所述外接管设置在清扫盘上，所述电机的轴与清扫盘的轴连接，用来推动清扫盘转动。本实用新型在使用的时候，清扫盘底部的第一吸盘和第二吸盘将一种建筑外墙清洁设备吸附在大楼玻璃上，之后它会自动放松第一吸盘的吸力，电机带动清扫盘开始旋转清洗，并顺着连杆移动，如此清洗一整块面积的玻璃，清洗完毕后，再利用清扫盘，第二吸盘交互固定的方式，将清扫盘移动到未清洗的区域，然后继续清洗直到完成。
本实用新型的连杆上设置有穿绳孔8，穿绳孔用来系绳索，通过绳索来控制连杆的旋转角度。
本实用新型的连杆中间部位设置有活动铰链9，连杆绕铰链处折叠，整个一种建筑外墙清洁设备不用的时候折叠起来，节省空间。
