106,使卡销102的固定弧环401下部及插脚402卡置于插置管104管壁的卡槽308中,上部插置于固定管106侧壁的窗孔105内,对插置管104进行轴向限位固定,再通过快接结构101连接外部管路,即完成本连接结构的安装。

1. 增压泵进出水端连接结构,用于在增压泵进出水端口上连接外部管路,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括固定管、插置管、卡销;所述固定管与增压泵外壳一体成型,其侧壁上设有用于插入卡销的窗孔,所述插置管一端连接外部管路,另一端插置于固定管内,插置管管壁上设有设有与卡销配合的卡槽;当插置管在固定管内插置安装时,卡销对插置管进行限位固定。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的增压泵进出水端连接结构,其特征在于:所述插置管连接外部管路的一端处设有快接结构。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的增压泵进出水端连接结构,其特征在于:所述插置管为L形或工字形。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的增压泵进出水端连接结构,其特征在于:所述卡销为U型卡销,U型卡销的顶端为固定弧环,两侧为插脚。
