本实用新型涉及抗震型燃气管道支撑架。
背景技术
管道燃气在通气前，一般通过吹扫，来对燃气管道的密闭性能、压力表的流量精确度、燃气的供气压力等进行试验，还可去除燃气管道内的一些残余沙尘。
然而，由于在吹扫口接入有鼓风装置，容易在吹扫口中产生共振，导致吹扫口所在的主管剧烈震动，进而影响吹扫口入口阀门的密封性能，常需多次调试，耗时耗力。
而且，由于燃气管道对安全具有特殊需求，因此也对抗震性能要求较高，然而，普通的燃气管道仅适用简单支架固定，容易受震后破裂，带来燃气泄漏的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供抗震型燃气管道支撑架，能有效避免燃气管道过度震动带来的破裂安全隐患。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
抗震型燃气管道支撑架，包括支撑板及固定于支撑板底端的底座，底座水平设置，支撑板竖直设置，支撑板上开有套接孔，该套接孔的内周缘由内至外依次嵌装有缓冲气囊和缓冲垫圈，缓冲气囊呈圈形，缓冲垫圈的内缘凸设有若干缓冲齿。
进一步地，该抗震型管道支撑架还包括置于支撑板内的调节螺栓和弧形推板，弧形推板与缓冲气囊的外周缘轮廓适配并与缓冲气囊相抵，调节螺栓与支撑板螺接，且调节螺栓的头部伸出支撑板，调节螺栓的杆部与弧形推板固接。
进一步地，调节螺栓和弧形推板为多个，间隔分布于套接孔外周。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
本实用新型通过缓冲垫圈和缓冲气囊，可形成对燃气管道的双重缓冲效果，使缓冲垫圈能够很好地夹紧燃气管道，避免打滑，同时也起到部分的更进一步的缓冲效果，从而可缓解燃气管道的震动，避免燃气管道破裂，提升安全性能。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示的抗震型燃气管道支撑架，包括支撑板1及固定于支撑板1底端的底座2，底座2水平设置，支撑板1竖直设置，支撑板1上开有套接孔，该套接孔的内周缘由内至外依次嵌装有缓冲气囊3和缓冲垫圈4，缓冲气囊3呈圈形，缓冲垫圈4的内缘凸设有若干缓冲齿5。
通过缓冲垫圈4和缓冲气囊3，可形成对燃气管道的双重缓冲效果，使缓冲垫圈4能够很好地夹紧燃气管道，避免打滑，同时也起到部分的更进一步的缓冲效果，从而可缓解燃气管道的震动，避免燃气管道破裂，提升安全性能。
示例性地，本例的该抗震型管道支撑架还包括置于支撑板1内的调节螺栓6和弧形推板7，弧形推板7与缓冲气囊3的外周缘轮廓适配并与缓冲气囊3相抵，调节螺栓6与支撑板1螺接，且调节螺栓6的头部伸出支撑板1，调节螺栓6的杆部与弧形推板7固接。通过旋转相应的调节螺栓6，就能带动弧形推板7推动挤压缓冲气囊3，以对缓冲垫圈4产生形变作用力，进而调节缓冲垫圈4对燃气管道的夹紧位置，能使燃气管道始终悬浮于套接孔内，避免碰撞，也使燃气管道的受力更为均衡。调节螺栓6和弧形推板7可设置为多个，分布在套接孔的外周，以进一步均衡调节缓冲气囊3对缓冲垫圈的挤压力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗震型燃气管道支撑架，其特征在于，该抗震型管道支撑架还包括置于支撑板内的调节螺栓和弧形推板，弧形推板与缓冲气囊的外周缘轮廓适配并与缓冲气囊相抵，调节螺栓与支撑板螺接，且调节螺栓的头部伸出支撑板，调节螺栓的杆部与弧形推板固接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗震型燃气管道支撑架，其特征在于，调节螺栓和弧形推板为多个，间隔分布于套接孔外周。
