本实用新型公开了一种冗余逆变器并联电源。包括蓄电池组连接逆变器I和逆变器II的输入端,逆变器II输出端连接热备份切换装置再与逆变器I的输出端并联连接负载,检测装置一端连接逆变器I的输出端,另一端连接单片机,单片机连接驱动电路,驱动电路连接热备份切换装置的控制端。热备份切换装置采用晶闸管做为切换器件,提高了切换速度。本实用新型结构简单,安装方便。

本实用新型涉及一种冗余逆变器并联电源。
背景技术:
当今社会随着信息技术迅速发展,人们越来越追求高质量高可靠性的电源。如何更加合理高效的利用分布式电源,扩大接入容量以及提高功率等级,已成为当前供电领域研究的重点。分布式电源的接入使得供电可靠性等需要更加关注,另外因为电力电子器件本身的限制,分布式能源大量接入需要采用多逆变器并联的拓扑方式。随着负载要求的不断变化,轻载情况下,为提高设备的使用效率和稳定性,并联电源中只需一台逆变器带载工作。当负载加重时,要求电源能迅速适应负载要求,这时,就需要处于热备份状态的电源能够稳定迅速的投切到正常工作中。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种冗余逆变器并联电源。通过判断负载端电压电流数值,判断是否对另一台热备份逆变器进行切换。解决了逆变器工作的负载适应性差的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:蓄电池组连接逆变器I和逆变器II的输入端,逆变器II输出端连接热备份切换装置再与逆变器I的输出端并联连接负载,检测装置一端连接逆变器I的输出端,另一端连接单片机,单片机连接驱动电路,驱动电路连接热备份切换装置的控制端。
本实用新型采用热备份切换装置采用晶闸管做为切换器件。
本实用新型工作时,控制部分由数字信号处理器统一控制,实现冗余逆变器能及时投切,投切后实现两台不间断电源输出电压,同幅,同频。即便如此,由于投切器件的差异,及CPU处理速度的延时等原因,切换速度很难保证。这里选用晶闸管做为切换装置,基本实现了逆变器的无缝切换。

以下结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参照图1,本实用新型包括两组逆变器,包括稳态工作逆变器I和冗余逆变器II。冗余逆变器输出端用晶闸管隔离,正常工作时处于热备份状态。逆变器II的输出端在热备份的状态下由晶闸管T隔离。
检测装置中包括电压电流检测和相位检测,用于适时检测负载端的电压电流数值和相位信息。信息适时的传递到CPU中。
CPU检测每个周期的负载电压和电流,经过多周期检测,以此判断是否需要投切逆变器II。相位检测装置用于检测当前输出电压相位,以决定逆变器II的投切时间点。之后,CPU向晶闸管驱动电路发送驱动信号,晶闸管打开,逆变器II投切到主电路中。

1.一种冗余逆变器并联电源,其特征在于,蓄电池组连接逆变器I和逆变器II的输入端,逆变器II输出端连接热备份切换装置再与逆变器I的输出端并联连接负载,检测装置一端连接逆变器I的输出端,另一端连接单片机,单片机连接驱动电路,驱动电路连接热备份切换装置的控制端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冗余逆变器并联电源,其特征在于,所述热备份切换装置采用晶闸管做为切换器件。
