Description
本实用新型是一种暖气自动排气阀。
目前通用的暖气排气阀是一种金属针形阀，由人操纵排气，不能自动开关。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种浮子式暖气自动排气阀。利用气液对浮子的作用，将排气阀打开或关闭达到自动排气的目的。
结合附图1，本实用新型是这样实现的。在底座7上浮子室内有一空心浮子6，顶端排气口上有工字型阀杆1，中间套螺旋弹簧2和胶垫5。
底座与暖气片相连，排气阀与大气相通，可随时排气。当暖气片中的气体排净，水进入浮子室，将浮子逐渐浮起，浮起的浮子将顶部的排气阀杆弹簧压缩，阀杆向上移动，胶垫将排气口关闭，液体不能排出。如果浮子室气体增加，水被逐渐从浮子室排回暖气片，浮子则逐渐下降，阀杆在弹簧作用下，向下移动，排气口打开，实现排气。

实施例：浮子式暖气自动排气阀长×宽×高＝60×40×70mm，浮子室体积30ml，浮子体积20ml，采用黄铜制成。
