本实用新型公开了一种虹吸式滗水器,其特征在于,在主管的下侧管壁上均布设有多根虹吸管,所述主管的一端封闭,另一端连接有U型出水管,在U型出水管的出水端上设有电动阀门,电磁排气阀设在U型出水管的进水端顶部,所述U型出水管的出水端低于进水端,所述虹吸管的下端高于U型出水管下端。通过以上设置,本实用新型运用大气压虹吸原理,用于SBR污水处理中, SBR池中上清液均匀溢流出池外,且阻止SBR池体中的漂浮物等杂质溢流到下道工序中的清水池。本实用新型安装方便,运行可靠,能够有效的将SBR池中的上清液进行溢流。

本实用新型涉及一种污水处理领域,具体说是一种虹吸式滗水器。
背景技术
目前小型污水处理SBR池中上清液的流出采取了溢流堰流出的办法,在溢流过程中,池体中漂浮着一些杂质会随着溢流堰进入下道污水处理工序,溢流出的杂质给下道工序带来压力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种虹吸式滗水器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在主管的下侧管壁上均布设有多根虹吸管,所述主管的一端封闭,另一端连接有U型出水管,在U型出水管的出水端上设有电动阀门,电磁排气阀设在U型出水管的进水端顶部,所述U型出水管的出水端低于进水端,所述虹吸管的下端高于U型出水管下端。
通过以上设置,本实用新型运用大气压虹吸原理,用于SBR污水处理中, SBR池中上清液均匀溢流出池外,且阻止SBR池体中的漂浮物等杂质溢流到下道工序中的清水池。本实用新型安装方便,运行可靠,能够有效的将SBR池中的上清液进行溢流。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型在主管1的下侧管壁上均布设有多根虹吸管2,所述主管1的一端封闭,另一端连接有U型出水管3,在U型出水管3的出水端上设有电动阀门4,电磁排气阀5设在U型出水管3的进水端顶部,所述U型出水管3的出水端低于进水端,所述虹吸管2的下端高于U型出水管3下端。通过以上设置,本实用新型安装在小型污水处理的SBR池中,当SBR池中水位上升时,打开电磁排气阀5,在SBR池中水位上升的同时,电磁排气阀5同时将主管1和U型出水管3的空气排除。当水位升高需要滗水时,电磁排气阀5关闭,电动阀门4打开,SBR池中的上清液通过水位差,自动进入虹吸管2,经U型出水管3流出。当SBR池中水位低于U型出水管3的出水端时,主管1内形成负压,将水不断地吸至U型出水管3内,当达到最低水位时,电磁排气阀5打开破坏主管1内的负压,滗水结束。等待SBR池中水位再次上升,进行下一个循环滗水处理。
