背景技术
石油钻井行业部分型号的钻机指重表与操作者之间有3-5m左右的距离，在光线较暗时可视度较差，尤其是夜晚因井架照明系统配套不合理等原因，指重表处光线较暗，导致操作者难以观察到指重表上钻压和悬重数值，不利于钻井安全。
荧光粉是一种具有特殊晶体结构的发光物质，具有极强的“吸光－蓄光－发光”能力，当受到自然光和灯光的照射时，能够吸收并贮存部分光能，在光线较暗时再以可见光的形式缓缓释放。荧光粉经过光照5分钟后，在黑暗中可自动发光12小时以上，吸光和发光的过程可以无数次重复，发光寿命达20年以上。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为钻井现场提供一种带荧光显示的钻井指重表，以克服在光线较暗时可视度较差，尤其是夜晚因井架照明系统配套不合理等原因，指重表处光线较暗，导致操作者难以观察到指重表上钻压和悬重数值，不利于钻井安全的问题。
本实用新型由钻压指示盘、钻压数值标志、悬重指示盘、悬重数值标志、钻压指针、悬重指针组成，通过在钻压数值标志、悬重数值标志、钻压指针、悬重指针上面增加荧光粉涂层，荧光粉涂层受到自然光和灯光的照射时，能够吸收并贮存部分光能，在光线较暗时再以可见光的形式缓缓释放。使得该类型指重表在光线较暗时仍然具有较强的辨识能力。
采用上述方式后，与普通钻井指重表相比，具有以下优点：
1、可视性好：在光线在光线较暗时具备更好的可视性。
2、改进成本低：本发明只需在普通指重表的钻压数值标志、悬重数值标志、钻压指针、悬重指针上增加荧光涂层，无需更复杂的改进；荧光粉价格便宜，成本较低。
3、使用寿命长：荧光粉吸光和发光的过程可以无数次重复，发光寿命达20年以上。

参照图1，本实用新型由钻压指示盘1、钻压数值标志2、悬重指示盘3、悬重数值标志4、钻压指针5、悬重指针6组成。通过在钻压数值标志2、悬重数值标志4、钻压指针5、悬重指针6上面增加荧光粉涂层，荧光粉涂层在光线较好时吸收并储存光能，在光线较暗时再以可见光的形式缓缓释放，使得该类型指重表在光线较暗时仍然具有较强的辨识能力。其结构简单、成本低廉、实用性强。
