现有的送模过程，其多依靠叉车，模具在移转的过程中，不可能保持水平，而某些高大型精密模具，对移转时的平移高要求很高，如发生倾斜，由于质量重，部件受力集中，很容易让某些精密部件发生变形，影响模具加工精度。

本实用析型的目的在于提供一种在移送过程中，可自调平衡的模具移送用平衡送模板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种模具移送用平衡送模板，包括下底板、上面板、气缸杆组、加速度传感器，下底板、上面板通过气缸杆组连接配合；气缸杆组包括若干根垂直均列的气缸杆；上面板四角嵌设有加速度传感器，以及与加速度传感器相连的控制模块；加速度传感器为三轴加速度传感器；上面板上还设有滑轮组以及用以固定模具的升缩插销。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过加速度传感器判断上面板的角度，而后控制气缸杆组各气缸杆的伸缩，实现对上面板水平度的调节。
