本实用新型涉及一种适用于快速运输的低风阻节能箱式半挂车,其特征在于:车厢主体为半水滴流线型结构,车厢前部与牵引车导流罩延长线保持一个高度,车厢主体边角为倒圆角,对开车门布置在车厢主体副驾驶一侧,后对开车门布置在车厢主体尾端,车厢主体底部车轮的外侧覆盖有侧裙板,底部导流板布置在车厢主体底部;其通过采用半水滴流线型的车厢结构,使车厢前部与牵引车导流罩延长线保持一个高度,将车厢的棱角进行倒圆角并将车厢顶部设计成半水滴状的弧形,降低了整车气动阻力系数,充分发挥了减阻效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适用于快速运输的低风阻节能箱式半挂车,属于一种半挂车。
背景技术
一般的厢式挂车的厢体均为长方体的结构形式;其减阻效果十分不理想。
根据汽车空气动力学相关原理,为当前长方体车厢四周的棱角和车厢的厢型尾部使车身尾部的气流大范围分离,出现严重的低压区,导致压差阻力很大,从而导致整车气动阻力系数Cd增大,降低了整车燃油经济性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适用于快速运输的低风阻节能箱式半挂车,其通过采用半水滴流线型的车厢结构,使车厢前部与牵引车导流罩延长线保持一个高度,将车厢的棱角进行倒圆角并将车厢顶部设计成半水滴状的弧形,降低了整车气动阻力系数,充分发挥了减阻效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种适用于快速运输的低风阻节能箱式半挂车,其特征在于:车厢主体为流线型结构,车厢前部与牵引车导流罩延长线保持一个高度,车厢主体边角为倒圆角,对开车门布置在车厢主体副驾驶一侧,后对开车门布置在车厢主体尾端,车厢主体底部车轮的外侧覆盖有侧裙板,侧裙板覆盖车轮的2/3面积,底部导流板布置在车厢主体底部,底部导流板为三角形结构,导流板前端端头为倒圆角结构,底部导流板后端与车厢主体两侧的侧裙板前端平齐,底部导流板前端位于车厢主体的中心线上并延伸至车轮轴位置。
本实用新型的积极效果是其能减少气动阻力、结构可靠、降低燃油消耗、具有较强可推广性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:如图1-3所示,一种适用于快速运输的低风阻节能箱式半挂车,其特征在于:车厢主体为流线型结构,车厢前部与牵引车导流罩延长线保持一个高度,车厢主体边角为倒圆角,对开车门2布置在车厢主体1副驾驶一侧,后对开车门5布置在车厢主体1尾端,车厢主体1底部车轮的外侧覆盖有侧裙板3,侧裙板3覆盖车轮的2/3面积,底部导流板4布置在车厢主体1底部,底部导流板4为三角形结构,导流板4前端端头为倒圆角结构,底部导流板4后端与车厢主体1两侧的侧裙板3前端平齐,底部导流板4前端位于车厢主体1的中心线上并延伸至车轮轴位置。
车厢主体1的顶面为其自前端至尾端略微上升而后再下降的曲面,利用了附着流降阻原理,缩小厢体尾部低速区,使气流分离发生较晚。车厢主体1底部安装有底部导流板4,其整体呈三角形,底部导流板4前端进行倒圆角处理为光滑曲面,底部导流板4对气流起到分流作用,使其从车厢主体1两侧流过不经过车轮与车厢主体1之间的间隙。车厢主体1两侧安装有侧裙板3,侧裙板3覆盖两侧车轮的2/3,减小车轮周围气流的复杂性。
侧裙板3与底部导流板4均采用ABS塑料材质,以降低挂车空气动力学部件重量,进一步提高燃油经济性。车厢主体1的副驾驶一侧设置有对开车门2。车厢主体1后侧设置有后对开车门5,方便装卸货物。
