背景技术
[0002]生活垃圾废弃固体在焚烧过程中排放的烟气废气,所含的主要污染物为粉尘、HCl、S02、N0x、C0、HF、有机污染物及重金属等。烟气排放标准必须满足国家《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》(GB18485-2014)。为达该排放标准,在通常情况下,烟气净化工艺主要针对酸性气体(HCl,HF,S0x)、Ν0χ、颗粒物、有机物及重金属等进行控制,其工艺设备主要组成为:酸性气体脱除、颗粒物捕集、NOx的去除和有机物及重金属的去除等工艺设备。
[0003]在现有生活垃圾废弃固体在焚烧过程中,由于热值低,燃烧不完全,燃烧温度低,导致烟气及飞灰排放量过大,所含上述各有害成份浓度高,造成排放难以控制。现有废气净化工艺中对较大浓度的烟气、飞灰脱除率偏低,其烟气排放的有害物质难以控制达标排放标准,并且废气中产生的热量难以回收利用。

2.根据权利要求1所述燃烧废气处理系统,其特征在于所述光催化氧化装置(4)内部上端设有斜板(8),斜板(8)固定在光催化氧化装置(4)一侧,光催化氧化装置(4)内固定有不少于2个隔板(23),隔板(23)设在斜板(8)的下方,隔板(23)与光催化氧化装置(4)之间形成S型通气道,隔板(23)与斜板(8)、隔板(23)与隔板(23)之间均连接有喷涂有纳米二氧化钛的滤网(25),隔板(23)下方设置有过滤板(24),隔板(23)中间处固定有紫外线灯罩(7),隔板(23)的两侧分别设有氧气分布管(26)和水蒸汽分布管(22),氧气分布管(26)连接供氧装置,光催化氧化装置(4)内部设有氧浓度测定装置(9)、水汽浓度测量装置(21)、紫外线强度监测装置(5)和温度传感器(6),光催化氧化装置(4)外部设有pic控制器(20)。
3.根据权利要求2所述燃烧废气处理系统,其特征在于所述热交换装置包括换热室(14),换热室(14)内设置有盘管(13),盘管(13)—端连接文丘里管(11)、另一端伸出换热室(14)与雾化联合洗涤装置(17)相连,盘管(13)的外部套接有换热管(16),换热管(16)上端连接水栗(15),下端连接有蒸汽生成器(18),蒸汽生成器(18)与水蒸汽分布管(22)下端连接,蒸汽生成器(18)与水蒸汽分布管(22)之间设置有阀门(19)。
4.根据权利要求2所述燃烧废气处理系统,其特征在于所述隔板(23)有2-3个,紫外线灯罩(7)内有3-6个并联的紫外灯,氧气分布管(26)和水蒸汽分布管(22)均设有分布喷头。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述燃烧废气处理系统,其特征在于所述雾化联合洗涤装置(17)包括沸腾池(17-1)、沸气池(17-2)、混气沉池(I7-3)、气物池(I7-4)和气化排放池(I7_5),所述沸腾池(17-1)的进气口与所述热交换装置的出气口通过管道连通,所述沸腾池(17-1)、沸气池(I 7-2)、混气沉池(I 7-3)、气物池(I 7-4)和气化排放池(I 7-5)依次通过管道连通,所述气化排放池(17-5)的出气口与烟囱(12)连接。
