本实用新型涉及一种加热装置，具体说是一种节能空气加热装置。
背景技术
目前阀门防锈多采用喷涂防锈漆，为加快生产效率而采用烘干烤漆装置，烘干烤漆装置多采用加速空气流动、蒸汽烘烤等工艺，但装置内部空气与冷凝水直接排放除去，这部分空气和冷凝水的温暖一般在70-90摄氏度，直接排放存在能源浪费，且为了保持装置内温度，进入装置内的空气需要加热后在送入装置内部，整改工艺蒸汽用量大，使用成本高，能源消耗高，对环境污染严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种将废热空气和冷凝水余热充分利用并降低蒸汽用量的空气加热装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案包括一级预热室、二级预热室和加热室，其特征在于：所述一级预热室、二级预热室、加热室依次垂直连接并联通，所述一级预热室上侧设有进气口，所述一级预热室内设有废气换热器，所述一级预热室左右两侧设有废气流通管，所述废气流通管道与废气换热器连接，所述二级预热室内设有冷凝水换热器，所述二级预热室左右两侧设有与冷凝水换热器连接的冷凝水流通管，所述加热室内设有蒸汽换热器，所述加热室左右两侧设有与蒸汽换热器连接的蒸汽流通管，所述加热室下侧设有热气输出管，所述热气输出管上设有送风机，所述废气换热器、冷凝水换热器、蒸汽换热器上方均设有流动风机。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：充分利用了废热空气和领凝水余热，提高了空气加热效率，降低了蒸汽用量并提高了空气进入装置内时的温度，加快了生产效率，降低了生产成本，减少能源消耗，保护环境，并且对现有设备进行加装改进即可使用，投入少，利于推广应用。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括一级预热室1、二级预热室2和加热室3，其特征在于，所述一级预热室1、二级预热室2、加热室3依次垂直连接并联通，所述一级预热室1上侧设有进气口4，所述一级预热室1内设有废气换热器5，所述一级预热室1左右两侧设有废气流通管6，所述废气流通管6道与废气换热器5连接，所述二级预热室2内设有冷凝水换热器7，所述二级预热室2左右两侧设有与冷凝水换热器7连接的冷凝水流通管8，所述加热室3内设有蒸汽换热器9，所述加热室3左右两侧设有与蒸汽换热器9连接的蒸汽流通管10，所述加热室3下侧设有热气输出管11，所述热气输出管11上设有送风机12，所述废气换热器5、冷凝水换热器7、蒸汽换热器9上方均设有送风机12流动风机13。
本实用新型的工作原理：废热空气经废气流通管6通过废气换热器5，冷凝水经领凝水流通管通过领凝水换热器，蒸汽经蒸汽流通管10经过蒸汽换热器9，空气在送风机12流动风机13的作用下，经进气口4依次经过一级预热室1、二级预热室2、加热室3，在废气换热器5、领凝水换热器、蒸汽换热器9的配合下完成两次预热、一次加热，在送风机12的作用下加热后的空气经热气输出管11送出。
