背景技术
活塞体作为活塞的主体，需要多道加工工序才能完成成品的制作，其中一道就是对活塞体的销孔进行打磨处理。如图1所示，目前对于活塞体销孔的打磨方式，是通过人手拿着，利用车床上的打磨棒对活塞体的销孔进行打磨，由于销孔的特殊性，只有人手拿着活塞体并使销孔的孔面靠紧打磨棒的棒面才能真正获得良好的打磨效果。然而，由人工操作，不仅存在安全隐患，而且有碍于产品的制作效率。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型创新提供了一种自动化打磨活塞体销孔打磨设备。该活塞体销孔打磨设备包括有用于打磨活塞体销孔的滚压棒以及带动滚压棒转动的动力源，其特征在于：在滚压棒的下方设有放置活塞体的夹具，所述夹具的底部连接有弹簧，所述弹簧固定安装在固定座上，所述滚压棒的直径与活塞体销孔的直径相匹配。
所述夹具为一具有凹槽的夹块，所述夹块凹槽的底面为一与活塞体的外圆面相吻合的弧面。
按照本实用新型提供的一种活塞体销孔打磨设备，通过将活塞体放置于安装在弹簧上的夹具内，这样车床的滚压棒在销孔内滚动打磨时，就能在弹簧的作用下使活塞体与夹具一起晃动，由于活塞体的晃动，活塞体销孔的孔面就与滚压棒绕圆周挤压接触，无形中模仿了人手操作，达到了相同的打磨效果。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，该活塞体销孔打磨设备包括有用于打磨活塞体1销孔的滚压棒2以及带动滚压棒2转动的动力源，这里的动力源可以为车床，滚压棒2就安装在车床上，滚压棒2可以上下移动，这些都为现有技术，本实用新型的创新部分是在滚压棒2的下方设有放置活塞体1的夹具，该夹具的底部连接有弹簧4，弹簧4固定安装在固定座5上。当工作时，滚压棒2伸入到活塞体1的销孔内，滚压棒2转动，由于滚压棒2的直径与活塞体1销孔的直径相匹配（即紧配），活塞体1与夹具一起晃动起来，由于活塞体1的晃动，活塞体1销孔的孔面就与滚压棒2绕圆周挤压接触，由此实现打磨。这种结构相当于模仿了人手的操作，可以获得与手工操作一样的打磨效果。
另外值得一提的是，本实用新型的夹具为一具有凹槽的夹块3，该夹块3凹槽30的底面为一与活塞体1的外圆面相吻合的弧面。这种夹块3不仅方便于活塞体1的放置，而且由于活塞体1在凹槽内具有挪动的空间，因此活塞体1与滚压棒2之间的相互作用力更大、作用面更全，从而使活塞体1销孔获得充分的打磨效果。

1.活塞体销孔打磨设备，包括有用于打磨活塞体销孔的滚压棒（2）以及带动滚压棒（2）转动的动力源，其特征在于：在滚压棒（2）的下方设有放置活塞体（1）的夹具，所述夹具的底部连接有弹簧（4），所述弹簧（4）固定安装在固定座（5）上，所述滚压棒（2）的直径与活塞体（1）销孔的直径相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活塞体销孔打磨设备，其特征在于：所述夹具为一具有凹槽的夹块（3），所述夹块（3）凹槽（30）的底面为一与活塞体（1）的外圆面相吻合的弧面。
