本实用新型涉及一种内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,包括与增压泵的泵壳一体制成的阀体,所述增压泵上设置有经阀体相互连接的高压室与低压室,所述高压室连接增压泵的出水端,所述低压室连接增压泵的进水端,所述阀体上开设有连接高压室的泄压进水口与连接低压室的泄压出水口,所述阀体的内腔设有可移动以控制泄压出水口大小的主阀芯,所述主阀芯与阀体的内腔之间压接有可伸缩以控制泄压进水口大小的副阀芯。本实用新型结构设计合理,利用外力调节主阀芯,来控制活塞与主阀芯的泄压量,达到所需要高压室的压力值,稳压效果好,且阀体与增压泵的泵壳一体制造,强度高,密封性好,便于维护,灵活性高,适用性好。

背景技术
现有的增压泵包含的稳压结构设计较为复杂,整体布局不合理,对高压室泄压量的调节主要利用水体自身压力,调节范围窄,实现的稳压效果差。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、高效便捷的内置一体式增压泵稳压结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,包括与增压泵的泵壳一体制成的阀体,所述增压泵上设置有经阀体相互连接的高压室与低压室,所述高压室连接增压泵的出水端,所述低压室连接增压泵的进水端,所述阀体上开设有连接高压室的泄压进水口与连接低压室的泄压出水口,所述阀体的内腔设有可移动以控制泄压出水口大小的主阀芯,所述主阀芯与阀体的内腔之间压接有可伸缩以控制泄压进水口大小的副阀芯。
优选的,所述主阀芯包含与阀体的内腔螺纹连接的管件,所述管件的内腔作为水流通道,所述管件的进水端朝向副阀芯,所述管件的出水端朝向泄压出水口。
优选的,所述副阀芯包含弹簧与压接在主阀芯上的活塞,所述弹簧的一端固定设置在阀体的内腔,所述弹簧的另一端固定设置在活塞的导向槽内。
优选的,所述活塞在与主阀芯的压接处设置有密封片,所述活塞与阀体之间、主阀芯与阀体之间均设置有密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构设计合理,利用外力调节主阀芯,来控制活塞与主阀芯的泄压量,达到所需要高压室的压力值;当增压泵进水端水压有波动,高压室压力随之升高时,活塞自动打开,将高压室内过高的压力泄压到低压室内,达到所需的稳压效果,扩大调节范围,提高调节精度,优化整体结构,布局更加紧凑;且阀体与增压泵的泵壳一体制造,强度高,密封性好,便于维护,灵活性高,适用性好。

如图1~3所示,一种内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,包括与增压泵1的泵壳一体制成的阀体2,所述增压泵1上设置有经阀体2相互连接的高压室3与低压室4,所述高压室3连接增压泵1的出水端,所述低压室4连接增压泵1的进水端,所述阀体2上开设有连接高压室3的泄压进水口与连接低压室4的泄压出水口,所述阀体2的内腔设有可移动以控制泄压出水口大小的主阀芯,所述主阀芯与阀体2的内腔之间压接有可伸缩以控制泄压进水口大小的副阀芯。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述主阀芯包含与阀体2的内腔螺纹连接的管件5,所述管件5的内腔作为水流通道,所述管件5的进水端朝向副阀芯,所述管件5的出水端朝向泄压出水口。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述副阀芯包含弹簧6与压接在主阀芯上的活塞7,所述弹簧6的一端固定设置阀体2的内腔,所述弹簧6的另一端固定设置在活塞7的导向槽内。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述阀体2的内腔的尺寸与管件5、活塞7的尺寸相适应,所述阀体2的内腔对管件5的移动、活塞7的移动起到导向作用。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述活塞7在与主阀芯的压接处设置有密封片8,所述密封片8同时用以压在管件5的进水端,避免泄漏,所述活塞7与阀体2之间、主阀芯与阀体2之间均设置有密封圈9。

1.一种内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,其特征在于:包括与增压泵的泵壳一体制成的阀体,所述增压泵上设置有经阀体相互连接的高压室与低压室,所述高压室连接增压泵的出水端,所述低压室连接增压泵的进水端,所述阀体上开设有连接高压室的泄压进水口与连接低压室的泄压出水口,所述阀体的内腔设有可移动以控制泄压出水口大小的主阀芯,所述主阀芯与阀体的内腔之间压接有可伸缩以控制泄压进水口大小的副阀芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,其特征在于:所述主阀芯包含与阀体的内腔螺纹连接的管件,所述管件的内腔作为水流通道,所述管件的进水端朝向副阀芯,所述管件的出水端朝向泄压出水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,其特征在于:所述副阀芯包含弹簧与压接在主阀芯上的活塞,所述弹簧的一端固定设置在阀体的内腔,所述弹簧的另一端固定设置在活塞的导向槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内置一体式增压泵稳压结构,其特征在于:所述活塞在与主阀芯的压接处设置有密封片,所述活塞与阀体之间、主阀芯与阀体之间均设置有密封圈。
